The PGA TOUR returns north of the border once again for the RBC Canadian Open, the second-oldest non-major on the TOUR’s schedule, with TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley making its debut as the host course. Rory McIlroy returns to action, and is a two-time winner of the RBC Canadian Open, finishing in the top 10 in each of his four starts. 2024 champion Robert MacIntyre is returning this year to defend his title. Corey Conners is the top-ranked Canadian in the Official World Golf Ranking and is currently 9th in the FedExCup Standings. Other notables in the field include Ludvig Åberg, Justin Rose, Shane Lowry and Max Homa.

that ain’t under slinging it in there we’ve seen some great shots at the fourth that pin just kind of right in the middle of the green in the back canadian fans have been very vocal this week matt looks like again he’s going to hit a great shot that’s better than a quality shot yes it is down slope good contact what a beauty that is 156 right side of the fairway great angle he’d do very well to are within one shot of the lead to pull within one filling it up on the 13th three birdies his last four holes well at least I am oh the fans definitely will too boy that was a full rip with a sand made the field and had the lead after 36 holes meanwhile at the 12th McCarti to make it a three-way tie at the top beautifully done okay meanwhile at 11 Mario Manosero from Italy we’re at the 12th with Manosero really receptive whole location with a scoring club in hand another good shot coming off birdie at 11 over 12 here’s Manaero for birdie it would tie the lead yes curls in that was hanging on to that bottom edge i thought it might lip out talked about being the player of the year on cornfairy tour he won on the PGA tour then Cole in just his second start now he’s trying to really settle in to being a PJ tour player full time yeah he was on a heater how about that right in the middle to tie the lead [Applause] this first Hodgeges chance to tie the lead oh wow that’s 63 logo yeah they’re a little more respectful I think to 15 manosero at 13 under tied for the lead just got to be careful of a false edge guarding the left side of the hole that’s very clever yeah he did that really really well out of that fighting hard to get on that team at 15 yes that’s Birdie okay outright leader look at that scorecard oh this has got a chance keep coming oh yes jake Knap with birdie at 14 all right giving the fans at the rink something to cheer about young and Pendrith taylor first right to left yes and doesn’t that change the complexion of the day nothing really happening eagle to close at [Applause] 68 of course a Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte North Carolina its last three holes are known as the Green Mile kevin U trying to UI earlier talking about how Kevin won at the Sanderson Farms event in the fall won it with a birdie putt on the 72nd hole from 15 ft away to win by one sweeps it home [Applause] back a couple to 15 you can see just look how close Fox is up there can he somehow better that he did [Applause] That would be a great group to watch just seeing the power of those two all day being able to go on with short clubs like that great shot he’s had the wedges dialed the last three holes to 18 this is the third shot for Matteo it’s all about spin control tilted green oh he controls it mark wondrous shot and to me that’s the difference between that technique right there and what we saw from Cam Champ at 14 do you see that nice that’s a quick jab but he knocks it in for the birdie he won the British amateur back in ‘ 09 nap playing his third triber betrayed him not able to take advantage of this par five with all that length of his oh but that’s a fine shot he’s had some nice wedge shots today yeah he sure has oh has a little look in on
