  1. Will definitely be following this series. The mid handicap content is great watching for us club golfers and probably had the most relevant tips on how to improve my own game from the course management series. Looking forward to seeing the outcome of this one.
As mid handicap myself I moved from TP5 to TM Tour Response last season myself and felt it suited my game better plus £15 par dozen cheaper. 👍🏻

  2. Looking forward to the series Chris and Dave! As a slowish swinging 20 handicapper and golf ball nerd I'm always on the lookout for ideas. Was playing TM Soft Response but just tried the Srixon Q Star Tour and getting a bit more distance and a better stopping on the greens.

  3. Been playing the AD333 for around a year , I play off 25 so still loose a few . Find they feel soft , go a good distance and not to expensive. Also find the bright white easier to find in the rough

  4. I think we all agree that pro-v1 and its high-end competitors are "top-notch" golf balls and I love those comparison videos, but I would like to identify the best balls for slower head speed that overall produce good results for amateurs and save a few dollars in the process. So, your videos are good for me…

  5. Been using Srixon Q Star Tour. Great ball for windy conditions. Not the longest ball but consistent.

  6. Try the Wilson Zip and the Precept Laddie? I like the Maxfli Straightfli too! Both two piece that seem to perform well, I am playing them now in the Mid Atlantic States.

  7. I'm new to the game and have no idea what to use. I have a selection of found balls that I've collected from my dog walking in the past. I've found anything from slazengers to pro v1s. I'm working my way through the less premium ones until I stop losing them so often.

Once I'm a bit better I'll probably stick to one type. Taking into consideration price, I will probably go with srixon super soft, as I like the feel of them.

  8. Love these videos with Dave. I’ve been interested in trying the new Mizuno RB Tour golf balls. We need to get Dave to try a sleeve.

  9. Wilson Duo Soft, 3 dozen for £40. absolutely outstanding winter ball not just for the money. As a 22hcp bandit I've had 4 rounds in a row in the 80s using them this winter. Will go back to Q-stars when the ground gets harder

  10. Great series Chris I would like to see you test the golf balls more suitable for slower swing speeds and at the end give us your opinion on the top 3 .

  11. Definitely a series I would be interested in.

Used to play the AD333 years back, but switched to Kirkland a few years back. 85mph swing speed with driver, so perhaps a 3 piece is jot the way for me to go?!

  12. I’m 20 handicap and been using the Kirkland balls for the last few months. Previous used the AD333 but prefer the Kirkland.

  13. Used to play AD333 all the time but have now changed to the Callaway Supersoft. I prefer the softer balls theses days as being a senior I don't have the swing speed for Pro v1's etc and I find them all to hard and clicky.

  14. Yes, I would like to see average golfers test on equipment that most of us can afford and benefit from. $600 drivers and $1200 iron sets aren’t going into most of our bags. $5 balls aren’t either.

  15. I really like the Titleist AVX, but my budget pushes me to the TruFeel. The TruFeel seems to fly almost as well.

  16. I've found that the majority of average golfers cannot see a difference between a £5 ball or a £1 ball🤔…. I use the AD 333 and found it to be a good all round ball, I play off 5 and must admit I quite like the Srixon 🥳🎉🎊🌟💫

  17. I buy Pro V1 balls but I probably have 20 different found balls in my bag. And I end up using more of them than the Titleists because it bums me out to lose a brand new pricy ball in the woods on the very first shot with it. I would like to see some testing with Taylormade Distance+ balls. I like the yellow ones I find.

  18. Great series of videos. Looking forward to the rest.

I play seed sd-02 in the summer and switch to Kirkland in the winter. Came down from 22 to 17 HC last year after a bad hand injury. Hopefully can come down a little more.

Will stick with the seed for now. But like the reviews on the rb tour x so may have to try.

  19. I started with Srixon 'Distance' balls as they were cheap and I wanted to keep to the same golf ball (i.e. cheap but not different manufactures or age of golf balls, like 'Lake' balls tend to be etc). And starting out I did loose a few…… I then moved to Ad333'. I now use the Srixon 'Soft Feel'. I always use the same balls for my practicing and for playing. As I believe it gives consistency to your game.

  20. Would like to see you test the sugar ball I have a club, head speed of 95 to 100 wondering if they were right for me.
