Singapore is a thriving modern city that is a joy to experience known locally as the Little Red Dot 5 million people call this nation state home and this week the population is boosted by 54 of the world’s best golfers the sun Shone brightly on day one but the heat and humidity were Fierce now it’s super Saturday at Liv golf Singapore let’s get things started we are underway here in Singapore the course is a wonderful te to Green challenge it’s a ball Striker Paradise very unique beautiful design really big drains Fairways are very tight in the landing areas it’s just beautiful everything’s totally different than what we just saw so you got to adapt PR quick he’s annoyed with himself of course he is the weather is going to be a challenge it’s humid now I’m sweating my bollocks off went through four gloves in a matter of a couple hours it tastes a little bit more of you during the week it’s sometimes it gets tough to stay sharp as soon as your mental waivers a little bit that’s where the bad golf comes in you went for it that’s going to be a tough one we had the mental toughness is last week what a show of screw Aussie grit it’s going to be tough to back it up obviously a highlight of I think all of our careers last week I don’t think he could have scripted it any better to be honest we’re really happy with our finish last week Brandon steel fabulous performance by him we want to keep it going stifling heat the players kept their Co though so you got to try to stay on it and you got to try to outd the other guys Singapore is situated just 80 Mi north of the equator its climate is tropical the PGA Champion Brooks kka brought the heat on day one he is very well placed to become the first man to win four live golf titles he could do a team double as well with his smash GC tied for the lead Tor Sebastian Muno is top of the pylon by a single shot but Dustin Johnson tayl lauch and John Ram are all within Striking Distance good things come to those who wait hello everybody Welcome live inside the live broadcast studio myself all white we’ve got Jerry fultz and David faery we will tee off our shotgun start at the top of the hour so just a small matter of a 4H hour 45 minute delay we’ve had 2 in of rain as well but because of the system here at the golf course David had a little nap didn’t you for about what 4 hours and 15 minutes of that delay yes uh but because of the uh the technology at the golf course the drainage is magnificent so we hope with the daylight remaining that we can still get 18 holes in other the beauty of a shotgun start anybody um let’s turn our attentions to the golf away from the weather finally Brooks keco yesterday he defends his PGA title uh in a couple of weeks time in Valhalla and he’s showing signs of a return to form for that tournament of course he wants to win here as well a first round 66 five under par where has he improved lately David well he’s improved from 150 to 225 yards I feel like I’ve done this before yes you have sorry about that picture by the way yeah no it’s not not a problem not a problem it’s it’s uh it’s fairly usual in this this situation yeah no I mean he he is uh he’s made a few putts as well where he’s been burning the edges he actually rolled him into the Center yesterday you know so if he can keep that up uh he’ll be hard to beat this week yeah David alluded to that magical metric that is so important on this golf course based on past performances last year in previous EV been year 150 to 225 Brooks kepa gained two shots on the field from this very distance right here we call it the mid approach length and this was a Beauty at the hardest hole on the golf course yesterday number three yeah that’s where he teed off he birded five of his opening seven holes on what was his 34th birthday wife Jenner and babyon crew are in Singapore with him a quiet meal last night apparently said I made all the puts I needed to make and he doesn’t care as he said last night how hot it is how wet it is where he is in the world I just come to play and to win and that is the attitude he has brought here so he is one shot off the lead which is held by Sebastian Muno of Tork GC who had a mini crisis and his owned a mission in Adelaide last week a 72 in his opening round and this is the beauty of Team golf he got his whole teammates around him to K they had a deep conversation about him about his form he improved over the weekend and look at him here the only man I think yesterday to wear trousers and he shot a 65 he leads by one yeah and it’s aend mendous advantage to have that team around you you know I mean the last thing you want to do is let your three teammates down and I think it Spurs these guys on you know to not do that no an individual golf you don’t really have somebody to pull you out of that that deep Abyss that golf can tear you down because it is I mean it’s a game that’ll just beat you up if you let it but those three teammates make you believe in yourself the way they believe in you even though your confidence might be shattered he said the Heat’s actually helped him the key is to staying calm keep the heart rate down he had a birdie at nine then a birdie at four C just dropped in he eagled 18 as well this is his second shot into 16 he was bogey free yesterday and one of only four players blemish free in the opening round so Sebastian Munoz takes a on stroke lead into Super Saturday and we’re going to see some golf we’ll bring in our OnCourse analyst suan hang and Don bule after this Super Saturday at Singapore live golf 2024 is on more power more action more rivalries more possibilities let’s go leash the best teams in golf that was the bloody River mate battle to see who will win it all for the glory and the following live go get into a new dimension well we didn’t think we’d see it but there’s daylight out there David yeah uh an an astonishing piece of uh coar design and and Engineering Jerry to get this place playable I I I can’t believe that it’s playable so quick what Andy Johnson came in and told us they it made a huge uh infrastructure investment a meter so three plus feet of sand cap on top of the natural soil that was moved to create the course that lets it drain and then of course the subair system in the greens where you can get two plus inches of rain and be playing golf in a half hour amazing pretty amazing it doesn’t look like it rain no it’s remarkable we were at the course um before the sun rose this morning and I’d say the real heavy stuff started before 8:00 a.m. yeah ahead of what was scheduled to be a 9:15 local start the beauty of that of course is plenty of day light remaining to potentially get 18 holes in if it stays clear which we hope it will how many lightning strikes within 100 miles 1,000 lightning strikes within 100 miles we did even get the all cleared to go out and start preparing the course in in all of Singapore until uh what was it 1:00 yeah but the drainage absolutely magnificent that vacuum system under the greens just sucks the water down and Spills it out into the Lakes so no sooner has the rain eased that we are out there and ready to tea off in just a little more than 5 minutes time an excellent round Yesterday by Thomas Peters who said he tried uh a new driver after a disappointing performance in Miami it’s working out for him he’s five under one of six players won back of Sebastian mun we are back at santosa golf course here in Singapore and a delayed start is just under 5 minutes away our on course analysts who’ve been staying dry during the break suan hang and Bay suan we’ll start with you what have the players been doing all this time and how is this delay likely to affect some of them well full hours and 45 minutes is a long time but these golfers have their way of entertaining themselves some have been playing cards some have been playing Mario Kart some have been playing crosswords chatting stretching some even chipping in the locker room so they keep themselves fairly entertained but you know sometimes you can’t control the uncontrollables everybody’s in the same conditions I think when you have a day like that you just have to make the most of it go through your routine as much as you can and try to get your mindset in the zone right before they tea off 2.2 in of rain fell on this golf course and I can’t tell you how dry the fairways and the bunkers are this course drains better than anyone I’ve ever seen before now there is a little bit more moisture in the rough and I can see a situation where a guy hits a driver off the tea flies it in the off it embeds and it could lead to a lost ball that would be really unfortunate but it could happen today Dom suan thank you very much indeed lots more to come from them as the afternoon progresses here at the Sentosa golf club and the uh the system the technology has worked a treat and so too the hard work of the grounds keeping staff uh hasid dividends three minutes to go until the shotgun start aans will te off at two he won in a playoff the last time we were in this part of the world in Hong Kong and once again playing well five under what did you make of him yesterday David yeah he puted beautifully yesterday really uh scared everything that he looked at and uh if he can do the same today he’ll be in good shape for tomorrow that’s for sure uh well this golf course is going to play differently Jerry uh the Fairway is a lot wetter uh they’ll have ball in hand again but I I think the main difference is that first bounce into the greens from around the green you know you’re going to get a skid instead of a BNS yeah it’ll it’ll have a different texture all these guys have played in similar conditions after rain delays many times but back to AB answerer uh we get notes our our daily stats from our the team that does the incredible work for us and dunan Carrey adds a little a little context to it sometimes and he said summarizing Abraham’s play yesterday and his win in Hong Kong he called Hong Kong he called him an accuracy Merchant which I absolutely love which is what his game relies on but the most impressive stat 253 holes David 14 rounds and one hole without a three put now I know these greens are huge and I know he’s going to go out and three Jack the first hole now because I said it but that is incredible have you ever been mistaken for an accuracy Merchant Jerry no no no no in any of the facts I deliver but uh or my golf well the fans are Hardy in this part of the world This Is Not Unusual for Singapore a tropical climate yesterday bright Sunshine ferociously hot the humidity off the scale and today well patience has been the key and those fans that have stuck around and enjoyed maybe some Hospitality as well as they waited are going to be richly rewarded we hope it stays clear for the rest of the day we’ve got every chance if they get a bit of a wriggle on yesterday’s round ‘s about 4 hours 40 which was pretty good given the conditions slightly different conditions today but not as hot and hopefully the rain stays away less than a minute to go until our shotgun start so there’s Brooks capka top left of your screen the man’s a machine straight from his round yesterday to the gym for a workout yeah he’s a stallion aan to top right is five under par Dustin Johnson a winner already this season as well as avaner in Las Vegas our second event of the season and wo Neeman having a fantastic year two wins so far he leads the individual points race he’s chasing $18 million for winning the LI Golf League okay 4 hours 45 minutes after the scheduled start the shotgun start comes into its own on Super Saturday here in Singapore and we will start with the PGA Champion first on the team please welcome team smash on level in first place in the team competition as well on 11 underpath everything I never took it back in the indry I had to draw between my brothers and my enemies to keep it now weow so Brooks is playing with Thomas Peters and Sebastian mun the leader team off at one meanwhile back to two and the aforementioned Abraham aner who tees it up with Cameron tralle and a rejuvenated Martin kimer they’ve had a five shot lead going into that final round in Hong Kong he saw it whittled away and had to endure a playoff with Sergio Garcia in fact it was C Smith and Paul Casey which he won at the first play of ho the 18th by birding it for the first time all week back to the tier one here’s our leader Sebastian Munoz after his first first round 65 he six onp and nearly a shot and a half off the te yesterday which ranked him fourth in the field and only four guys hit more Fairways that one’s headed for the edge I was going to say with driver he can reach that bunker but that’s not a problem and with the sand being wet uh it’s an even easier shot for these guys John Ram is on the tiered five 200 pass 69 yesterday for John so he’s on the fringes of challenging at the top of the pylon seeking his first live golf title he’s finished in the top 10 in all six competitions so far yeah we’re going to see a lot of that little bounce backwards there Dustin Johnson will tear it off at 18 with Mark Lehman and Adrien little Fade’s going to ideally it would come down between the first short left Fairway bunker and the long right but that looks to be into the rough wherever around the world you’re watching thanks for sticking with us we’re underway on Super Saturday in Singapore still some light rain to be forecast to continue through the afternoon at times our on-site meteorologist who’s as good as they get his name is Jacob swick he actually used the term this afternoon early afternoon weather is going to feel cool and dry now that is a matter of perspective cool cool and dry yeah I wouldn’t have guessed either of those with it now that the sun’s peing through it’s going to steam up very quickly especially with all that moisture in the ground Lou usas in four underpar in terrific form came second by a shot to Brendan Steel in Adelaide last weekend and also helped sting it into that dramatic playoff with Ripper GC which the Aussies won on the second playoff hole Stinger GC a great bunch of mates and they entertain themselves with a game of cards and it looks like Lou’s winning that’s the game they’re playing there David not sure it’s a three card something or other in between I think so this is the second Gren Marty kimer to putt first and great to see Martin kimer back in some kind of form he had such a hard time with a really really bad wrist injury had surgery I guess you could call a off for streaky players and his his are different streaks when he’s playing well he plays well well for long periods of time when he’s not playing well he’s kind of On The Fringe for long periods of time Martin kimer captain of clicks GC finding his form here in Singapore showed a little bit of it in Adelaide last weekend that was for birdie that would have tied in with Sebastian Munoz for the outright lead cleaks had a good first day tied for third with stinger on 10 underpar one shot back of the five BS and smash suan you’re watching Brooks kep at the first well of all people on our league this guy won’t be bothered Ed by the conditions he said yesterday in his press conference it doesn’t matter what weather are the conditions it’s about prep it’s about what you’re doing you’re eating and drinking whole location today on the second oh sorry the first all the way back got to make sure he carries that front Ridge good start there out of Brooks whole high with that approach greeny to answer for birdie 200 54 Holes without a three butt now you you’re very very afraid that you jinxed him by saying it aren’t you well that that’s a record that’s not going to be tied for quite a while absolutely Thomas Peters he’s in the Fairway bunker at the first yeah and if he can’t see over the top of it I don’t know he’s 66 so this is completely blind yeah it is David and he’s not a short guy so if he’s jumping he’s definitely blind clean life of the bunker and they’re going to have to watch for spin out of these bunkers as uh compacted as the sand is Thomas teed off at 11 yesterday he was bogey free he eagled the 18 three of the birdies in a very good round of 66 Anthony Kim a wild card second shot of five two and a par for AK yesterday oh that’s a terrific shot from a very awkward stance he phrased yesterday’s round on social media talking to some people uh exchanging messages he said best ball striking round I’ve had since I returned to golf best ball striking round in a decade and a half his first sub 70 round in the first round for AK since his comeback subastian Muno second shot of w W very nice and that’ll be up the hill at 18 Dom you watched DJ yeah very thick light there’s mud on the ball oh that’s curving a long way towards the water but it should be okay almost where he was yesterday when he thought he was in the water yeah the third hole and Dean burm D the hill with his second shot C tringali for birdia two on the LI light just starting it outside the left Edge that was a little high but a little too soft right there this week Liv golf hosted its first sustainability Summit AT Sentosa Golf Club more than 60 attendees spent the morning listening to panelists from Global organizations such as Google the RNA conservation Singapore and youthtopia to discuss the intersection between sustainability and Sport from assessing the field to scaling solutions for Maximum Impact the conversations and insights were shared with high energy and meaningful intent livol CEO and commissioner Greg Norman provided the delegates with information about live Green live golf’s ambitious sustainability strategy whilst Majestics GC closed out the summit with an invigorating discussion on their little sticks IMPACT Program which was officially launched in schools last September check out livg golf.com potential unleash to learn more about Liv golf’s approach back at the first green and that’s what the first screen looked like about an hour ago that waterfall I mean it really is a a Conjuring trick that they performed here to get this golf course into playable Condition it’s just fantastic the 16th green out the back suan of our commentary box was completely submerged and without the the rain relenting half an hour later it was completely clear it’s funny you know everyone was uh telling me since I’m local and like how long is this going to take to drain I go honestly 10 minutes and they’re like no way I’m like yeah 10 minutes that’s how good it is out here and the greens look