Brandon Robinson Thompson this for birdie at the par five seventh beautifully done he popped one in at nine as well he started at the 11th t going to promise a little bit more bogey at 16 fell out and so playing the course the other way round trying to just slip this in but nicely judged yeah aiming left just just chopping across it should have a lot of spin on Go on then. Go on then. What a start from John Perry. 180 in chain. So brilliant. No more than a seven eye in the heat of the day. Just can’t quite see the bottom of the hole. Not a great start, but that’ll improve hopefully. Good shot to a back flag. Not easy. Little bit of cross grain here. Holding the ball up the right just enough for Manel. Gets that bogey back. Now this looks like Nacho Alvivera. It is at number four. Par four. Just over 400 yds. Oh, spin in. Well, we’ll give you that one, Nacho. Superb pitch. This is such a steep slope. Difficult to judge. At least 50° downhill. It’s where a log wedge turns into a gap wedge at least. Beautiful paid. Rolling back the gears. Luke Donald, a former world number one. Chipping in for Birdie from a tough spot there at the third. Off and running. Skip up. Just land it short and hope to get a little bobble forwards and up and down. No, no, no. Surely not. Can’t make it. Well, it’s done well. Go on then. Go on then. That’s It did well. Let’s be honest. It did well. Yeah. Brilliant. What a great day. Superb play. And what a run that was. Yeah. Quality hotel is is pretty high as well. I have to say it’s a very comfortable place to come away and the golf is good. bit like Mansaw at the minute. Yeah, that’s what he did well in Singapore, wasn’t it? It’s not been a great putting season for uh Richard trying to fly it all the way Jaden shape and well played. Lovely bit of spin. That is well judged across the sixth green. Adrien Sadier I was just about to say what a tough cut that is, but not for Alen Celier. Always smartens up any card. One of many chances, especially when you have a wedge in your hand to a soft green. That’s a good surface. I mean, we’ve seen many there for three, but not for two. Beautiful. Making life very difficult for himself, this young man. He’s got the lefts going. Can’t play golf with that. Into the grain. Oh, what about that though? Yeah, good call. What a nightmare of a game it is. I look where the feet and the shoulders and hips are aiming here for Manel. So, this is a big high cup coming up here. Twizzler the club always a good sign. And that certainly is. That’s a beautiful iron shot. Yeah, I know it’s his natural shape, isn’t it? But it’s a brave shot. Yes, it it does show up as well as the pressure builds, but he does put he does roll the egg beautifully well. Another one goes in and you think only a couple four behind the lead. You got to think he’s going to break 70 at least today. So very much chance. been just maybe slightly helping off the right pin back left over the ridge. 24 in. So trying to draw this in, use the breeze and does a fine effort. Beautiful golf shot. Third shot now for Richard Manel who got that flyer from the rough. Has he got a route through the trees? Oh, that’s up there with Yuan Ferguson in India chipping it through the bunker at eight on his second round. That’s just a magical golf shot using the undulations off the right for Barry down the slope for a birdie. He’s just improved his stats from 20 to 25 ft. There has John Perry. Nicely done. Well, Luke Donald’s not playing from the fairway here. It’s just from the front portion of the green just shy here on three. So, going over some trees from 130 yards. Needs to fly this all the way and does so. Great shot. Unusual to see Donald on a different fairway. Out to 11. Adrien and Sier to get to two under par. Nice chance actually. Right to left. It’s tracking. Yeah. Never left the middle of the hole. Yeah. Sometimes with a part you just know, don’t you? Beautifully judged. The ball above his feet. for the opposite to Manel a moment ago, but almost probably a handy thing with that tree there cuz he can draw it from right to left. Good shot into the par five, so a good chance. Oh, had an eagle put moments ago. Alva with the birdie. Thank you very much. So, two in a row. Four behind. Oh, good. Oh, he likes it. Yeah, great recovery. Yeah, Jamie said he had a a chance to get it there. This is Rick Johnston who’s come back nicely. Birdie’s at seven at nine and now at 10 as well for the Australian Open champion. So he moves it to two under par. Another birdie for Nacho Alvivera. He’s within three all of a sudden and three in a row as well. Club golfers probably won’t have experienced that before. So it’s a different game almost. Another chance for SA quite nicely today. Yeah, he’s found another one as well. Let’s go back to 14. The only par three on the pack nine here at Carrier and Vman. Yeah, good shot. Seven in there. Close. Getting better. Got it. Got it. Never anywhere else. Lovely stroke from when you ding. Proper player, world star, but just hasn’t quite found it as yet. Ferguson going the high route at 12. Go on. Excellent shot. Yeah, that’s the eight. That was full tilt. Oh, nearly nearly binned it on the first bounce. Playing his fourth shot at this par four. Put me down for a pass. I’m just impressed how he managed to get the ball through those two sprinkler heads. That was amazing. Right back a hole to Rigs Johnston. Yes, it’s been a very accessible flag that one at 14. That caught the tree. Something there, Mark. Did catch the tree, didn’t it? Needs to sit down. That’s a great lap. Perfect number. The perfect number. That is a massive break, isn’t it? Beautifully judged. I don’t know what you’re on about, Mark. Absolutely perfect play. Talking nonsense as always. Went for the green, clipped the pine tree, came up short, and I’ll just tap that in for my birdie four. Yeah, it was always a four, wasn’t it? Once it clipped the tree, it was nothing else. Yeah, gap wedge for parry into the breeze. Got to pitch it past the pin here, otherwise it’s going to come back to the front of the green. Yeah, his distance control today has been exemplary. John Perry, what was nice about that was no divot. Yeah, well done. Good work. Big T-shot of 16 from John Perry. Ball just below his feet. Slight down slope in the air. Stay in the air. Just being fabulous with the iron. Stay there. Yeah. Excellent. birded the first, dropped a shot at the second, and then doubled the third, but he’s fought back really nicely since then. The Aphasia Bank Maitius Open champion, he’s not a big target, that little sort of plateau where the flag is today. So, Deleo did well. Yeah, we first impressed at his national championship last year where he actually had a slightly poor final round but still finished top 10, top five in Kenya earlier this year. So there have been one or two signs. Excellent. getting better and better and better as well. Hello. Is this some good shots to watch another DP World Tour video? Click here.
