Very well done! Several good talking points and a tough skill to master!
Bounce is the enemy
Doing a putting stroke I feel more tension in my arms…leading to poor contact…adding more wrist help me to make a more relaxed stroke with better contact…what do you think?
Top notch lesson!! Thanks! Love the instruction!
If it weren’t for my play off the tee, in the fairway, around the green, and with the putter, golf would be really fun.
Best chipping video I’ve seen. I’m excited to practice this!
Bounce is what kills me – it bounces up & thins the ball
Good tips. Something that helps me is to also have my head tilted to target. Seems to help with strike.
This is quite literally the bane of my entire game. Inside 40 yds adds another 20+ shots to my game, adding in putting. It's super disheartening.
Awesome video, exactly what I needed!
I had a bad chipping round today and knew that as soon as I came home AliTaylor would have a chipping video.
Now to try to do this without side spin🤔
Thanks, I enjoy your content because it isn't just for those with an already low handicap
great tips Ali but … if I may, you rolled the ball out of some "holes" to a good lie and demonstrated the chip – that's great, not a problem with that but could you do a video on paying those shots from the "holes the ball tends to land and roll into – so chipping from bare, down in the grass and non perfect lies – that would be brill – thanks
Nice video that explains the chipping with an easy way! What is the best club that can be used for the chipping?
Great video! There’s one thing we high handicappers are not told is to use the body and core and keep the hands out of it. For so long I knew this is the proper technique but I never realised my hands would take over and I’d stop rotating. If you use your body and engage the core you naturally rotate though like a pro. This ultimately stops you thinning the ball.
You are so easy to understand and I truly feel you are going to change my golf game
