Hi. I have question. If I gained too much weight during a bulk. Should I cut down? I was around 148ish last January now 183lbs, was 155ish in June. I feel like I gained muscle in my upper body for sure I’d say a couple pounds but I don’t really feel healthy as I have a tiny bit of a belly. I’m 5’10 male, from uk. Bench is 185 for 5 at peak, 140 for 5 ohp, legs are low numbers cuz of back pain im still sorting out.
