-Incline Dumbbell Press: 75 4×12
-Plate Pullover: 70 3×15
-Lying Triceps Extension: 95 3×10
-Band Pressdown: 12 sets
-Hanging Leg Raise: 1 set

  1. Great workout! I think people believe you could go deeper on each dumbells rep is because your 1st rep always start by touching your chest. Honestly it does seem like touching the chest on each reps appears possible, IMO.
