Fieldsports Britain – Golf course pheasants

Fore! GWCT chairman and former agriculture minister Sir Jim Paice is shooting driven pheasants on a golf course. Plus the cold snap doesn’t put off angling addicts: Andy Ford is flyfishing for trout in the snow. Fieldtester has Will Hogan explaining how the Swazi Doughroaster fleece got its name, Greg Smith MP is the subject of this week’s podcast, and David has the news on the news stump. It’s all in this week’s #FieldsportsBritain

  1. Listen to this nonsense " if it wasn't for shooting there would be no wildlife around"😂😂 and all the gun wielders believe this because they are addicted.

  2. Farmers and hunters and wood workers, keeping the fields safe , together with predator control and the artisans making the fine guns and great ammo is a joyful respect for the fine way of life .

  3. Hello Charlie and the team, awesome video and great adventures, love flyfishing and the Trout were in great shape too. Thanks, thumbs up and greetings from NZ,, Tony.

  4. I had my first experience of pike fishing this morning. I am not an angler but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I went with a friend who has been out with me deer stalking a few times. It was nice to try something different, even if we didn't actually catch anything. I would certainly go again if asked.
