the bodybuilding nerd brothers just got exposed jeff Nipper he’s like I’m a national champion bodybuilder yet you know but it’s like dude did you train with these lengths your whole life or were you doing deadlifts and squats and like Israel as well got his training philosophy basically but I’ve seen like his younger stuff you know just horse cocket overhead pressing imagine building your physique doing calisthenics and then later on you say you did weightlifting just to get more clicks and views that’s basically what these two did weightlifting is super simple but these two made it as outlandish as possible because it benefits them but it won’t benefit

  1. It’s good to use a mixture of old school and modern science there’s nothing wrong with it it is smart more muscle growth in the negative is proved even old school preached on it

  2. Been making the most gains of my life by following the slow rep big stretch focused form methods these guys preach. You’re tiny asf bro. You don’t have room to be talking about these kind of things

  3. You can get results on incorrect principles and then improve your technique and knowledge later. If you could go back in time you would gotten even better results. We went to the moon using now outdated physics and science.

  4. From my own personal experience I’ve experienced more growth when I switched to the science based lifting then just the basics. Also less tendon damage, systemic fatigue for better growth is a win in my books

And as for the commenters and whoever strung these clips together, and the people in the clips… from what I’ve gathered they make they’re decision of a book from the title, they rather talk about someone then try it, they rather build a house with a shovel, hammer, and nails because the old way worked just fine why change it. And most of all the legitimate definition of ignorant, because they whole heartedly sound like they believe what they’re saying, and if they don’t believe it and doing it for the views that’s called stupid because then you know better

  5. Well… I've invested a lot of time watching Jeff's videos. I've learned a lot. Jeff's benefited me a ton, and the results speak from themselves!

  6. You sound like a hater. Its tough when other fitness legends have more support, knowledge and followers than you. You constantly take shots because of your blatant jealousy. Take a seat kid. And stop yelling.

  7. Everybody's trains their own way. I dont believe there's any wrong or right way I started to include what they were teaching, and I grew faster than I was. You can pick whoever you wanna watch there not forcing you into anything there just teaching what they believe is right

  8. Weightlifting naturally for maximum muslce gains in a short ammount of time is not simple at all, its extremely complicated, hypertrophy training is the best option but my god is it naunced in ways most gym peope will never understand. If you bro it out, getting ready for the long haul grule, weak results, injuries and ultimately time wasted not doing other more important things

  9. you are a complete clown, friend. They are leading experts in the exercise science field and have better physiques than you will ever even come close to having. Why tf are you screaming?

  10. Science based lifting helps you experience more muscle growth and hit your natural limit easier as well as help prevent injury. It is a good way to trust that what you are doing is actually working.