absolutely pure I just uh took a quick stroll to take a look at it well Brooks this was a part of his game that improved so much yesterday really put some nice confident Strokes on them H one three putt that was just bit of an ER up no going to take a second look at that one expected that to break defending Champion here in Singapore Taylor G for his birdie at 17 oh there’s a start G within two of Sebastian Muno DJ’s third D yeah well he’s I thought Adrian ball he just saw would spin a lot both Le and I standing next to each other DJ’s playing for spin Ah that’s there on the top yeah sometimes when the greens get that wet though it actually they’re so wet that it takes all the spin-off of when it lands dark golf so to speak now Munoz well J uh Arlo I think you mentioned earlier he really has been just trying to get motivated by his teammates who are playing well he robbing off him excellent start to Super Saturday for Sebastian Muno who starts as he ended day one seven under par now he leads by two Bubba just slips one past there Thomas Pet’s at one fantastic second shot honestly from this entire group obviously these guys are ready to play Golf Course certainly drained really well but it is playing softer which will make this course a little bit more getable greens are a bit more receptive still rolling at a pretty good speed oh good try there yeah they’re rolling the midels they were a little over 13 yesterday so it’ll take a little bit of getting used okay whilst that was happening we’ll take you to the fifth green and John Ram to begin with birdie spent most of his day yesterday just not making huge mistakes but not making anything positive happen and he doesn’t want to start the third round too far back to make a legitimate run at that overdue first win so happy we’ve got play here because it could still shape up to be a fascinating competition individually and in the team contest the top five teams at the start of play were separated by a shot and Mard who led by one he now leads by two the next 20 players with within two shots of each other Andy ogal tree he drops a shot on his first hole to go to seven over that’s Jason KRA at the seventh you can see that kind of a Splat when he hit it kicked up a little water good shot right at it yeah they’re just so wet right now that the ball goes so far down on its first bouns it doesn’t have a chance to jump up and spin Now Kevin n down the slope for birdie at three good lag but there for not he stays too back elsewhere hrk ston heed offered 14 today after a two over pass 73 yesterday here birdie putt successful he’s back to one over in the same group Matt Jones also birded that hole but Scott Vincent has got off to an excellent start today for the iron heads that was his birdie putt at eight the man who tied for fourth here last year which helped him finish in the top 24 and earned his right to play in the LIF Golf League this year that’s Dean burm for birdie oh violent lip out he did that about three times yesterday DJ on the way and that ball would have gone five or six feet by yesterday these greens are going to be a little easier to putt I think Jerry yeah ball in hand very little at any win we might see some rip roaringly low scores today if they’re able to complete all 18 and it’s going to be close well it’s a different wind today more off the left whole locations on that spine on the screen fion said he learns a lot from his experience last year on this golf course what to expect how to play it dealing with the heat it obviously didn’t really get to him yesterday this is an eight iron the wind’s picked up a little this is headed just right off the screen that’s what Dom was talking about that one disappears in the rough cor Adrien looking to make his way up the pylon the man from Poland you may have noticed on the pylon on the left hand side of your screen he was successful he’s five under now Brooks he’s got nine iron head it towards the left side of this pin needs to keep fading a that’s a good shot let’s again Brooks very accurate in terms of hitting the ball the right distance in these varying conditions Thomas he’s got nine iron as well he said he had a pretty rough year last year and just only recently found some time to focus on himself in his game he been playing pretty good in the last couple events similar line to Brooks the weather holding nicely after the delayed start here on Super Saturday in Singapore Muno leads by two chakara and this is for Eagle at the fourth a moment ago Mark Lehman for birdie at 18 double bogy his final hole yesterday to slip from six under but he’s got it back straight away one of them at least Cameron tringali taking a little saunter after that one beautiful shot that’s up a third C samoya is from Finland I don’t think he’ll mind the Clown to much although he does make his home in Dubai which is rather warm at times he’s level par this is his second shot into 12 and it’s wonderful Mito Pereira he might need a debrief with his teammates shortly he’s four over par for to that was fa birdie of 1550 Marty kimer down the hill at the Third one of the hardest screens to hit yesterday but no problem there decent look at birdie for kimer chakara for birdie to join the Log Jam on five underpath L tape around the hle of that putter there wrapped around just to make it a little bit heavier not sure I’ve seen that before yeah it’s usually on the sole or something Sebastian Muno has a TW stroke lead after birding the first hole his first hole as well today but there’s their trouble at the second and this is really unfortunate that bul can you well they’ve got it so you’re joining the search party there yeah we might see a bit of this today yeah that was good I can barely see that golf ball that’s how deep that ball went and you’re lucky cuz that’s just an eight iron as you said um where you had a really good idea where it ended up easier to find that happens with a driver is Dom mentioned you might not know within 20 yards where it is you’re going to run out of your 3 minutes very quickly Mark Lehman at the first the fairway wood drifting towards the right bunker okay now I just think it’s just because it’s a little uh on the slope I think it’s at least 135 and you put a little flight to it yeah can you just be really still over there no just just don’t move all right real clear here okay real committed your shot yeah hope they’re right though yes it is absolutely John Ram started with birdie of five this is a group that I’d pay to watch Rah Anthony Kim and Peter Uline playing together today rarely does Rah miss those short if he misses them rarely does he miss them right his standard Miss is just a little bit of a trap pole well that was happening Sebastian Muno played his second at two and that’s where you really don’t want to have to landed short of the Green in that zoa it comes up good solid 15 ft short gray McDow who plays for smash GC he was bogey free yesterday with a 68 smash level on 12 under with the fireballs and the clicks what a break oh my that is cruel almost goes into the hole back into the water oh Peters for birdie estri moved to his right just slightly still nine players on five under here’s another of them Abraham Ana trying to get to six speed yesterday David was absolutely perfect all day long and once again yeah back to two and Brooks for birdie very similar line to Thomas’s putt can tell it just slows down right at the end as it goes up Hill got I hit this Farm enough the clicks have hit Top spot in the team contest they’ve started wonderfully after the delayed start today they lead by one Martin kimer is within one of the leader now he is six under par the captain h after that birdie at three Sebastian mun to stay one ahead still some work left Brandon steel so impressive all three days in Adelaide beating Louie usasan In The End by a shot to win his first Liv Golf League title solid start yesterday as well that’s his third into the PA five 18th and another birdie opportunity Cameron tring gy for his birdie at three to get him to six under par it’ll be a three-way tie for the lead now he plays for the High Flyers Phil mikkelson’s team who got onto the podum for the first time in a long while last weekend courtesy of Cameron of Phil and of of course Brendan steel Anthony Kim for birdie at six you know I I think I’ve yet to see Anthony can leave a putt short it’s beyond astonishing how good the short game has been since day one yeah it it leaves you in a matter of weeks when you don’t practice it for most top level players uh and his was 12 years Adrian here on second shot on the first I spoke to him off the 18th green I was he was so surprised the ball didn’t spin on his third shot everybody expecting with the moisture it would spin so they’ve computed that into their brains so they need to adjust as they always do every day is different conditions great line John Ram is on the green at six to start with backto back birdies on Super Saturday Mark Lehman at one much lower ball flight little left DJ has find the Fairway bunker here 63 so yeah you’re probably 61 up to 64 yeah was st’s off the left and pinch of help mostly just off the left 637 you got 55 to get up top no I Le’s like chipping that you got eight behind it lost both his opening t-shots to the right but the LIE is just ideal he’s got an aine it’s almost like playing off a hard pan Fairway oh oh man caught that thin I mean really thin it didn’t touch a blade or a grain of sand and that is a very unusual shot from the big fellow Che three this is the hardest toll yesterday only saw five birdies and Brooks was one of them who bured his opening hole three good trying to just lay it on the top shelf yeah that was a very good swing just got a a message from a friend who’s a former retired news Zer who broke many glass ceilings Kathleen Sullivan given us the forecast for Valhalla PJ in two weeks and said this is going to be great shot McDow this is going to be great practice for Brooks cuz it is m miserable there right now enduring heavy storms all over Kentucky Well mow saves par after his third shot hit the pin and roll back into the water so that’s a a Super Save By gr McDow that’s the most unusual five or par that we’ll see today that’s for sure he deserved it yeah DJ Now on a very steep up slope he’s on the grass is he yeah yeah oh well he’s brought double bogy into play right now I don’t think he can reach the green off that light oh oh he’s flown the green meanwhile Taylor G for birdie at 18 and he’s making his move today two under after two holes he’s one off the lead defending his Singapore title this is the the green at eight and Dav PGE how about that five GMAC just made amazing almost jams it in the hole for three has to chip it in for par next to the fourth and Dean bur’s third this is a par five from the back left of the green this is going to be a lot of fun here yeah to watch he landed that just in the Zer he wanted to get it all the way out and onto the green calls up on him Ian pter Victorious here in the Singapore open 15 years ago this is second shot into the par 410 Ian is two under par for his competition Peter Uline for birdie at six he CED a two under P 69 yesterday so he’s now three under the range goats they are in a tie for fourth place defending their Singapore team title DJ who is butchering the first he is David and it’s such an important up and down having not birdied the 18th playing downwind will that needs to go wacki Neeman the captain of toor K GC and the leader of the live golf league convincingly so by over 30 points over John Ram the Liv Golf League winner after 13 events will win 18 million wo has started wonderfully here in Singapore stays at four under par winner in Maya Coba and jeda already this season and massively consistent elsewhere as well back to the first I tell you a funny story Matt Kelly his caddy came up to me just now say sorry I didn’t didn’t give you a club there but he was hitting the wrong Club anyway well it didn’t matter putter will make up for some mistakes that’s for sure two holes on Saturday for Mark leechman two birdies makes up somewhat for the double in his final hole yesterday and it’s a four-way tie for the lead on six under oh this is the hardest hole for reason you ready yeah throwing a tea down to figure out who’s going first as I was saying this is the hardest hole because it is the second hardest green to find on the golf course only 46% of players found it and it starts right here most of them are hitting off not really no just think you’re feeling of doing that yeah it’s a downhill line fairly Long Way whole location Today front lift just T behind it front bunker right over the flag stick beautiful swing Adrian is having an excellent start after the long delay he started on 18 the par five with a birdie and he backed that up with a three a birdie three at the first so he is also six under Sebastian he’s got six says a downhill lie into a tucked hole location he’s got his green glove on try and get as much grip as possible this is headed left Terell Hatton is on the 18th his second shot nice clean head yeah not a very good shot may get better really good chance for Eagle for Hatton having parred his opening two holes Peters just left hand rough little moisture in that grass he did a really good job suan still jumped on him a little bit of not getting lot he caught caught it very shallow well Sarah pong Golf Course sits under the shadows of the stunning Marina Bay Sands Resort and this week’s Hang Time saw cam Smith catch up with suan after an epic week in Adelaide welcome to hang time this week we’re here in Singapore on the back end of Australia and who better to have this week then the captain of last week’s team champion the Ripper GC it’s Cham Smith let’s go congratulations for your very first team win this year especially in Adelaide post round post playoff you guys went into a casino and got got quite the reception in there were you surprised um yes I wasn’t expecting that one um I think everyone must have gone straight from the golf course to the casino obviously there was a lot of Ripper hats in there after that did you have a Champions dinner of any sort I heard you maybe might have gone to McDonald’s did you go to Maus uh yeah yeah yeah um no my my wife went wanted to go to McDonald’s I I got a kebab and oh you did I Australian thing to do after a night of trink game a great shot speaking of your wife the last time we did hang time you weren’t married yet y what’s married life been like for you uh it’s the same honestly she she’s so cool nothing’s really changed in our lives she was able to see Adelaide last last week which she wasn’t able to do the year before and I was kind of prepping her for that but her mind was blowing so yeah it’s been awesome so they drank shoes went to the casino had a macers and a kebab could the celebrations be any more Australian really Dean BM rolled it in nicely to the T 2 and Adrien Moran just 165 yards today plays about 10 yard shorter than that downhill yeah it does dir and uh well from this height the ball is not going to bounce at all so try and hit it that full yardage leaking a little right will it catch the slope no to the greater three and mun is third judging by his practice swings he’s going to go for the high lofted one got to be careful with contact it’s well played not a typical shot but well played with a nine9 amongst the top 15 Players yesterday he hit the fewest greens only 10 but he puted the eyes out the ball well he’s hit this green might hit the hole Phil Mickelson is on the te at 14 so interesting to listen to Brendan steel after the event and after his victory in Adelaide and so much credit given to Phil Mickelson his team captain they shared a house as a team in Adelaide and also he spent a long time with Phil during the offseason he said all that chipping in Phil’s backyard paid off Thomas Peters for birdie from distance at the third to tie the lead those bunkers throw a shoulder in there and toss it to the left it’ll come back to the right at the end that’s an excellent lag cut beautifully judged a aner his second shot at the par five fourth the accuracy Merchant yes right on Q yeah yeah that’s a beauty a fairway wood lovely shot never left the flag stick from that angle through the trees as well splits the uprights Hatton at the 18th that was for Eagle back to three and Brooks to tie the lead yesterday he said these downhill putts he either left them short or ran them 6 feet past he said was going to try and work on it post round greens are just a little slower today Matthew wolf at the 18th this will get him to four under keep waiting keep waiting for him to break through Wolfie but seems like he’s headed in that direction Sebastian avoiding backto back Bogies seems a little quicker than normal with his irons uh the fourth in the greenside bunker this is the first time we’ll see uh a greenside bunker shot and we would expect this to spin yeah just holds up on them a little bit not bad elsewhere at santosa golf club we had a 4our 45 minute delay but we’re well underway here on Super Saturday Jason crack for birdie excuse me his t-shot at the par 38 he made birdie and that has Smash in a onot lead at the top of the team competition Kieran Vincent has started well he needs to start Gathering points if he wants to stay in the LI golf league and avoid relegation that was his third into 18 Adrian Mar birdie atcc Richard andash GC Jason was a little surprised how much it either turned left or didn’t come back to the right but still kieren made birdie in the end he’s four in the par yeah Bryson slips one in at 18 and the green at four a aner for the outright lead oh he holded a couple of those yesterday that’s a great effort it’s one thing to hold a couple of them that’s another thing to hit the hole on a few but it’s remarkable the speed’s perfect every time here’s AK and that’ll be a par five for him on the seventh to the green at 14 the par three and Phil for birdie oh next to the green at four a Martin Kim of for birdie and the outright lead well you miss putts and leave them short when the greens are normal speed these are just a little slower has been mentioned many times prom to get to four good P that’s an excellent start to his second round for John Ram two under for the day so far four under par for the competition so he’s two off the lead seeking his first live golf Victory he’s captained Legion 13 to two team wins Cameron tringle