In this video, I go through the major pass rush moves, used by players like Myles Garrett, TJ Watt, Micah Parsons, Aidan Hutchinson, and other stars in the NFL, and break down how, why, and when they are used to defeat a blocker and get to the QB.

  1. Do you have a website or platform where all your statistics are available? This is a really cool watch & your content altogether is awesome!

  2. I really hope Travon Walker can just learn how to diversify his plan. The problem with his bull rush is that tackles know it's coming, but when they don't, he can send them flying into next month. He has so many physical tools but is so unrefined and raw even still, so idk man. I guess I have hope but has not been good these first two years.

  3. After seeing this and what Micah does I am losing my mind that Nolan smith doesn’t have a single inside counter in his bag

  4. Amazing work dude. I knew I was excited watching Hutch as a Lions fan, but this adds some context. You never know what you're going to get when he lines up. So much variation.

  5. As a Pittsburgh fan, seeing TJ watt have such a low win percentage of power moves isn’t surprising (considering he just not as strong as other guys) but it goes to show you how much better he is at speed rushing.

  6. 9:51 has me dying. Reminds me of a packers game a couple years ago where Runyan jr? Pushed Bakh’s guy off of the block and rodgers got sacked

  7. Edge is.. let's call it a relatively straightforward position at its core. Go get the QB, basically. Interesting to see how the elite guys, Crosby in particular, play mind games and set traps you wouldn't notice in real time.

  8. I’ve gone through and watched your pass rush moves video easily over a dozen times, this video is a perfect add-on to that
