Last week I started telling you the focus areas I was targeting as part of my single figures plan, to get under 10 in 2020! This week is a deep dive into the second area, Golf Fitness!

I recently commenced with the Trainfuly Golf Fitness Training Program, and the programme’s creator Thomas Malchow has worked with the greatest athletes in the world. His clients have included the greatest athletes that have won Gold Medals in the Olympics, the World Cup, the Stanley Cup, the Gray Cup and numerous World Championships. His belief is pretty simple, that you can’t build fitness on top of dysfunction. Posture is the foundation from which you move, including the foundation from which you move your golf club.

I’ll cover everything on the trainfuly golf fitness program, what it is, why I started it and how it works…and also my feedback on the first 3 weeks of the program, and the help Frederick Taggart (A Golfers Walk) is giving me.
