-Band Pressdown: 12 sets
-Hanging Leg Raise: 1 set

Hey coach do squats and deadlifts work hip flexors , they seem to only get worked on ab exercises
Great workout! I think people believe you could go deeper on each dumbells rep is because your 1st rep always start by touching your chest. Honestly it does seem like touching the chest on each reps appears possible, IMO.
How many sets per muscle per week do your clients usually do on a 3-day PPL?