for birdie at four to go to seven underpar and take the outright lead yeah he likes it immediately High Fly is looking to go back to back after Brendan Steels Victory last week hello oh nean well it’s relatively early in the round but actually technically nearly 7 hours into the day that’s true yeah oh Stone motherless dead Mark lean the title lead at two curly left to rer needed to touch more pace back out to the green at number five Kevin n looks like he’ll be sizing up his very lengthy birdie putt first from well behind the hole be a while before Waco butts a perest playing so very well of course the winner in Miami and then played well again last week Ticky B on the ninth green he’s got a friend who actually made some custom caps for him that we might see in uh Houston when we get there yeah says Dicky be on the front and Bland demonium scrolled across the back R I got to get one yeah well the clicks are in a tie for the lead a four-way tie for the team lead smash the Fireballs the range G and the clicks all 13 under trali T shot away oh that’s roll David yeah look at that lands on the D slope and you got a bunch out of that Kevin now up in the green that’s a good PT make that five teams on 13 under Charles schwarzel has just birded 10 for Stinger GC a banser back on the 15 he often does that exact move where he kind of rocks back on his back foot post finish as though he didn’t get his weight all the way through the ball but that’s awfully straight now John ROM on the T number eight to1 yards sit sit God sit down this so far yeah he pulled it pull it if dof the club a little that’s not bad but de lofted always goes longer than a straight shot remember last Sunday and Stinger GC who went 24 under on the final day they closed a six shot deficit in the closing three holes on Ripper to force the playoff they’re at it again Charles schwarzel that was for birdie at 10 and then Brandon Grace for birdie at eight Grace made that key Eagle at the 10th which helped Stinger into that playoff last weekend perfect t- shot from Sebastian he’s not blocked out by those set of palm trees hybrid whole loation all the way back from this angle you should be able to do something from the up slope there I remember yesterday Brooks hit a similar shot through those trees it’s not without risk no wow what a shot just threads the needle there through those palm trees that’s an excellent shot Marco Neeman made his birdie at five so Tor K are 13 under par in a six-way tie for the team lead second shot for Peters here on the fourth he’s got five iron SL down here light so such a great golf swing perfect lines so Dynamic this is looking pretty good yeah beautiful well the high fly is looking to go back to back last week it was Brendan steel this week Cameron tringali he leads by one Louis on the way for birdie at six Charles schwarzel at 11 rolled in that magnificent birdie pun on 15 his final hole of Championship Sunday as part of that comeback eventually Stinger fell short on the second playoff hold to Ripper GC a memorable three days of golf in Adelaide Char continuing his good form he’s to underpar stinger in that six-way tie for the team lead that’s just amazing to me that’s the same place we were a couple hours ago yeah hunkered down in the booth no way to escape rain pouring down Green’s completely flooded and then boom they’re playing golf as if we just had a Sprinkle Marty kimer at the fifth think he’s got a six iron David six iron yeah well you mentioned it just that moisture in the sand make it so compact typically makes these shots a lot easier so you’re hitting off hard pan wasn’t the case for DJ that long not long ago no unlucky F grass sh got back one to the fourth this is a par five sasio munz with his third shot he’s putting some pressure on his shark game early and it’s round this is not a difficult up and down though got to be careful with the grain as well as the softer grounds trying to get a nice clean Conta ATT Slide the club under it looks like he’s going to try and flight this 15 ft short one bounce well live golf offers the best and most Innovative viewer experience in golf we made history with the game’s groundbreaking all live any shot any time initiative it’s now available on the world’s best golf app devices with a click of a button it’s the live golf league any shot anytime live or in other words exactly how you wanted Cameron trali surveying what he’s got left here at five much shorter shot than the the other two that’s for sure he got about four 40 yards a run for some reason and he takes advantage of it beautiful Brooks for Eagle at four turned left early off that slope when it turns left early it the magnet mag is increase let’s check back in with Henrik Stenson for the Majestics who need a dramatic Improvement once again they’re tied for 12 with the Four Aces on 200 under that was his t- shot at 17 another birdie then for Henri today Charles how III had an unhappy day of it yesterday but this for Eagle at 18 for The Crushers who were in The Sellar overnight that’s unfamiliar territory that’ll help though beautifully done by Charles how II that was for Eagle at 18 and somewhat makes up for his disappointing 76 yesterday Mark lean D the hill at three oh another good swing Brooks for birdie Legion 133 have drawn level on 13 under par with the other six I don’t think I’ve seen this on a Super Saturday seven teams tied for the lead oh that was a gorgeous second shot he hit here on the fourth now that’s just a three-footer first birdie of the day for Brooks kka he closes back to within two of Cameron tringali now before that this was Thomas Peters for eagle that was an unenthusiastic effort joh R off the green putting it for birdie at eight it’s the matter if it gets through that friend smoothly boy that was a quick P yeah yeah it’s very well judged as they say Cameron Smith over at 12 Sebastian Munoz did tap in for his birdie over at four he’s label with Cameron triari hat for birdie at one gave up early and then it goes in there’s zero chance when he hit that put in his might he thought it was going Kevin not the sixth it’s a dark board right there he asked for it to be the right number and it was exactly the right number Brooks’s birdie has got smashed to 14 under level with the range goost and torqu now for the team lead a aner has a birdie opportunity to tie the lead here at the fifth good news for British Golf fans yes that rain delay means it’s a it’s a leisurely Saturday morning familiar conditions watching the live golf league now what can Abraham an do here not a good try Brooks on the tea with driver he drove it really solid yesterday and he would convert most of those Fairway vines into birdies now 3:30 to get all the way down past those bunkers it’s a little softer today a little cooler Ball’s not going to travel quite as far he hit nine Fairways of the 14 Yuan and birdie six of them swiftly up to the green and tringali for his birdie to retake solo advantage on the pylon and he gets to eight under par Peters he put a new driver in Miami one that would spend a little bit more just help to eliminate some of the dispersion with his drives that looks pretty good if it carries weong for part three yeah I found the greenside bunker just short and that looks good Bo he’s putting beautifully very comfortable with that stroke that shows no anxiety very smooth back and through for those watching in Australia on the seven Network it’s time now to switch over to 7 plus leean at three that’s a that’s an unusual Miss there Dom what was he in Strokes gain yesterday on the greens 4.68 gain from the field Jerry that’s remarkable heard of yeah enormous and he three ped the last screen yeah Matthew wolf down the hill at two oh he is absolutely posing made our first Ace in live golf history back in Boston tournament three or four year one well Cameron changal Ted offer two he parted since then he’s been hot stuff that was for birdie at three excellent performance yesterday probably or possibly inspired by Brendan steel his teammate winning in Adelaide last week so birdie at four was followed by birdie at five which was set up by this wonderful second shot so Cameron tringale lead Sebastian Muno by a shot DJ for birdie yeah he finds himself four strokes behind his fellow competitors already after just three holes I think his goal is just to try and catch them today yeah I don’t see we’re I don’t think we’re going to see a lot of players in Reverse today under these conditions with ball in hand nean points leader this for birdie at six only three guys can actually pass him for that points lead this week and they’d all have to win that’d be Ron burmester and usas chakara at seven that’s his fourth shot and that was his fifth it was a better swing actually the last one you like buba I’m the T 4 team 180 it’s weighing in out today your goats in a tie for the lead David yes that had to look so good to him in the air turned out great nearly caught the flag stick Bubba score not counting at the moment UL line Peters and wolf all under par the range goes 14 under looking to defend their title in Singapore three scores of the four counts of course towards the team totals on Friday and Saturday and then it’s the Wild Wild West tomorrow all four scores counting and Lou usas of stinger GC knows how exciting that can be and he’s flirting with real danger there at the seventh oh he thought it was wet when he let go of that club just completely found a wedge yeah and he can’t see it right now he might still think it’s wet monio found this right Fairway bunker that lip is pretty high and he’s got a slight downhill light from there he still has about 19193 to the front of this green judging by where they’re pointing I think they’re going to try and just play this front left yeah just laying up smart play there n made his birdie at six to take his score to six underp when you’re in a situation like Sebastian you just want to take a medicine on a hole like this eight iron for Brooks like downhill light all location on the top of that Ridge might be a little cooler today but it certainly is a little muggier more humid oh this is right at it that’s good if you like golf John Ram second shot at nine four shots off the lead held by Cameron tring second shot here for Thomas nine iron just left off the pin got to stay Cameron tringali leads by one are we to have another team playoff five teams level on 14 under with the caveat that there’s a lot of golf to be played yet there’s Marty kimer at coup up 47 in that be what you got it’s got to be 50 yeah it’s played minimum for me minimum 50 Craig Conley is faithful bman obviously you’re looking at flag and finishing left of it okay well I actually ped eight but that would be right over the top of it obviously anything right of it you you’ve got five like 50 shot with this or yeah 50 even even a fraction more is okay a so you get yourself a good Target here the camera man there you go D you mentions Caddy’s name I know caddies that have known him for years and years and don’t know his name yeah all the Cades go by nicknames and he’s got a great one ween ween yeah after laying up on the fifth this is mun’s third got to sit a chance for power that’s that one skip you were talking about yeah just hits that wet Turf skips forward then digs or it plugs one or the other Anthony Kim AKA AK second shot here at the ninth two underpar for the competition so far Matthew wolf a moment ago for birdie at two for the range goats this to get him to six under par for the competition it’s his third birdie in a row three under par today and the range goats are in the team lead by a shot they’re all chasing right now Cameron trali in the Fairway bunker that at six not seemingly happy with it but it’s really hard to tell based on his reaction yeah it is he’s inscrutable a bcer his second shot at six you could tell he like that the entire way Thomas Peters has tied for the lead this at the fifth oh he’s having a great weekend so far Thomas Peters of the range goats and he is seven under par the goats now lead by two Pet’s though on seven under still Trails by one John Ron with another chance for birdie here to get it to five under you hear often times David how a player swing and putting stroke match each other in Tempo it’s almost always oh that was horrible put it’s almost always with guys with long flowing swings and long flowing Strokes he has short Tempo in both y roller coaster Super Saturday so far for Sebastian mun and he drops one at five started the day on six under got it to seven under and a two two- shot lead very early on on Saturday and he dropped back to six before Ram at nine it was Anthony Kim putting down the slope he’s going to fight and Claw for a chance to earn some points to get his first points of the Season he’s right on the edge right now we saw Bubba at 14 beautiful that’s birdie fantastic second shot from Brooks this difficult par for fifth he did the same thing yesterday anytime he hit the fairways he would just convert so well giving himself so many opportunities just makes it look so easy when it’s going well does it act a whole lot different even when it’s not going well that’s where tringali ended up back at six just off the left side of the green he would have been able to lift clean and place it from there and get it over closer to the green so this will be very much as though it were a putt from on the surface Al the a lengthy one pretty good John R for par over at nine Brooks within one of our leader Cameron tringle he’s reached the T at six it’s a very pretty golf hole but an intimidating Drive water all the way on the right side of this hole it’s very pretty he said yesterday in his post round interview with me that he’s just gone back to working on some fundamentals setting up a little bit better good looking swing there just amazing how often it comes down to the old Basics as Brook told Su Brooks told suan yesterday fundamentals fundamentals fundamentals in this wacky game Peter’s next I had a ni’s big smile on his face walking off the fifth green yeah that was a good swing there yeah that was gorgeous Matthew wolf is playing his way into contention in Singapore he’s running hot this is at the 18th his third shot at the par five he would make that birdie putt then to the first the PA four where he would make birdie as well to make it to straight he then birded the par three second so Wolfie is three under par today through his opening five hle six under for the competition and the range goats suddenly lead by two Martin kimer for birdie at six oh great speed good putt just two back we got a really bunched up leaderboard and once again Arlo a lot of superstars y yeah riches as far as the eye can see Brandon Grace oh that would have taken him to five under par he’s 48th in the live golf league standings 49th and below are relegated which given his record in the live golf league so far is actually quite shocking it’s not easy out here there’s a lot of really good players and only 24 of them less than half earn points each and every week this is the fourth green it’s a half five Dom is morang first to play with his third shot here yes he is and uh really a bit disappointing he was in the perfect spot no trees to maneuver around with his second just pushed it slightly but the light’s pretty good and looking like the way he’s rehearsing he’s going to try and land it maybe on the edge of the green I thought he might he went up and checked the Fringe to see what it looked like I thought he might try and land It On The Fringe and it’s a little down slope there and kick it towards the pin you know what’s remarkable here guys I have not spotted any casual water on this golf course I almost gave you a bad dad joke right there Dom it rain cats and dogs but there were no poodles I think he’s going to try and fly onto the green this is a high tar shot ah very nice the sahong course has hosted both men’s and women’s professional championships through the years and some of the live golf League’s best have been coming to sing for decades the club has been a longtime host of the prestigious Singapore open won by Majestics GC Captain Ian palter in 2009 almost 10 years later Fireballs GC Skipper Sergio Garcia took home the trophy in 2018 Lee Westwood Louie usas and Paul Casey have all been Runners up here it is our second visit to the course it’s absolutely gorgeous we had a long delay of 4 hours and 45 minutes earlier but this investment by the Sentosa Golf Club in the sub air vacuum system that sucks the water the surface water off the greens dumped it into the lakes and has this place almost pristine within half an hour of what we had 2.2 in worth of rain all morning that was Mark leechman for Eagle at four and a great chance for him to get to Seven underpar to within one of our leader Cameron tral okay okay a shaky start for monos is opening five holes he said yesterday he’s only really red lead Parton me twice on day one he feels a lot of pressure it’s a stacked leaderboard he feels like he has to go low all the time and he knows there are a lot of people chasing him he’s very open about that in the press conference just a wedge and a good one at that continues to march on but today you know one or two or 300 part you’re not going to gain any ground on the leaderboard so and now Peters yeah he’s been working with his coach Jerome trying to get the club a little bit more laid off at the top down a bit more on plane as well oh didn’t like that it’s got to be left it’s not tragic Brooks next that reaction was uh a little worse than I thought it was is going to be just a gap wedge for Brooks does he pepper another pin this is looking pretty good well a great chance suan of a third straight birdie for Brooks kka on six 17th T and Filbert have you stripped him this season of his Knighthood um you know he Sur fell every now and then an intermittent thing but now you named him after a nut leash bir it for oh he he pushed it slightly three birdies in his opening five holes for Lehman he’s seven under one back AK trying to find his back pocket it looks like a laundry basket free flowing yeah somebody asked me about AK and and the way he dresses and I said go to your local golf course your public golf course or your or your top golf and see if he wouldn’t fit right in that is how so many recreational golfers enjoy the game and he brings that spirit in his refreshed return to professional golf elsewhere here in Singapore