-Band Pull Apart: orange band 3 sets

  1. I’ve found a 70 degree incline is perfect for seated barbell shoulder presses. 75 degrees I still have to slightly press “around my head”

  2. Move the OHP into another incline exposure. More load and you get a better ROM given your limitations.
