  1. This video is great for recognizing and studying the movement you need. However, for a consistently good golf swing, your movement doesn’t need to be as exaggerated as what you see here🤗

  2. That's her swing! Way to much movement for me, I would miss the ball.
    Lifting both feet off the ground before contact.?? Upper body rotation (shoulders) is outstanding!! As stated lower body movements are highly exaggerated.

  3. Also love that wrist hinge and throw of the club at the the very last moment before impact. I bet she hit that ball 275-310 yards

  4. that's a machine there & you can draw a line from her lead foot thru her leg to her lead shoulder at impact LOL