David pu who is impressing in the international series and on the Asian tour needs to find a little bit of form in the live golf league to be certain of his future I’m sure he won’t be worrying too much but that was his second shot into 11 he plays for the Fireballs Brendan steel last week’s winner in Adelaide is going along very solidly indeed that was for birdie at three for the High Flyers Baron made his birdie at four this is Peter Uline at 10 one of those big hardwood trees that throws a root up every now and then and he’s in amongst them you just got to be careful with this not to hurt yourself while we wait here’s Peters at 6 back to your line oh okay good contact terrific shot from there back to Brooks at 6 oh everything goes down and away from the hole past this location decently quick three straight birdies for the PGA champ I Brooks kka and he is tied for the lead on eight underpar now Seb he’s next wants to make a birdie here just for some confidence mentally little momentum as well don’t want to pull yourself tooo far away from the pack he knows it especially he’s playing with a guy like Brooks John R second shot at the 10 Sebastian Munos today excellent from John Ram B birdie bogy PA 30 bogy P very consistent out at seven Kevin n lengthy birdie effort on the par five Kenny harms by his side gives his two cents on almost every cut followed Kevin I think I told you this story at the old team event they used to have called the shark shootout years ago now it’s a mixed team event I believe called the grant thoron down at a Greg Norman design in Naples and it became laughable how many putts he made he called it the best putting round of his life everybody who witnessed it said they’d never seen anything like it but 30 and 40f Footers like this going in routinely and he even started walking them in late in the round yeah it’s always annoying playing with someone who’s doing that yeah yeah let’s who your teammate yeah well Brooks ker is running hot he was five under par after his first round he birded five of his first seven holes yesterday having teed offered three three passs to start one through three today but then three birdies that was his second shot into the fourth where he’d make birdie birdie put at five the par four and then just a few seconds ago this was at six also a par four so Brooks kepka has got it to eight under par and he’s tied for the lead with Cameron tringale and suan he’s reached the tea at seven well Jerry you talked about fundamentals so many of these top golfers they always go back to the same stuff they don’t try all sorts of different things it’s usually the same things that haunt them I know Brooks have been working a little bit more on his alignment trying to square everything up at setup it’s 259 to carry that bunker on the right that would be his line with a little fade and that was smoked there it is Brooks and tring garley Lead the Way in Singapore Peter U line for birdie at 10 yeah these grain are definitely half a foot slower maybe a foot slower than they were yesterday Phil for bird at 17 PA three beautiful I love him he’s going double gloves back with ROM for birdie an individual title almost feels inevitable for John R but he’s got to grasp the nettle at some point and make a real Run for the top of the pylon his best opportunities were in the opening two events in Maya COA and Las vas six top 10 finishes but also a lot of that yeah still there though four and a par four back of kka and tring here’s cam Smith from 170 yard out at 15 he may not like that yeah a bit of a push the seventh third shots and first to play our joint leader camon tring started on that palm tree just left a it perfect C seven Fairway to that third shot for co-leader Cameron tralle who is three under par of his round so far through his opening five holes he’s left himself quite a l long way back here almost 160 yards Mark nishman here on the fifth in the second shot just drove it in the right rough L he good but he over 200 yards away but where the pin is today on the left side of the green he doesn’t have to contend with that giant bunker on the right unless of course he pushes it he’s pushed it but it’s carried it’s middle of the gree oh oh not a bad push oh good weight on it you’re getting you’re getting picky out there following these players D yeah I am I see too much good golf yeah we need to play together and you’ll appreciate those shots more we’ll stay for Dom oh and leean matching each other shot for shot they burried the same hes or the lean really left one on the golf course with his Miss on the third yeah just one but the wind help I just like it coming down on see the the little bit of grass cuts the bunker there yeah perfect there you understand J back the Scotsman everyone needs a Scottish caddy at one stage during their career there might be more chance of understanding Adrian in Polish wow 99 for downhill Li so this will make the ball go a little bit further always has that pre-shot routine full back swing kind of fools a few of his uh fellow competitors they take a first step when he does that similar to Lehman back to the seventh and the third shot for Abraham aner be disappointed with with that one from just under 70 yards comes up very shy Taylor G has made his third birdie of the day he’s also carded one bogy but it’s got smash into a tie for first place with the range goats Patrick Reed knocking on the door with the club to let him know he’s right down below him playing his second shot at 17 he was expecting that to Skid a little more before it started hitting the brakes just a layup here for Brooks at seven that’s right David three aren’t he’s going to want to try and get this pretty close to where it AG just was it’s actually not even that easy a layup shot you can slip it into the heart really quite quickly if you’re not careful that’s fine some Angry Birds out there Pat Perez for birdie this is at 17 the four aces are slumping in 2024 they’re now down in 12th Place here in Singapore already 13 back of the co leaders the range goats and smash Cameron tringali on the green at seven for yet another birdie somebody fell asleep during the rain delay you and me both pal I could have done with a few ounces more it’s going to be an early night for these guys yeah I might just sleep under the desk ah DJ poor 99 really good 40 ft away I expected him to come out firing today but it’s not been the case just not been sharp Mr a couple right with his t-shots and the irons are not that sharp except for the one on three he look just looked back at me did he hear me whilst we wait for DJ an’s put is away at seven and it’s marvelous well he was overdue to make one cuz he nearly made every single one so far and they haven’t been short putts answer two under par today seven under for the tournament he’s to within one of the leaders only three par fives on Sentosa he’s played two of them he’s part two of them that’s really shots lost to the field and you don’t expect guys to make putts from this distance but it’s one that’s fairly easy to read and you read it correctly Kevin n has this one for birdie at 8 back at the fifth there to tie the lead for Adrien on the other hand and leichman looking extremely sharp morons hold three very nice puts already and this one I think he’ll scare the hole out of 11 John Ron playing his second left side of the Fairway just a short iron young calebra the member of the team not counting today at one over oh what a that’s just dead at it right there and another great looking birdie for Ram well Mar Lehman can tie for the lead here on eight underp just got a good read from looks better oh Mark leechman coming off his heroics in the playoff in Adelaide for Ripper GC he’s eight under par he’s tied for the lead and that’s with a double bogy on his final hole yesterday David as you alluded this is not an easy layup with a second shot well Peter’s got a little lucky got a fairly big Left Right bounce sorry he’s got to go just an awkward one from the side of the slope there and then they off it’s not great though Rooks Brooks ran all the way up to the green to take a look today’s whole location is all the way the back it’s an intimidating shot because from his angle it’s like the infinity pole in Marina base ant yeah can’t quite see light in the back you have to really commit to your yardage on that tier everything’s flips left to right what’s a medium one go 85 86 after watching the last two shots this screen is quite receptive especially pitching into the slope well the live golf league is always innovating and making news and that of course keeps Jerry fultz on his toes it’s time for another round with FY nicknamed another painful round with FY by many of my co-workers listen there’s something that’s new that’s been on the books all season long but hasn’t received much attention uh because we haven’t suspected much activity we’re entering Sunday night we’re on the eve of our very first ever transfer window or a free trade zone if you would for one month starting tomorrow night when this tournament concludes teams and players can be traded to other teams and play uh for other players they’re going to be straight transfers straight you take my contract we get your contract uh no compensation involved but uh we didn’t really think there was going to be any activity whatsoever and then in the recent weeks and more recently this week we started hearing a little bit of rumbling of maybe some disgruntled captains with a player or maybe a player who would love to go play for another team so there may be some activity we can’t wait to hear about it if indeed it does happen the other thing that can happen during this window is teams can extend the contracts of one of their players if they no longer have a contract so what that means is if that player were then to get relegated the trade or the extended contract has no hold but players can Lobby for a contract extension captains can try and lock up players who might be a hot item in the free agent in offseason time to another year or two of a contract it’s going to be really exciting we don’t know what moves might be made but we’d love to hear some of your ideas if you want to tweet us at Ashli broadcast with some of the realistic trades you think could benefit each and every team that’s involved it’s going to be exciting it’s a fascinating Surplus isn’t it yes it applies to the commentary team as well oh yes we can all be traded to different positions I believe yes well uh I’ll pack my bags it’s been lovely working with you I think Arlo should go on course we all know how disastrous that would be so I love you Arlo I think I should produce I’m going into catering Cameron Tri garley to te off at8 one of three players on eight under par with Brooks kepka and a very very much in for Mark Lehman it’s a beautiful shot one thing of no clarification on what I just said during that transfer window a wild card cannot be signed to a team and then a player placed on the Wild Card status from one of the teams as we have heard Rumblings there is some interest already with the way he’s coming around quickly there is some interest already in AK from a couple of the teams well he had his best opening round yesterday didn’t he 200 under and everybody knows his potential a narrow Miss for four straight birdies for Brooks Thomas Peters just before on the seventh this for birdie as well well it was a slow start to life in Singapore in 2024 for Bryson Des Shambo but he’s coming good here on Super Saturday that was for birdie and at 18 he’s three under his round so one under overall Sergio Garcia is three under par that was birdie at 11 the man who took Taylor G to a playoff here last year Matthew wolf attacking the fourth green and two lovely shot there and a chance for Eagle to the green at 11 now John has uh had a couple of misreads so far today little head scratchers see if we can get this one right John Ram is just appearing in the rear view mirror of those at the very top of the pylon he is five under paath three back of the leaders three under today Mark leechman at six do yes with a 99 to a very friendly pin and guys I would trade to be walking neeman’s caddy not that I’m complaining that’s a lucrative position I thought you were getting paid now Dom uh before I say anything that my executive producer will be listening to I’m very happy yeah the cadd do very well and one cadd is doing extremely well is number two on the PJ tour money list now Ted Scott who CAD for Scott sheer but we go roughly a month between events before we arrive in uh Houston people can keep across everything on the LI Golf website but also way to heaven Jerry yes we’ll be staying on top of it as much as we can um I know our Communications team will be all over it now obviously we’re not going to speculate on rumors and trades that are in the works but once they’re officially made they will be announced morac his second Beautiful t- shot he’s pretty long too got long levers looks like a nine iron or he’s got to take a little off this one asking for it to go looks like it’s all right a moment to go Terell hadon with his third shot at the par 54th was a long way back must have had a pretty poor t- shot but that that helps now live with Matthew wolf for Eagle if he drops this in he’ll be tied for the lead oh he didn’t hit it man hit it that’s Marty kimer at the eight took a r wo nean his second shot at nine the only blemish this season for Wako a 30th Place finish in Las Vegas that was the week after his first victory in Mexico he went then straight to jeda and one tied for fourth in Hong Kong tied for ninth in Miami it was cold in Vegas it’s a warm weather player tangal after that wonderful t-shot at eight this for the outright lead again oh he didn’t like it hey guys guys we can hear you down here this was Taylor G for his birdie at five well he’s three under for his round through his opening seven holes Taylor G he teed off at 17 birded his opening two then a bogy at one and he’s birded his last two so he’s six under a aner at eight ties the lead a beautiful t-shot there at eight with a little Hybrid Club the way he’s rolling it there with zero chance that wasn’t going to find the middle of the hole there’s the pyramid Rock in the bunker here it’s a volcanic outcrop that kind of juts out there you don’t want to really be anywhere near that especially not behind it not an easy part to read certainly I think it wants to move from right to left at the beginning just a bit but at the end it will maybe well I think it definitely will move back the other way live line had it moving more right than left and starting left of the hole on the initial starting point yeah I I’ll Trust live lying over me no it agreed with you actually to will happen for birdie at four oh that was to get to Seven under par hang on he won’t be smiling for too long I don’t think a remarkably calm response he may not be finished yet Adrien morac now another player who can tie the lead he was the world 30 number 39 when he signed just before the start of the season four career wins on the DP World Tour the reigning player of the year on the DP World Tour as voted by the players he had his car card for the PGA tour for this year signed for live and he’s playing very well and that oh couldn’t be any closer we have our Skittle graphic at eight a lot of good shots today yeah but how did somebody make a bogey from 2 ft away yeah really playing 211 went into and off the left Ricky Elliot Brooks’s cadd just handed him a different Club convincing him to hit this one at to five whole location tucked on the left corner trying to draw this one but it’s staying straight it’s going to catch that slope go into the collection area yeah that was definitely not his best it’s a long way right five iron for Thomas as I said before he’s been working with his coach Jerome trying to keep that club in the back swing a bit more laid off he was starting to get a little bit reversed in his back swing putting him in a difficult position to find the slot on the way down and this is a good looking shot right over this pin well we have a four-way tie at the top of the pylon including Brooks kka who smash GC lead the team competition as well up at the 18th what’s going on Patrick Reed has an eagle putt or so out here another player that’s really really overdue for a great week you know if every player in the field want one event and one event only what would it take three and a half years till everybody got a win a lot of players are going to be overdue yeah true there’s DJ that’s more like it for the big fella wo nean no stranger to Victory with two already this year so far he is six under par for the competition so he’s challenging once again here in Singapore and it’s that sort of form that has got him to the top of the live golf league that was his t- shot at 80 made birdie Sebastian mun six underpar the leader after the first round it’s been a toxy turby Super Saturday so far but he’s seven under now after that birdie at seven Kevin ner birdie out at number nine down the slope looked like he left that 8T short as it is it’s less than a foot well we have a lot of golf still to be played here if the weather behaves in Singapore but we’ve got eight individual players separated by a single shot on the pylon and nine teams separated by five shots and we’ve seen how quickly leads can disappear in the team Race Brooks he was tied first in scrambling yesterday short game is certainly on for him yeah he got it up and done 100% Yesterday and that’s another beautiful little check and run five for five on day one John R his second shot at 12 someone’s been in that bunker before that may not have been the best live but he got a good contact hey guys hold up to the green at nine and wo Neeman for birdie they got a good idea of the speed already knows it’s quick not frighteningly quick today supposed to move just to hair left supposed to it did just didn’t get there Sebastian Muno said eight must have felt good for him watching that putt on Seventh go in right to left at the line to the 12th and Anthony Kim’s third to par four beautiful shot there and a chance for car back to eight and Thomas Peters good to see him smiling again on the golf course starting to find some form he said yesterday in the press conference he went through some personal stuff last year and it’s always difficult when you have some challenges outside the golf course to deal