Hi all,
I’m a broke college student just getting into golf. I was gifted some clubs but most of the irons are in really bad shape (bent, rusting, missing chunks, etc.) so I’m looking to find some replacements just to get started.
I found a set or Mizuno XR7 irons online for about $30 after shipping, but I can’t find any info on them. Are they forgiving enough for a beginner? Or should I keep looking?
I’ve heard that some irons have a super small sweet spot and I don’t want to buy a set that I can’t hit at all.
