If you are a senior golfer (or any golfer, really!) who wants more distance, seeks a golf swing that is easier on your body, and aims to eliminate low left and weak right shots, this video is for you. Giles Gill and I are going to show you how to build the golf swing of your dreams, especially if you are a senior golfer. As we get older, our bodies tend to get tighter, making the golf swing more challenging. Rather than fighting this, we need to work with our bodies.
In this video, we guide you through the setup, backswing, transition, downswing, impact, and release, all tailor-made and specific for senior golfers.
Thanks for watching our channel!

Great insights on how to rethink the swing as I’m 68 and working on my torso flexibility while incorporating hands arms shoulder in the swing movement naturally
Thx Eric
Thank you for having me on Eric 🙌🏻
Great lesson. Can you guys just clarify something for me, we are told on the takeaway to not bring the club back too far inside, how is this not taking the club too far inside? Thanks!👍
You’ve mentioned before the flaring out of the trail foot and knee. Do you still like that? I’m 82 and need all the help I can get. Thanks!
Hey Eric great video any chance you could do a driver video for the ageing golfers it would be a very helpful 👍🤛
Watch Prozac golf because it’s the best for seniors
Great lesson for us senior golfers 👏
A therapeutic trainer that works senior golfers.
70 to 80% of the time, I agree 💯
At their age, we need to focus on addressing and set up and then sequencing.
That's why I spend the majority of the time working on the various areas of their 7core swing muscles
more than speed and power.
That they can learn from good colleagues like yourself.
Good work.
Keep it up 👊🏾
I stumbled upon the right foot back thing on my own last season. Made a huge difference in my ball contact and trajectory. At 71, I'll take any tricks that work. Nice to see it's not just crazy me. 👍🏌️♂️
This would be a great swing to teach a beginner also.
Fantastic lesson Eric and Giles in particular for us 60 plus Senior mature golfers 😊
I can't thank the two of you enough for this video. I hate feeling beat up when I come home from the range, not to mention after playing, this video makes it seem possible to practice and play on consecutive days w/o feeling like I've been in a car wreck.. Many thanks!
The face on view with the swing circle in the background inadvertently highlights stationary head position.