with to then try and come on the golf course and focus again seems like he is in a much better place the season left to right glorious from Thomas Peters and it’s a five way tie for the lead on eight undera Bryson Des Shambo is making moves after a disappointing opening day here at the Sentosa Golf Club he’s one under par now that was for his birdie at the first down Danny Lee had an excellent week in Adelaide last week he’s got work to do here he three over par but that was his fourth shot at 18 so a birdie first tester for Brooks good part similar line to Thomas’s putt left or right great stroke forward to the N yeah push it over there yeah 180 so like I mean I’m going to say like half perfect clear on your sh yeah clear on your shot visualize it fully committed to that shot beautiful shot there from Cameron tringali that is a aner next first cutter rough down just a hair shouldn’t be much issue for Abraham he takes pretty aggressively deep angle of attack steep divot wasn’t happy but he’s avoiding making mistakes or costly mistakes John ROM ahead of 12 has this one for birdie team cruising along nicely today Legion 13 eight under par on the round and just two back what a good try that was Brooks Caper has reached the T at nine David the ninth 452 yds with a lake all the way along the right you can get it past through these bunkers here onto the Downs slope and then a huge green slopes a little from left to right generally but plenty of movement in it mon he was tight fifth in driving accuracy yesterday he only missed three Fairways bit a bit of trouble today with this club it’s 305 to that left bunker yeah that’s good 165 ball speed with the driver 278 carry that’s just over a 110 mph Club head speed just a 3-wood for Brooks reachable obviously with the driver with that bunker try and get on the left Plateau giving him a bit more of a flatter lie yeah that’s just fine see if AK can make par at 12 he’s in trouble off the tea curls it in that’s a great four he’s enjoying himself out there AK oh Marty kimer is going to play a big flop shot here Club face wide open just slip The Sand Wedge on underneath it that’s well played last week’s winner of the individual Brandon Steel for birdie at six mhm continuing with great form he’s only two off the lead Bubba Watson for Eagle at 18 the range goats in a three-way tie for the team lead difficult part gets quick from here but maybe not that quick a answerer at nine this for birdie in the lead on the Liv Line 1 fo8 in of break look like he started at the right Point did he hit it but once the pace lets him down yeah after the Flop shot Marty kimer has this for par yep you’re right former world number one won two major championships he’s won a US Open and a pgaa and like everybody else out here competing he he doesn’t believe that the last chapter’s been written yet in his major career obviously has the game to do with that was a missed opportunity that is not going to feel good such a very very condensed leaderboard nearing the halfway point of our 54 hole competition yeah it sure is both individual and team out to lean took a very aggressive layup could have hit a six or seven on to the Y part of the Fairway but chose to hit a Hybrid into this very narrow strip of Fairway but missed the Fairway found himself in not a great lie lot of grass behind the ball with this pin where it is 43 yds on there a big runoff area and it could run into the water wouldn’t be surprised even from this distance he ends up 20 25 ft short we saw Thomas Peters in a similar spot hard to get it all the way back there whilst that was happening Cameron tring with an opportunity to take the lead again for birdie at nine and still there were five on eight under hadon at five and that would have gotten him within one the Fairway at 9 68 slightly else never there’s just a slight breeze coming through the ninth hole and I’m not going to lie it feels pretty good eight iron for Brooks he has not missed a fairway on this front nine a ball striking clinic right now locations on that right corner of the screen just behind those bunkers got the weight dead right nice club just pulled it I’ve just been told Sebastian tweaked his neck so he just got some pain medication on the ninth T hopefully he’s starting to feel better soon nine iron with all the guys pursued him he looking pretty good oh yeah all the guys pursued him making all those birdies might have tweaked his neck watching him all go past him yeah this course is playing easy today yeah I mean it’s it’s playing longer uh but it doesn’t really matter to these guys you know as soft as it is it is definitely playing maybe a shot easier not big trouble coming out of this bunker at all flat good light that was a great contact also just left of the pin should be pin height a lovely shot well next to the green at seven and a very much in form Adrien Moro this will give him the outright lead it’s a long way away but it is for Eagle yeah we haven’t seen many hit this green in two today that’s two superb shots to get it here brilliant three-w with his second but some break to deal with here he will be very happy walking off with a four yeah no kidding he’s miles away he’s going to walk away with the yeah we’ve seen almost everyone lay up on seven that’s two big shots to reach this green two leean next SM lean on Monday I said what were you what were you thinking over that first put in the the put in the playoff to to continue and he said I was thinking if I miss this I’ll be roughly tackled by 30,000 mad Australians well live Golf League merchandise is popping up at golf courses and tournaments all over the world you can get yours by going to shop. liveg golf.com and browsing the online store better yet get to any live golf event and hit the merchandise T where you can pick up a click’s GC hoodie a High Flyers quarter zip or the always popular Anthony Kim wildcard cap 13 teams 54 players dozens of fun and fashionable items from which to choose this is Brooks with a long birdie try at nine wonder if they restocked all the Ripper stuff sold out last week of course that was a bit of a Mis iron shot from Brooks stra a bit but I think it still comes a little it’s one of those challenges coming from the right side of this Fairway into this I don’t think it comes back like but and one of those challenges coming from the right side of this Fairway into this right hole location it’s going to be a speedy putt yeah it kind of got offline quickly on him uh he’ll be happy enough with four fourth hardest hole in the golf course a moment to go Dustin Johnson for birdie at seven that was a moment ago now with just this to tie the lead oh I tell you I am really impressed with this young man look at the there’s more fat on a butcher’s pencil and he is long Thomas for Birdie on nine after that wonderful Fairway bunker shot leean made his par at seven Sebastian Muno to make it seven players tied on eight underpar at the halfway stage of live golf Singapore that was a pretty good shot for someone with a good have a neck injury yeah I mean the last thing a neck injury is just one of the most awkward things in golf can be a just a minor thing but really interfere with you yes the weather is cooperating the golf is compelling we have nine holes to play on Super Saturday at live golf Singapore we had a 4H hour 45 minute weather delay earlier torrential rain but the technology underneath the surface here in Singapore the Sentosa Golf Club has made it very playable and some of the golf has been exceptional so far your announced team Arlo white Jerry folz David F in the booth donle and suan hang are out on the course and we’ll speak to them in a second the weather so it’s currently 25Β° 77 f crucially it isn’t raining and it isn’t thundering or lightning well quite incredible at the halfway stage here we have seven players on eight under par including the defending PGA Champion Brooks kka who’s playing quite superbly very smoothly indeed Mark leechman is there Abraham aner as well who won recently in Hong Kong so he knows how to win in Asia and what about Thomas Peters of the range goats as well on eight underpar in the team competition the clicks 19 underpar they have a one shot lead but the top eight teams separated by four shots it is quite remarkable at the halfway stage once again let’s head out onto the course and staying dry for is of course suan H and dellay suan firstly you’re following Brooks kepka so far so very smooth oh yeah Aro I mean yesterday he hit nine Fairways and converted six of those into birdies today on the front line he has not missed one Fairway seven Fairways and three birdie so he’s doing the exact same thing as yesterday converting those Fairways hit giving himself great opportunities and of course rolling The Rock so well he is looking really solid Mark lechman in his round of 67 yesterday only hit 10 greens today after eight holes he’s hit eight greens out of eight and his putter which was very hot yesterday is still hot today he’s playing beautifully Adrian mmon playing with him is matching him shot for shot both players look calm and cool and uh they look ready to maybe pick off their first win well Brooks kepa’s team smash only one back right now but he’s one of those seven tied for the lead not many players David would even try that shot right there no I mean missed that palm tree by about 6 in into the fourth and a great chance for Eagle he didn’t make it but 30 yeah and then on the very next toll to make it two in a row dead center and on six right in the center slips in another one and suan yesterday you had a great interview with Brooks kkin you asked him is the Swagger back where’s the Swagger meter today the swager it is high he is looking so poised and he’s looking really really solid he’s got that confident walk I mean someone like a Brooks he never really loses that outside look right he always looks so solid when you see him you don’t really know what’s going on in his mind but coming into this week he was very open about about his confidence and I tell you what watching him the last couple of days that confidence is certainly back and Thomas Peters uh is one of the longest players out there you’re talking about his swing I think it’s interesting you know a technical point he’s trying to get it laid off for our viewers at home that means he’s trying to get the club face or the shaft pointing left of Target at the top of his back swing he’s not really doing that it’s pretty much straight but it’s just a feeling that he has to get yeah absolutely I I caught up with his coach Jerome and he said that just trying to really get that butt end of the club you know the shaft just pointing down the line there and just feeling that and trying to get his weight a little bit his well his spine a little bit more this way so he’s not stacked and that would just help him get back down a little bit better and you know as everything is David with this game it’s a it’s a working progress well Mr Clutch last week for Ripper GC gained 4.68 shots in round one that’s a remarkable number that’s Mark leechman and he’s doing it again today at number one long range for Birdie the fourth hole is given up plenties of bir plenty of birdies if this one was for Eagle he would tap that in for birdie two putt birdie at the fourth as mentioned then at number five not the easiest putt here but he makes it look routine straight into the middle of the cup and dle you know Mark Lehman isn’t one of of the headline Grabbers when you look at all the accomplishments within the players of Liv golf league but he’s certainly certainly a guy who I feel is comfortable in that position at and near the lead his past record proves it what do you sense out of him oh Jerry yeah you know what this is a guy who’s contended in major championships don’t forget 2015 he lost in that playoff uh to Zack Johnson Lou usas was in that playoff at the Open Championship at St Andrews he’s had chances at the Masters he is very very comfortable in this position in fact all three players you know they have the same demeanor just Dustin Johnson Adrien and Mark Lehman they just seem like they’re immune to pressure yeah tell me a little bit about Adrien only 26 golf courses in all of Poland you know and we get this kid who seems to have come out of nowhere well he’s tall David that’s that’s pretty obvious I mean it’s not that easy I don’t know I mean playing golf I mean nowadays it’s probably a bit easier because now you can fit clubs back in the days when we were playing a guy had no chance but like I said he’s just a he’s a really terrific young man I’ve been walking the fairways with him he’s he’s very polite but uh what a game I saw I was talking to Dustin walking down the Fairway I said man this guy’s solid and Dustin says he’s really solid leechman on the te Ed be a quick little chip from there Terell Haden with his second shot at the sixth you have to wonder too Jerry how long before turl hadon lifts an individual trophy that’s a terrific shot there seems like he’s knocking on the door every week yeah because he is a aner had that honor earlier this year also in Asia in Hong Kong going for the Asian double this week that was his third of 10 just a moment ago now live Cameron trali has had a spot of bother at 10 this is for par and that’s a good point that Dom made Jerry about tall players it used to be that uh you know it was very difficult to find equipment yeah to fit you know a called player we we lost Peter OS who was 6’4 6’4 and A2 uh who passed away sadly a couple of days ago and uh I remember him telling me years ago you know that it was very difficult for him to find clubs back in the’ 70s and when you did they were extremely heavy this is just a moment ago Matthew wolf to add his name to the Log Jam at the top that barely reaches it but he’s eight under par now there were eight eight at eight and to stay in a tie for the lead Abraham aner on the 10th green oh that’s an uncharacteristic one there he expected that to turn a little left it did not this is Adrien Moran out of eight and that’s six six frame he played competitive volleyball and then eventually he got tired of team sports and relying on others he wanted to go to a more individual sport week could control his own destiny his dad was a competitive volleyball player as well I bet he was a pretty good one yeah just a little bit quick there basically everything he does engulf he will be remembered as the first guy from Poland to do it yes yeah now oo sat 10 seven iron from the first cut whole locations tucked on the right corner of the screen tucked behind those bunkers well Adrian morocca is certainly one of the most athletic guys and I watch him warm up it is so impressive oh he’s like Gumby yeah he’s like Groot that one sailed past me Groot root the uh Marvel Masters of the Universe all that sort of stuff yes it was a tree I am Groot now Brooks in the rough was a big Drive um that needs to go well it’s not on the green but that is definitely a makeable opportunity from there whilst that was happening mark lechman his second shot at 8 ball hting up for Thomas should be too bad see where this club is pointing at the top of his back swing you can see that’s pretty much straight at the Target what he’s looking for and it’s working very nicely Mor forar to remain in that tie seven maybe eight feet oh yeah that also keeps the Clicks in a tie for the lead in the team Race with the range goats on 19 under par there’s going to be a short Hiatus for the international series and the Asian tour as well the next event in the international series July 4th weekend in Morocco just after some of our field will be attempting to qualify for the Open Championship caros Ortiz having played two events so far he won in om man recently he leads the way and the significance of this is whoever wins the rankings by the end of the 10 event season is guaranteed a spot in the live golf league for next year International Series golf two brothers three trophies this is where it started the pathway to the live golf league started on the international series for the Vincent brothers and they’re both with us now but they both need some points in an attempt to avoid relegation as we approach the halfway stage elsewhere Bubba Watson for the range goats that got them into the tie for the lead on 19 under par Watson his score is is counting today one under Phil Mickelson birdie at two that’s nicely done by Phil the High Flyers on the podium last week and not too far away from it this they’re 15 under par only three back of third long birdy long birdie putt for Munos he admitted yesterday that he’s the short guy on tqu team and played to his disadvantage here on the 10th the seven are in difficult to attack this whole location yeah we’ve seen some very tight Flags this last couple of days so and this one’s barely three Paces from the the right ede and yesterday was front lift and Davido just play to such an advantage coming in with a shorter Club of this whole location there’s a few on the golf course today when you have something like a wedge you can afford to play more aggressive give yourself more opportunities oh Brooks just from The Fringe can certainly tell he’s got some confidence coming back to his putting he said his press conference earlier this week sometimes when you just watch them go by and not go in for a long time it messes with your head a little bit gave it a good Dash Sergio Garcia on 15 three under pass so far for the competition the five balls in contention on 15 under they were Runners up here last year to the range goats and he was runner up to Taylor G after the playoff back to 10 and Thomas Peters for the outright lead and he’s looking really solid today tea to Green but also his demeanor is going really well he can be very hard on himself Thomas frustration for the Belgian who stays at 8 underpower and tie for the lead one of those seven players I was almost thinking was on eight but dropped a shot to get to Seven under his Abraham second shot at 11 I mean if it’s hurting 51 is a long way for night for me you know I know but I mean where we’re going if you bring this down I don’t think the breeze is going to do much cuz I mean that’s only a couple yards right now if anything I got you all right come on hit me shot Brooks made his par at 10 come on left all right not going to hurt him there’s try working it in from the right to the green at three it’s power four and Phil mikkelson