-Flat Dumbbell Press: 75-85 3×12-15
-Incline Dumbbell Press: 75 3×10+
-Plate Pullover:90 2×10, 70×12
-Lying Triceps Extension: 75 3×12
-Incline Dumbbell Extension: 33 7×12+
-Band Pressdown: 10 sets

  1. Jason, is there anything you can recommend that i can use when i Cook my chicken thats not cooking oil or that has alot of fat in in, im going to start a low fat diet and wants to lower my fat intake. Thanks!

  2. Jason i can pause incline bench 220 for 8 reps just like you but my falt bench is 295 you did 315 for 3 reps why i cant315 flat benchfor 3 reps?

  3. Flat barbell, incline barbell and flat or incline db flys is a tried and true chest routine that’s been done since the 60s.
