how long it’s taking you to load that’s
the red is the left foot you’ve loaded
but then there’s nothing happening for
ages on the left leg we should be
loading and then
unloading but then you do load the left
side cuz then the vertical increases and
it’s the left leg that’s doing it you’re
pushing off your right foot because as
the gradient goes down negative that’s
you pushing off netive gradient you’re
loading so you’re pushing off the right
loading to the left but it’s so late now
you’re into your down swing and you’re
loading loading loading loading loading
loading maximal load there and it’s just
you’re at the top of the peak and you’re
nearly hitting the ball if we take out
that you get over to the left side
earlier you Club will be back here when
you’re fully loading you’ve got all that
time to use cuz the thing is is when
you’re not using the vertical you’re
going to have to get the speed from
somewhere else and it’s possibly just
you you may be just firing the leevers a
bit early which then it’s closing the
face so still releasing Frac yeah what
we should really be doing is moving into
this left side you should be you should
be compressing as you still rotating
back so that would be tension in the
system for you but you’re swinging back
you start to move to the left ear but
then it stops and you keep turning and
turning and turning and then you start
going yeah so there’s like a phase in
the middle of it where in terms of your
pressure shifting there that’s the
critical moment you swing cuz that’s the
change of Direction so you’re carrying
on with the swing where you should be
car carrying on with the pressure not
that the over swing is a bad thing but
the over swings are just that’s the
result of this the by of that this
stalling of the pressure exactly we’ got
to continue the Journey of the pressure
once you’ve started not stopping we
going to do it a few different ways but

swing up as we get the momentum going in
the back swing we’re feeling accelerate

way through so snap release back once
you feel that
snap you slide to the
orange but to SL but to
slide you’re not straightening your
leg you’re bending it and you’re bending
the hip you Flex it so you’re flexing
your knee you’re flexing the hip you
flexing your ankle so it’s dorsy flexion
flexion of the knee flexion of the hip
just going to the side at
first okay and contining to rotate once
it’s up there then you
drop and just see how that feels
yeah Good Feet a bit closer together and
not as not as far to because you won’t
you won’t go that far in your stands so
it’s going to be sliding yes that’s it
rocking with the shoulders a little bit
more and let’s start to expand the back
swing as you get up there you just slide
see that’s it that’s good that bar so
you won’t even get to the orange you’re
sliding towards the orange but you’re
not going to get that
far good now we’re in a great place you
load in you continue to load and
compressing into your left side and then
you can
spring but the first part of this is
getting that change of Direction here
from the right and now that’s awesome
that’s it all that free rotation on the
way back and then you can change the
direction straight away with the hips
that was lovely yeah that push back is
nice yeah I’ve never felt that before
like it’s almost like I feel on the
outside of my head yeah too exactly
that’s what’s stretching lateral line
perfect there and then you can fall in
that was lovely that movement that
flowed yeah hold

that old Tommy fle hold off you like
yeah look at Tommy’s lateral flexion
like that you see yeah he’s not rotating
this WAYZ there’s no way to do it that

itself just snap the leg straight there
we go drop your hip in to the left your
hip slides out and then spring it twist
the foot in there we go good don’t have
to twist the foot out as much as that
just

shot nice so see if you could work a
fade now this by using
this for your Club face so when you do
this
now let this take you so your extended
rotate let it take your
left open up your body big time that’s
it now see if we can slide it off those
trees those tall trees
starting there and sliding it back into
the
range that’s

drill like with the slider now but then

loaded that is moving that’s pushing
back even Scotty Chef kind of you

back just a half swing because as you go
forward it’s going to restrict the back

bring the left foot
back so it’s quite late with the release

exercise pushing back look where you are

movement here stops me using my upper

but left with a release here you’re left

releasing Del it or not you’re rotated
it’s releasing to the right of you it’s
just that now you’re so orientated left
it’s still releasing away it’s yeah
that’s just just that your your sequence
and your semi faring front now cuz
you’ve used your pressure you fired you
kinematically the sequence is like now
it’s some behind you and then it
releases out and
away oh that’s
good that’s a flight it
lovely well played what a leg action
that finish there now so different that
left side yeah exactly I mean you say in
all your videos you’re like feel
different but that is yeah like night
and day for
me that’s awesome that is yeah best I’ve
seen you to this it’s that was the best
I’ve had that for sure but I’ve seen as
well so stand there next to the ball and
just twist it through where you need to
go put the spin on it but more the whole
steering wheel is going hard left much
harder left
yes spinning it even hold it out there
to the right out here out and away from
you and spin it left there you
go so there you go it’s just your body
move it now is facilitating the
intention of the spin you’re putting on
the ball
so you’re feeling a body action relative
to the spin you want to put on the
ball not trying to think of Club Head
release or controlling anything just the
body movement just to spin it yeah just
try that now see the space it takes you
into awesome golf shop just more left
all just move your body around this
way come around there you go has kind of
place you need to be to slide
that
across
awesome so the release can be so late CU
it’s so
left and you can Rel you release him but
just so much later so you’re still on
the way down but your face just hasn’t
CL off so much later with the release

  1. Just wanted to comment again. Thanks for these videos. Worked on using the chest to throw the arm and turn the lead palm up. Even with the greens being recently aerated and making a lot of 3 putts from it, I shot an 81 yesterday. My best round EVER. Despite being 5'7" and 150 pounds, I averaged 302 yards driving and had a long of 324 yards