he’s got the cat burglar thing going wearing double gloves trying not to leave shop that one Cameron tringali playing his second at number 11 pack plenty powerful that golf swing is and that had to look pretty good in the air little confused as to why it didn’t come back right on the breeze but I mean yeah I think if you hit a straight ball it starts at those left bunkers seven I mean I think with the lie and the wind it’s got to go a little for sure the seventh hole is a par five here at Sentosa Golf Club Matthew wolf of the range goats who has joined six other players on eight underpar and a log jab for the lead here in Singapore come on baby do what you’re supposed to kick right oh that’s twoo huge shots from Matthew wolf we saw Adrien on the front edge of this green that’s a terrific shot T at 11 this is Sebastian first to go you got to hit this on the left side of this Fairway so you won’t get blocked by that palm tree on the right just trying to fade but I keep fading yeah Thomas next to Goat he knew he had to make that putt you can tell by his reaction when you get opportunities like that you got to make them not that many holes left to play and you got to strong lead aboard yeah great Drive Brooks next the 10th was the first Fairway he missed but it wasn’t a bad Miss at all needs to keep fading okay back at number nine Adrien with his FR shot and with the best t-shot of the three a little bit longer and on the flat spot the other two were on the hanging line so he can afford to be a little more aggressive even though this pin is a very good one as big as this screen is they’ve tucked it into this front right corner and uh you know these players understand there are pins that you can attack and pins you can’t this one just 15 20 ft left with a n99 oh not he has gone at it this looks really good it is really good birdie opportunity for Adrian morog now our David fairty has forgotten more memorable Sundays on the golf course than most of us will ever see but even he agrees day three in Adelaide was something else welcome to Singapore where this correspondent is sweating like a pregnant nun but you know we have a pretty cool job here in the live golf league if you like golf but every now and then something truly special comes our way like it did last week in Adelaide this was a tournament that even your granny could enjoy and apparently she did although at least one of those Granny’s needed a shave while Brandon steel was holding off a worldclass field for an individual win the team event turned into a drunk yard sale everything must go with a mob of interested buyers so many in fact that we saw 15 League changes five different teams in first place and Uncle Phil throwing a fat lady at the scoreboard what is happening David that would be an eight but even that wasn’t a craziest part of the day after taking the Aussie masses on an emotional roller coaster and jumping over t K High Flyers and iron heads Ripper built a commanding lead to reward the home crowman that might be the killer blow for Ripper GC but have I mentioned Stinger GC no I have not because with three holes to play they were six back and our computer which runs its algorithm 10,000 times spat out a 97% chance that they would lose but then Lou us and birdied 18 and over on the 10th Brandon Grace makes then Dean Burmeister birdies 17 Louie makes another one on the first which was his last and charl bloody schwartzel makes a birdie from off the green somewhere I don’t know where but with one hold the play Stinger had made up three shots Stinger have just performed heroics in the late stages and our computer had exploded and then there was the playoff which saw rder cup level pressure team versus Team country versus country Mist putts clutch putts and Australian fandemonium that would make Men At Work Pride well this one was for all the haters out there if you hated this you’re probably a communist it will live long in the memory Championship Sunday in Adelaide well done David very well done that was Cameron Garay and I’m glad the granny Shack made the piece yes the granny Shack had too well Mark lean who you saw there said he was as nervous as he has been in a very long time he’s a very laconic character his big leash but on that the t- box at 18 in the first playoff hole and he peered down the Fairway at the mass of humanity either side and yeah the knees trembled a little bit and here he is at the ninth here in Singapore to take the outright lead this for birdie and surprised he’s taking the flag out this is mighty quick especially right about there good P Matthew wolf on the green at seven stalking his eagal effort just off the edge it’s hold with his caddy good good friend and former teammate Nick Heinen he got a 500 power today yeah thinking he might need to actually change clubs CU he’s got there’s so much break to the ride he’s going to have to hit it along that Fringe yeah and the Fairway here zo you that Fringe area that first 3T of Fringe is actually past palum it’s a layer they put in there to protect against the rollers and the equipment it’s more sty and hangs up to it better so that would really mess with the speed if he puted it along that Fringe yeah I like this he’s going to take some of the break out of it as well seeing such a plethora of firsttime winners of the individual titles this year has given people like Matthew wolf confidence and hope that he can do the same he tied fourth in Vegas came third in Miami so he’s knocked on the door remember a close finish in greenb were not for Bryson Des shambo’s 6158 finish maybe it could be Matthew Wolf’s week Brooks kepka could be his too second and 11 that lie is not good at sitting down oh actually a little unlucky that didn’t land get a stronger kick from the down slope there just cuz it’s so soft almost plugged but it’s still awesome shot back to nine and for the lead and just judging by that second shot he hit he’s obviously feels good about his swing and uh that was a very aggressive play anything a little bit right in those deep bunkers or you could run off towards that 18th green and he hasn’t missed the pot today yet and of course the Boule curse strikes again Terell hatan for birdie at 7even he won’t be pleased well one of his teammates is Kieran Vincent and he is enjoying his best live golf performance so far he is six under par this is his second shot into hole number six he made birdie there he needs all the points he can get to climb clear of the relegation Zone Eugenio jakara is flirting with relegation as well but he’s improved his performance here in Singapore he’s level par today that was for birdie at 12 four under for the competition Kieran Vincent for another birdie this time at seven this is where his brother had an excellent tournament Scott Vincent last year vital points for Scott to retain his live golf league card if you will Kieran Vincent following suit every shot every point that they can scrap for absolutely vital if they want to be back next year and Kier Vincent just slots that in like an old Pro he’s seven under he’s only one back of the leaders what a week for him so far well I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve said this is for the outright lead yes the latest on the carousel is Matthew wolf at seven unique Matthew wolf a forward press when the hands move forward to start the stroke is almost the Lost Art in golf his move forward about 6 in right at the beginning of the stroke that’s wonderful he would have been really disappointed to miss that after hitting two such fine shots into that wolfy leads the way but for how long with Sebastian Muno left himself a little bit of work for par Matthew wolf is six under through his opening 10 holes today the range goats are 11 under and in the team competition they lead by three Kevin n from par at 12 Thomas for birdie K on the 11th slider left to right oh no outward emotion on that from Thomas but you know it’s internal now Brooks suan yeah this is a great position he’s left himself an uphill putt can afford to be a little bit more aggressive with the speed so Matthew wolf who teed off at 16 par is opening two holes he’s subsequently birded six of his last eight a little past that there’s nine short of it going a little r of it obviously a smooth one gets there pretty easy should be off the right one’s off the right should that’s interesting not using a te there just kicking up a little uh ter if I wouldn’t recommend that for folks at home just a smooth one chill well of his remaining eight holes they all are amongst the 10 most difficult on the course so it’s going to be a tough stretch coming in and maybe why he’s jumped out such a great start playing what are statistically today the easier holes on the course it’s a fine shot just off the Sergio Garcia captain of the Fireballs he’s four underpar here in Singapore that was a birie put at 15 the PA four Bubba Watson captain of the range goats who have a two-stroke lead at at the top of the team Race that was for birdie at two his score is counting today buber is two under for his round so far meanwhile mono for par uh-oh the e t and Kieran Vincent should be an easy up and down from there but not a guarantee camera trali just off the Fairway at 12 did it jump not really a flyer just a pull well I guess it did that’s well long that’s a big pull yeah turl Hatton at eight amongst the top few in the league Empire three scoring and Tero leaning on his inner monologue today back at 12 a Baner that buries itself in there shortsighted not in the bunker one of the fastest players on our league he’s been waiting few holes now this is one of the hardest greens to find on the golf course so it’s going to be a real premium if you can find the Fairway here 290 to carry the bunker on the right about 312 for the one on the left all right that was quick lot in the woods you can see oh Brooks just anything left of that bunker we give him a good look at today’s whole location as well it’s on the right side of this screen this two headed right that’s in the furniture as well well we mentioned it a little earlier the live golf podcast Fairway to Heaven drops each week featuring in-depth conversations with the players in the live golf league this week hosts Jerry folz and suan hang caught up with Adrien I mean obviously you’re 6’6 athletic as we’ve seen in his stretching routine incredible how did you gravitate toward golf when you physically had an easier path to other sports yeah so golf was in our family since I remember my father always played he used to be a professional volleyball player so he kind of looked for a sport that he could you know play after after the career and that was golf so since I remember like every family vacation was going to Spain to play some golf and stuff like that so I I picked it up quite early like when I was six or seven and I really enjoyed it to be honest if I didn’t play golf I probably would be volleyball player or basketball player might be a little bit too short these days but I I was really enjoying um volleyball and football as well was quite a good goalie but at some point at some point I don’t know I got annoyed with team sports you know when someone just didn’t pass me the ball I kind of wanted to control you know my on this Destiny and my own like um stuff when I play so that’s why I kind of went towards Golf and when I was 14 or 15 I uh kind of focused more on golf uh started going abroad to like you know junior tournaments um with Polish national team and stuff like that and I started enjoy enjoying the process of training and the tournaments and competition yeah that’s that’s how it started for for real that was actually half of the podcast um the QR code to watch Fairway to heaven on YouTube and it’s the opposite of a curse of Fairway to Heaven is actually a blessing yes yeah it’s been very good luck so far that’s just a coincidence or you never know could be uh the suan karma Taylor G making moves he’s four and a par today 7even under for the competition his father was a professional volleyball player that sounds like an ideal to not make money when we got done with Su and I we we talked about it it was just he he the Lasting Impression was you’re just s he’s such a nice man yes yeah DJ is second 11 excuse me 10 next to the green at eight then after a decent t- shot this is Ty Hatton just off the green for birdie he’s going to take several Squints at this one always a little more difficult when you’re coming through that Zer and pass palum just to get the ball on line especially if it’s a quick putt when it gets on the green got to be firm to start off with Terell has enjoyed five top 15 finishes since joining the live golf league just before the start of the Season joining John Rams Legion 13 he’s been on two winning teams so far and he’ll stay at seven under par cam Smith coming off that highly emotional weekend in Adelaide he’s 13th in the live golf league standings yet to win in 2024 but he’s three underpart that was his T shot at two he made birdie Jason kraak has helped smash into second place in fact they are now tied for the lead once more on 20 under par that was for birdie at 17 Matthew wolf 13 putts through 10 holes that’s pretty good it’s going to be 15 though through 11 out to the green of 12 Cameron trali sizing things up for his par attempt he te off of two and then reeled off three consecutive birdies but between six and 11 there have been six straight pars this for seven straight to hold firm on eight under one of the keys to success for Phil michelson’s High flies will be the performances of Brendan steel and Cameron tring Cameron finished 16th in the live golf league last season Brendan 19th but Brendan has leapt up to 13th L this year from 41st after his win in Adelaide Cameron will drop a shot for the first time today back to Seven underpath bar for bir at 10 yeah it’s needs to break a bit more poor first pu for Mark Lehman leaving himself such a long par pu oh n b he’s made some tremendous power pups over the last week or so and Ripper still hanging close two back it’s Stinger that have gone backwards today one shot back starting the day now they’re in 11th now a bouncer for his par at 12 right in the middle and it continues Dustin Johnson has just tapped in at 10 he’s back to 6 under the T at nine and our individual leader Matthew wolf who is nine under par leads by one fun to watch David so many players get very static over the wall he never ever stops moving no you got this little sort of genu flection here a little pinch forwards whop boy does he hammer it that’s well done there speaking of the High Flyers their captain of course is Phil Mickelson this for birdie at four to get Phil to three under par for the tournament the high fly is 15 under they’re only three back of another Podium finish thus far John Ram trying to get the momentum going that was for birdie at 15 and John is four under par for the tournament five back of Matthew wolf Muno has a gap but he’s got a keep it low enough for the second bunch of trees he tried to carve that one around he had a good lie oh it’s a very good shot strange round for Sebastian the overnight leader four Bird’s three bog is four pars so far today Brooks his life is pretty good but he’s going to have to hit a nice big cut took a couple of practice swings while waiting just a feel path and face yeah it’s not cutting that’ll catch the Contour work all the way off the edge of the green fortunate that it stops there because of the texture of that grass and how wet it is well Thomas has a shot actually lies pretty good where he is can for to play a nice high draw he has to wait for Mora to play off the next T and here it is straight in m and lean follow the two he just saw this lovely conditions out here it’s unbelievable considering what the morning was like yeah and the temperatures are a good 6 or 7Β° lower than it was yesterday so it’s only gly oh you got really lucky his ball hit the cart path so it went right enough so he does actually have a shot sit down well could this be Matthew Wolf’s big week he’s nine under the ranger goes tied with smash don’t won Neeman on the 13th green he’s within three of leader Matthew wolf but this is for par it’s a first drop shot a second drop shot I should say of the day for wo Neeman out of out of the 12th where Brooks is taking his allowed lift clean and rep or place relief even though it’s not the Fairway it’s Fairway cut or less he’ll have a lengthy lengthy effort with the putter from there yeah that would have been a perfect shot shot for yesterday’s whole location but a long way for today’s it’s going to be so slow for the first 35 40 ft and everything goes Dow grein down help I think he’s just waiting for Thomas to get a his shot ah Thomas Peters at hole number 12 his third shot he must have caught a flyer Lie from where he was now this is going to be a quick chip just needs to get this on the Green yeah beautiful touch there still a little work remaining for par but not a disappointing shot by any means he doesn’t waste any time Thomas no oh it’s refreshing he did say he doesn’t like taking too much time over it doesn’t want to think too much yeah the whole thinking thing is overrated when it comes to golf you were on the uh on the cover of a sports psychology book recently that uh know that Karen found cleaning out our shed at home yeah well that was the correct place for it that’s intriguing as hell to me was it a thesis no oh here we go oh for the love of Pete look at that no beard no gut look like AQ model there yeah Alan fine was a tennis pro and uh Timothy gallway wrote the inner game of tennis and subsequently you know inner golf inner skiing you know and it’s was all about you know your conscious and subconscious you know how they work together living in the present that kind of thing the inner the inner game of tennis is kind of re regarded as the the Bible nice put cam the Bible of sports psychology yes it is very happy cam Smith mhm rbo not really making the run I think many of us expected today two under pars not obviously a bad round but guys are going really low still time to CH uh change that with a hot finish lovely shot there shot from even though this pin is right on the far left corner back to nine and Thomas wolf it’s B Matthew even that was a famous author yes oh Beauty jungal at 13 ball above his feet that’s a little awkward coming out of the rough to oh terrific swing really a good shot from there