What is The Golf Paradigm (Pair-a-dime)?
The Golf Paradigm is a theory that encompasses a Whole-In-One approach to improvement. It begins with the overall paradigm; i.e. the game of golf. Followed by two parts that are always to remain in balance; i.e. the golf yin/yang – ‘improving’ and ‘enjoyment’. Helping to maintain that balance are the 5 elements of the game; the swing, club fitting, health/fitness, mental, and integration. Knowing which area to focus on and how the other areas supplement that helps to form the golfers ‘recipe’ for improvement. As the golfer improves their recipe, or what is focused on, changes and this is what allows them to reach levels of play they never thought possible. It’s not magical, but it’s close.

these are the three most common issues I
see as golfers come out of the offseason
and into spring number one you set up to
the ball and you try to set your chest
and your face Square to your target
which opens your shoulders what you need
to do get a line between your heels get
your chin behind that line and your eyes
even further so that you have a tilt
away from the target issue number two is
aiming too far to the weak side so for
right-handers you’re going to line up to
your golf ball the tendency is as you
look through the window that your ball
wants to go through in particular as the
clubs get longer you’re going to have a
tendency to start aiming in the
direction you’re looking to fix this I
want you to line a club up to a point
that flag between the the uprights there
and I want you to line pick another spot
3 fet to the left of that that you can
line up your feet and your body
lines issue number three is not enough
rotation so what you need to do is make
sure that you get your hips rotating
your chest rotating and allow your head
to rotate as well hips go to 45 chest
goes to about 90 and head will be about
45° as well
