  1. So you're body is trying to do something in the middle of the swing in the left image and it's flowing freely in the right? Does anyone know what they had to focus on to fix this?

  3. 다운스웡때 오른팔이 지나가는 공간을 넓게 확보해야하는데 좌측영상은 오른 발이 일찍 떨어져서 그 공간을 좁히는 역활을 합니다
    결론은 오른팔이 지나가는 공간을 확보하기위해 엉덩이 힌지 즉 골반을 접고 오른발이 늦게 떨어질것