to the green at 12 and Peters for par and he stays one back of his teammate Matthew wolf never saw the golf course on that hole till he got to the green still was able to save par I was just about to say Jerry that was quite an up and down he didn’t skipped leg day did he Thomas Peters San no and he’s a actually a very good tennis player caught a glimpse of that in Tulsa last year watched him play with another caddy my goodness he’s got some speed what’s leg day for him what leg day what is leg day Brooks for bar he two stays at eight under so Matthew wolf still out front on his own on nine underp his range goats are tied for the team lead sorry but you know what I was talking about with that oh you could know you couldn’t have cut the enough that’s what I got ahead and I thought a little bit more Uso Shakara he’s at four under that’s where he started today wo coming off bogy at 13 here he is at the T at 40 right shot and a chance to bounce back immediately hasn’t finished yet Bryson to Shambo his second at the PA 4 sixth a few moments ago disappointing 73 yesterday two overp par but he is four under today after he knocked that in for birdie Andy Ogle tree tied for third in Adelaide a fantastic performance but a disappointing 77 yesterday representing the High Flyers that was his t-shot at eight he has subsequently added another birdie he’s five over now H little bit clumsy there from Mark Peter’s on the te second hardest hole on the golf course only seven birdies yesterday easy Fair were to hit but that’s because everyone hits less than a driver that’s a good looking t- shot this is the T add 13 and Brooks capka he’s really looking good all day yesterday and today just going with the three iron here trying to just lay it up before the hazard on the right hit it to the widest part of the Fairway yeah solid out at number nine Terell Hatton has this for birdie to get it to eight under and one back of Matthew wolf little more speed would have taken that one to the bottom Adrian on the green at 11 yeah he wasn’t happy with his second from the middle of the Fairway just sort of not slammed his Club into the ground after his second shot but uh he was displeased it was better than the other two no harm there well a few moments ago at 9 Matthew wolf put it for birdie at a two stroke lead and Wolfie is charging here in Singapore teed off at 16 par is opening two holes that’s uh seven birdies in nine holes since a 13 right on the edge of the green Cameron tringali got a beautiful second shot in here from the left rough should fall just right at the end tiny bit oh we had it in the right area Little selft Talk going on while that was happening Mark lean had this for Park can he do it again oh oh my here is Magic with the w today on the tier 17 John Ram couple of scoring opportunities here both holes playing under par this week 17 and 18 John double Bogi the PA three 14th and he coming off a bogy five at the 16th there’s been a whole like that double bogy at 14 in many of his rounds so far this year voice of Jose CRA CAD the reason why this hole is so difficult and players have to lay back a long ways and still have a hybrid in we talked about some tucked hole locations this one is certainly tucked on the back left corner he com with a hybrid start this at the TV tower try and draw one in more yards out not a bad swing but if that’s on the D slope there and it looks like it might be that’s awkward enough Brooks a little hanging line definitely an advantage coming in with an iron and this is headed for the middle of the green smart play for this whole location tople he had 226 yards in there as well very difficult h f it’s actually today now surpass the circle the most difficult five iron for this tall man had a nice little chuckle walking off the 12th green I told him nice up and down and he just said he just started laughing he knew he got away with one that is is looking pretty good oh wow really good that’s going to be voted best in show today on that hole what a gorgeous effer Wolfie of 10 wolfy seven under today through his Opening 12 holes he leads by two 17th green Anthony Kim for birdie oh he left one short that’s unusual Marty kimer on the 14th t 10 years ago he won the US Open at Pinehurst where it is this year and he won it by eight shot another good shot there Scott Vincent tied for fourth here last year that was aided by a second round 62 one of the round rounds of his career so far he’s three under so far today that was his t- shot at two he made birdie there Lucas Herbert for birdie at 15 he’s One On a par today for Ripper GC but his score isn’t counting Ripper are the lowest scorers today so far 11 under 19 under overall they’re in third answerer over at 14 beautiful shot right at it this is the green at 13 whilst we’re wait for Sebastian Muno John Ram has an opportunity for birdie at 17 just to claw a shot back he’s dropped three of late and the Chance is missed back to mun and he would love to be able to throw this all the way to the putting surface yeah he’s going a Smite downhill lie yeah I thought he might be those two sprinkler heads are well they’re not really in his way yeah from the da slope probably isn’t a bad option yeah it’s just so difficult to judge contact with so little green to work with a big swinging left to right as well did very well Cameron trali on the 14th t is that up ahead of us another Peach Matthew wolf has found a raged up portion of this Fairway bunker that’s not as good a lie as it could be we’re on a unused portion that’s a healthy looking scorecard isn’t it yeah it really is seven birdies in his last 10 holes having teed off at 16 oh he didn’t get all of that didn’t get anywhere near all of that and that’s a a product of that bunker having been raged up back to 13 Brooks yeah tricky putt for him right about 15 to 18 ft short of this hole it’s just going to be downhill down grain lot of break in this one just about the weight Liv line has a starting point 7 feet right of the hole got it on a pretty good starting line oh that is magnificent from Brooks kka he’s finding the magic on the greens here in Singapore he’s nine under par only one back of Matthew wolf Andrew Kirby golf Brooks has that Brooks pre maor Trend happening not a great Master as I know but he’s a huge chance in the PGA he’s got the putter going and the Brooks Swagger happening sure does that ended a run of six consecutive pars for Brooks’s fourth birdie of the day now Peters how do you like those two3 of 13 let’s take another look at Brooks’s quite brilliant birdie put they got smash level with the range gos as well on 21 under this went in with a little pass to say the lead that might have uh drifted all the way down to the the far edge of the green but right online beautifully done Dustin Johnson second shot at 12 teed off at 18 earlier on on four under par made a double bogey six at the first he’s enjoyed four birdies in nine holes since so got it back to six under par oh gorgeous bunker shot a chance to get to seven underpar and DJ in contention once again Matt wolf 10 playing his third after that CHS Fairway bunker shot obviously less than ideal position see the SL tucked over that bunker on the right there it’s a little energetic Abraham aner at 14 just off the green it’s the par three no problem a aner is eight and the par Taylor G at 11 for birdie he’s not going to give up his Singapore title without a good scrap eight under par for Taylor G of Smash GC he’s five under today and smash have a one-stroke lead these guys are waiting back on the te up on the green trali had a fabulous shot just to get eight under High Flyers down halfway down on the team leader board some help the live golf league provides that added Dimension you might be going well in the individual competition like Brooks is but a glance at the 171 on scoreboards will tell him that his team are top as well extra motivation as if it were needed step there and hit the shot okay take it on there please yeah well you guys have watched him play a lot more than I have in the last couple of years he looks like he’s in a different head space I what I don’t know if you guys agree with me he looks very very confident out here this is the easiest hole location on this hole front right it’s got eight iron this is right at it yeah judging from his follow three might not have got 100% of that pretty good swing though then a good chance once he moves it right over the edge of the green lift clean in place in play now Brooks this group doesn’t waste time they’re playing fairly quickly eight ironers well for Brook seat can’t afford to attack this whole location today yeah one of the most colorful Marshals I’ve ever seen in the backdrop yes you knock that with your cap Matthew wol for 10 to stay at 10 under we could see a two- shot swing in very short time here after that t- shot by Brooks first bogey of the day for Matthew wolf who slips into a tie now with Brooks kka and Thomas Peter Peters on nine underp a the 12 that was for birdie you look at the top of the pylon Brooks and Taylor mhm both trying to become the first man to forli golf titles and you got the likes of wolf Peters lean and tring trying to win for the first time in the live golf league DJ he’s won three times as well don’t roll him out he was in the left bunker and he hit an eight IR like he did on the first he thinned it like he did on the first but it came to 6 ft and he said it was exactly the same shot as the one on the first it’s just the lower lip Dom but he’s going to turn it into a birdie I hope oh Dustin Johnson is seven under par only three back till happen to get to eight under wolf Brooks kepka for the time being and Thomas pet is all nine under the P aha there’s Al floating over the Singapore Harbor little swine y AK out of 18 he’s giving it a WHL in two his second look how far down the the grip he is always has yeah because his clubs were too long growing up sound as solid as could be it’s a little right the worst spot yeah well Ripper GC coming off there their first win of the season in glorious Style on home soil last week on in third place on 19 under three back of the leaders and cam making a move up the pylon individually to five under that was the birdie at four Sergio what a shot his third at 18 so sure fire birdie there for him the Fireballs are 18 under only one back of the podium John Ram with his second shot into 18 a big t- shot up here going in with an iron I think he’s loving it oh just misses the ridge yeah half a club shorter than that and it’s half the distance to the hole now Muno from the bunker he’s got a Fred egg oh oh boy so unlucky fried egg and a horrendous stance he’s trying to use the Contours that done it yeah I think he’ll get some momentum yes that’s a really good shot from a dreadful position that is the 14th green Sebastian munas has just played a quite magnificent bunker shot yeah he judged that to Perfection yes there he goes Mario is real Landing airplanes at LaGuardia Super Mario on site just guiding Alf in for landing I think yes thank you pimmy b74 #l broadcast to get involved Oh Thomas just needed a yard and a bit for that it would have been perfect and a tap in like brookses still a great shot though good look at birdie what’s this one looking like coming off there is it does it swing quickly yeah I think in the first five ft it’s going to really just swing yeah it’s slippery yeah yeah good read he had it red too got it well it may only be for a matter of seconds but Thomas Peters has a one-stroke lead he’s 10 under bar and live to Mario teab bre time it’s important to stay hydrated even if you’re a Nintendo character rumors are Luigi’s on the 14th hole regali at 15 is second another quality shot just misses the Contour there as well so Brooks kepka has seen Thomas Peters take a one shot lead and he has this to tie him it’s a tap in it is after a magnificent t-shot Brooks kepka 10 underpar it’s a range goat and a smash GC captain at the top of the pylon and smash in the team competition lead the goats by Two 11th t it yeah okay got Anthony Kim who headed into the same bunker here at 18 that we saw Sergio play a superb shot from he can play this one or two ways he can kind of bump Duff and run it or he can fly it up there and make it spin went for the former and didn’t quite get it far enough Peters and Brooks both played some of the hardest holes to under par I feel like all of them are feeding off each other sometimes you can get that momentum from your playing competitors coming with a three-wood here is headed towards the bunkers that’s a natural bail out here isn’t it suan yeah it is yeah better there than the harbor yeah it’s very claustrophobic Su and I drove around it the other day it’s just such sliver of a fairway even though it’s not a long hole yeah this hole has taken some victims in the past professional events here now Brooks going with the same play as yesterday driver I believe he’s just trying kind of blast it right through past the bunkers into the wider part of the Fairway that was a pretty gutsy play right there oh that’s a great t- shot well I think it’s fair to say the brook kka is back in top form he’s tied for the lead on 10 under par with Thomas Peters mono’s next I went up to Thomas and I said well Thomas came up to me and said that was quite an up and down I said yeah that egg was pretty fried and he started laughing and said that’s such an American thing to say phenomenal up and down that was not an easy shot three-wood these are ideal condition this evening in Singapore the green at 18 Anthony Kim for birdie that’s not one of our cameramen I hope Anthony Kim is three under well before that John Ram H had two superb shots in here this was for Eagle he just H that at just outside the right more than one way to do it it ended up on the LI line even AK was willing that one in yeah there were about 10 different lines to that put depending on how firm you hit it how high you wanted to put it out there quietly Taylor G has been climbing the pylon all day he’s five under through 13 holes he teed off earlier at 17 made birdies on his opening two holes dropped a shot at one consecutive birdies at four and five another at nine then another at 11 and he has an opportunity for birdie at 12 Taylor G Victorious here last year in a playoff against Sergio Garcia having a week earlier one his first ever live golf title in Adelaide and he’s been quietly climbing the pylon today he’s five under for his round this would make it six under for birdie at 12 beautiful he’s not giving up his Singapore title without a real fight and he’s nine under all of a sudden one back of our leaders his ball striking so consistent when he gets the feel with the putter look out and he’s not afraid now Terell Hatton from the bunker gu has given smash a three stroke lead over the goats terrific shot there I’ve not heard trell say a single word today no I haven’t maybe as sore throat Matthew wol second into 11 held the lead briefly I may reclaim a share of it and that exact same shot tomorrow as these greens dry out a little will would probably have spun back 8 or 10 ft there’s the score worm it yeah they keep crossing paths all over the place all so many players with a chance so many different leaders individual or tied for the lead all day long Taylor G just floating under the pack there you can see sneaking his way up there very surreptitiously not making any noise in the process M eight players within two shots of the lead Thomas peters’s in the bunker with 173 yards left at 15 yeah Li is good lip shouldn’t be a problem but today’s whole location is challenging tucked in that left corner right behind that greens side bunker center of the green with a little baby drop strong pretty good excellent shot especially considering a pole and it’s deadsville big break from right to left at this point fichman hit a magnificent five IR out of the bunker on the last two from the Fairway bunker he magnificent five lines little outside of 3 ft from that distance plenty acceptable actually excellent elear Lucas Herbert his score is now counting he’s two under par rip a GC 11 under they’re in third overall on 19 under par that was his birdie at 17 Jason KRA is counting again for smash GC the leaders who are 25 under leading by three that was his t-shot at two where he would have course make birdie this is a huge Advantage for Brooks what a drive too just tells you how confident he is on the t- boox he’s only got a gap wedge okay take this whole location on a little bit more 13 green and Adrien for birdie yeah even though he’s further up the green it’s a similar P to Lehman’s lot of break at the end it should be really good speed right there it’s a really good line too Jerry lovely touch yeah I know how it feels we all do 16th T Cameron trim back to the 13th green Dustin Johnson to get it to eight under he has got his mojo back he’s got the strut going too and hitting quality shots he was a little unlucky on this one it ball just checked up before it caught the slope otherwise it would have been 10 15 ft closer I said at the early in the day whilst we wait there Dom we’ll go to the green at 11 and Matthew wolf to get back to 10 under par and a tie for the lead for his eighth birdie of the day oh DJ’s ready well I said early in the day his goal is to catch his two fellow competitors well if he pops this in he’s caught them worth remembering that Dustin Johnson double Bogi the first hole his second to go back to two under pass so a terrific performance after that to get it back to seven under and now Brooks for the outright lead three Terri terrific shots from these guys they make this hole Look So Easy that whole location is so tucked on that left side of the screen now right to left putt for Brooks he’s been very patient s hton attitude is great sorry David speaking of attitude on the T 12 till hun I think I think maybe he had a talk with his mom or something cuz he has been very understated today oh oh then then again there we go there we are Captain angry strikes again good breaks though did well not to break that driver tell you oh maybe he did worth noting it is his 15th hole of the day yes that’s true there you always know how he feels you know what I mean like anything anything WR I feel like he going to is night doesn’t like to sleep so you’ve turned on live golf league to watch smash GC well you must be tired but happy SL there smash with a three stroke lead it’s largely