Let’s play the 10 matches (plus 3 rematches) in the qualifying round (Junior level, between mostly Master 1 and 2 leagues’ players as I am in the Master 2 league at the moment I take part to this tournament) of the Easter Open biweekly tournament in Tennis Clash, a sports game published by Wildlife Studios.

This qualifying round takes place between 16th and 18th April 2020. The entry fee is 200,000 coins. The match entry fee is 20,000 coins (for each match, the winner takes it all).

I’ve played this qualifying round mostly with Viktoria, my best character for both all-rounder style or power serve + big forehand style so far: Viktoria.

I place 6th at the end of my 10 matches with a total score of 66 after 10 matches (I did 3 rematch to improve the total score and balance, it’s the Junior level and the competition is harder than in the Rookie level, with a small gap between the first rank and the 25th at the end of the qualifying round). The highest total score possible is 70 (10 matches x 7 points per match). My balance is +24 at the end of my qualifying round.

I made very bad matches at the start of the tournament. It was better after I changed to the Power Serve + Big Forehand build which is OK to play with in the biweekly tournaments (especially at Junior level, I don’t think it can do well at Challenger level).

The rules of the tournaments are simple in Tennis Clash. There are 2 rounds to play, each with a limited number of matches to play (10 for the qualifying round, and 20 for the Tournament round).

Scoring is based on points made on each match. The more points you accumulate, the higher you will rank. Make it above the qualification cut to go to the next round.

You can win prizes of bags, coins and strings. Prizes are awarded to players who reach the Tournament Round. You should thrive to enter a higher level to win the biggest prizes. The higher the level you play, the higher the Tour of your prizes.
