Been working on early extension, swing plane and maintaining my spine angle. Had a bit of an epiphany today that allowed me to stand much taller and get more depth in my hips.

The trigger was moving my left knee slightly past my left instep and feeling pressure there as I moved to my right heel in the backswing. I had been bending my knee straight if not away from the ball. Early extension central.

I’ve got some work to do to ingrain this and get more centered within the tolerance range. Could get a little steeper, more depth in the hips and cover the ball a little better but was the most encouraging range session I’ve ever had. I’ve never had so much effortless snap on the ball.

The app is called GolfFix since I know I’ll get questions.

P.S. I’m calling it “perfect” as the app rates it if it doesn’t detect any flaw outside of a tolerance range. Of course there’s room for improvement.