off the back of Taylor Gucci’s performance today and of course Captain Brooks capka Thomas Peters he’s made some pretty big putts today missing the Fairway at 12 long way home for GU at 13 from the Fairway bunker that’s a lot T he that’s a good shot he does not want to hit that one over well smash GC captained by Brooks kka having a magical Super Saturday they lead by three Jason KRA his score is counting that was for birdie at 17 Taylor G creeping up the pylon individually trying to defend his Singapore title he won the team Title Here with the range goats last year that was for birdie at 11 and then Brook kka who is purring out there this is t-shot at 14 which of course would lead to birdie so they have a three-stroke lead over the range goats they lead Ripper GC by five so let’s take a look at their performances today grey mcdal counted yesterday but he’s too overpar today so it’s really down to kraat kka and gu and between them they’re 14 underp Lucas Herbert this for birdie at 18 just a moment ago buck7 under with a chance that got RI a 220 under 14 and Adrien right over the top of the flag stick that’s going to get better Thomas Peters with a fairway wood there yeah he’s going to want to try and start this right lip of the left hand bunkers right down the middle dark golf off the tea on that Fairway will be next three iron three iron probably doesn’t get to that pulsating Target Zone that we have from our drone camera pulsating Target easy yeah was the name of your colge Brooks kepka tied for the lead with Thomas Peters but Mark leechman is well in the Hut on the tier 14 thank you bring that flag stick today well this is where Terell haton ended up at 12 when we saw um we’ve seen a couple of shots from behind this tree 16 got to play a cut shot and it’s not that easy when it’s sitting down the way this one seems to be ball is liable to come out straight on him yeah we heard when Brooks had the shot trying to get it to cut in a similar situation earlier talking to Ricky ellot walking off the green that’s just so hard to get a seven or eight iron to cut from this angle this one’s more Club than that yeah so much easier to hook a longer iron or cut a longer iron rather yeah I came out straight I love that yeah what’s the wind again it’s 172 flag yeah what’s wind uh the wind is uh it’s 7:30 going this way K Vincent of Legion 13 red P guy yeah currently fifth place as a team on 17 under four right of the flag Kieran having a really good tournament so far and he needs to start accumulating points to climb the table to climb climb clear of the relegation Zone those players 49th and Below down to 54 relegates it from the live golf league and if it were to finish in the open Zone being a rookie uh he’d have to prove to one of the captains there’s potential there so the higher he finishes the more likely his option getting picked up for next year obviously top 24 and they can’t kick you out if he can emulate his brother yeah and get in that top 24 he will be here next year and he’s got plenty of opportunities left here’s Matthew wolf rough not an issue for Matthew with his strength just matter judging how much the ball flies judges it oh that’s beautifully done over the ridge to the the green at 13 and Taylor G to tie the lead from this angle a very difficult putt to leave short we’ve seen it a couple times just inches short though he seems to have that uh innate Instinct with the putter going again that magical field exactly what I was saying I want I want played well last week Taylor he didn’t finish so well he I think he finished around 25th or sixth or something like that but he was um he was in sixth place with two holes to go and managed to throw an eight at the scorecard so played better than uh than it showed is that what they call an oo cinko uh yes the fat lady H the putter has deserted Adrian over the last seven or eight holes but this is a really good opportunity to gain some momentum once again now up and out of that one quickly the push Scott Vincent must uh have seen the news of his brother’s excellent performance he’s just may second shot for Brooks hanging light today’s whole location is one you don’t want to mess with anything even just slightly right of it it’s going to trickle down possibly into the hazard keep us on the left side of this whole location you can use the Contours of the green and the remaining three whole stretch for this group has a little bit of a cautionary hole at 16 although still playing under par 17 getting peppered today under par for a par three is not all that common then 18 one of the easiest holes on the golf of course likely going to turn out to be the easiest today at a stroke average of 4.4 once you get past 15 you really have all the hard ones behind you as Munoz plays his second that does well with it 12 14 ft away for birdie to try and Claw back toward the top the range goats have dropped a shot back to 21 under so smash lead by four Peter’s next gap wedge slide downhill Li utterly disgusted with that surprising that was horrible ble for B at 14 to claw one back within one of the leaders oh that was oh he knew it sent right immediately knew that he pushed it rare Miss hello everybody well we were in this booth jents from very early on this morning and for about 6 hours actually for five of those hours uh which we were mostly awake um we thought there was no chance at all of any golf today it’s Testament to this course and the drainage we needed the rain to stop obviously we had 2.2 in of it it’s played beautifully what’s really caught your eye since the shotgun start well uh Taylor G sneaking up the uh the leaderboard the way that he has Brooks kka looks fantastic you know he’s calm he’s patient you know Dustin Johnson coming back after uh you know the double boogy early on uh but there’s a lot of guys there you know that uh this is going to be a shakeup again as usual on a Sunday afternoon yeah not to be forgotten Thomas Peters there at 10 under as well he is a very impressive suan described his swing as perfect looking I mean to the naked eye his the lines are perfect it’s hard to see how he plays bad he does sometimes sometimes he’s His Own Worst Enemy out there we know how hard he can be on himself but we see that from other players like Rah and like Hatton and yet they continually play great each week and it is wonderful it looks like we’re going to get all 18 holes uh in today I don’t but it looks pretty good John Ron for birdie at one Taylor G is on the tier 14 soft soft now right over the flag beautiful shot oh it could have come back a little bit might yet Wolfie to tie the lead at 12 another good putt Thomas could have used his Advantage for a droing try and putt it but I think this is a smarter play wedge back in the stance try and get a little check take some speed off it’s beautifully played Dom you watched Adrian on the Tier 15 yeah he’s been brilliant off the te today and this is a tough t- shot oh just turning it over from right to left look very good that’s impressive Alf taking a good look at setting the scene here at the beautiful 16th hole Sebastian Muno will’ll be next to putu an yeah Jarry bit of a a a bit of a slow start for Sebastian earlier today seemed to have caught onto some momentum talk about how stressful it was to have the lead it’s difficult to win out here we know that strength of field got to be in such a great mental space to compete against some of the biggest names not his best AK okay on the t2 I’m hearing some disturbing reports that um my fly might have been undone during the on camera uh portion of the show so apologies to everybody around the world for that oversight nobody noticed until you mentioned it back to Brooks for the outright lead save me suan uh I got something to say about people rewind too and it was a small issue I fear I’ve not heard the last of that oh good one Jerry sorry Brooks 11 underpar he’s just playing beautifully the putter is purring here in Singapore and he leads by one Mark lean on the 15th t oh dear oh comes down into the short stuff all right back to 16 and Peter’s for par not a complicated putt it’s not going to move too much well the cream is rising to the top here in Singapore Brooks kka in fabulous form he leads by one come on come on Matthew wolf is on the tier 13 He Trails Now by two plays it well back but good position nonetheless well the cleats are in with a shout of a Podium finish they only seven back of smashed the leaders but only two back of ripper in third Martin kimer is there Captain he’s six under overall that was for birdie at 16 I mentioned a few moments ago Scott Vincent for the iron heads his third shot at the four the par five from off the green he’s seven under par so he’s matching his brother stroke for stroke an important performance for both of Vincent Brothers potentially here as they try and avoid relegation kind of a floppy one there from very steep very steep on it Abraham answer on 17 Abraham aner will finish his round on the first before that he has this birdie chance on 17 he’s putting form is just deserted him of late Taylor G for birdie at 14 he’s been almost stealth likee in climbing the pylon six under par today nine underpar overall this to get to within one of his captain Brooks kka and to extend smash’s lead as well to four shots just turn runs across the hole at the last minute little farmer would have done it John Ron with his second shot at the par 3 second it’s just a moment AG go oh it but we say at every tournament you cannot rule John Ram out six under parri’s within five plenty of holes to play here in Singapore morona 15 second shot 17 and Brooks playing 170 he’s got nine iron to this left whole location bur come on man good ch take a look at the scoring on 17th hole based on where the balls end up on the green zero Bogies that’s why it’s averaging so much under par for a par 37 birdies denoted by the green circles all scattered about the green longest putt from Whole high right and Thomas Peters will be next nine iron and Jerry today’s whole location certainly makes us ho little easier than it was yesterday was Tu to back right similar line to Brooks yeah it’s a good shot 170 yd n iron flat C out there Matthew wolf in the 13th Fairway told you he had some difficult holes to finish on when he had eight to go still six under on his round today his lowest round ever was 9 under 61 at Greenbrier last year lowest live round good shot that could have been better just had it turned over a little more and caught the slope hey banser off the last T it’s not his last of course well Phil Michelson the is counting for the high flyers today he’s made six birdies in his second round he’s got a double bogey thrown in for good measure as well that was his t-shot at eight the sixth of those birdies Bryson the Shambo let’s get caught up with him today he’s five under par of his round so far his second shot at 10 this would be a birdie his round will end in two holes time at the 12th so overall Bryson three under par but performing really well today that’s gray McDow at 15 man from Royal Port Rush gmax SC counted yesterday not so today two over for his round so far smash are now the low scorers of the day between them kka gu and KRA at 13 under for Super Saturday 24 under overall it’s a lead of three up ahead at the green and Adrien Moro there guys it’s almost as if the setup guys said okay these greens are going to be very off today so let’s test the players and put the pins in tough spots cuz they really have been tucked today Testament to how good these guys are the scores they’re shooting yeah are really close to the edges some of them yeah and over deep bunkers yeah they’re tucked but they’re most of them most of the tucked ones are in the lowest point on the green the Polish Prince gets it to nine under par the cleats one off the podium well he said yesterday this is a ball Striker golf course and he certainly is one of the best out here and tia green is finding some great form heading into the PGA Championship he didn’t feel too great about his form coming into this week seem to have found something so when he said the other day didn’t he that he felt he wasted all of his preparation from December through to the Masters yeah he’s very hard on himself and one of the hardest workers went to the gym yesterday after a scorching hot day did a weightlifting session keeping to his routine he’s very much about that the Liv golf league is constantly improving the onsite Fan Experience which is unlike anything in golf to see it for yourself in 20124 just scan the QR code on the screen for tickets to future events we’re back in the USA next with a stop at the Houston Golf Club then it’s Nashville Tennessee’s turn and we would love to see you there Nashville is going to be a hoot ah Peters to to and we guarantee it will be a fantastic time that you’ll have watching the live golf league in person this part will also help the range goat get a little closer to smash it’s not going to move very much actually straightened at the end piger guy absolutely right gave him fractions of an inch when it comes to some of the putts we’ve seen today on all the players including Thomas Peters while that was happening it was walked down the slope very slippery at 13 Sebastian got two pretty good read from Brooks and Thomas it’s whole can get quite tricky seems like it’s going to move but it stays really straight B how would you dve describe the Walk of Brooks ker if if if DJ mosies yes well they both got a little gun fighter about them you know an old west sort of a mosy but he’s a stallion he just looks uh he’s been completely calm today and and patient I think it’s a really good sign for him it’s the Walk of a very very confident man I don’t think this gets there I want go one though purposeful I don’t like Taylor go second shot at 50 trying to work the magic from a long ways out Saturday will end at 16 it’s 180 yards play two yards uphill obviously the Miss would be right of the hole where he’s leaning as long as that is because of the slope that is not a tremendously difficult two putt Marty kimer having to go with the 18th green and two you mentioned earlier his Us opening PJ Victory it was 10 years ago the US Open victory at Pinehurst where they’re playing again this year where he won by eight shots shooting nine under par oh that could have been worse clattered into the palm trees but didn’t come back in the water that’ll leave the Fairway open 303 to get to the bunkers on the right yeah good shot man that’s drifting Jason KRA has made consecutive sixes won a double bogy at three so smash are back to 23 under pass so the lead now is only two Brooks finally found a driver seemed to be working out well for him struggled to find one at the start of the season and man is he driving it good go on finish it off birthday Brookie that should be absolutely fine right there couldn’t quite tell stayed in the Fairway it’s getting to that point where might be a little bit difficult to see the ball oh this is left Z happy birthday we love you Brooks appears to have his mojo back he’s 11 under par he leads Thomas Peters by one and can he lead his team smash GC to Glory they lead by two aew wolf on the te at 14 oh all right C Smith for birdie at seven well cam was level par after his 71 yesterday he’s five under with one to play today that’s also helped Ripper into a tie for third you like that yeah okay that’s Kier inv Vincent on the tf4 not only does he look like his brother Scot but he swings like him as well you put the two of them up here side by side both hold their finish like that that one looks like there’s back problems in the future though he’s significantly longer than his brother Scott’s not terribly short he is pound-for-pound extremely long here in vinent this is the green at 15 the penultimate hole on Super Saturday for our defending Singapore Champion Taylor G this for birdie said he was finding the game almost easy at the time where he was in Adelaide and Singapore in consecutive weeks he added another victory in Andalucia says he knows what it’s like to be in that zone it’s just a case of rediscovering it not that he’s been in bad form at all he’s 10th overall so far this season but seeking a first victory barck at 16 yeah very worried about his t- shot he thought it might have been in the penalty area really relieved when he saw the ball but now he’s in a great position even coming out of the semi- rough this could catch the slope caught a little bit of it didn’t quite have it high enough up to get maximum effect but that’s going to get closer Mark lean over at 16 that’s before Adrian level disc consulate with that one and Patrick raed this is the ninth second round 68 for Patrick Reed he is three under par for the competition this is anwers third and 18 green back behind him Thomas Peters did end up in the water and has already played his third that’s a great look at the green there for cie from Abraham answerer to get it to 9 under and he has one more to play Patrick Reed has gone round in 4 hours and 18 minutes today it’s pretty impressive well the 14th green and uh M wolf just uh taking his one Club length there he’ll place it and this is a a hble chip well actually’s going to puted what could be an interesting subplot tomorrow David Matthew wolf had a pretty public falling out with Brooks kka last season uhhuh and was uh traded away from Smash GC to the range goats didn’t see eye to eye at all and they may be going head-to-head tomorrow for the title yeah well in and that uh that was one of the many factors including long-term plans for the league that went into the transfer uh season that we are on the eve of one month transfer period starts as soon as this tournament concludes and runs through Sunday night of our event in Houston teams can trade players like for like you take my contract I take yours well played Camp Smith on the T at eight his final hole sit a little a real chance of a 65 moment ago Mark Lehman for birdie at 16 yeah not happy with his second shot just playing for that slope now he’s got a quick one long way wide now live d yeah if he had been a little further up he would have caught more of the slope we sort of trundled the ball down closer but still a very good opportunity especially after making a a one a punt that was longer than this on the last screen we know this guy knows how to win he’s won some big tournaments quite recently too what a good try an May birdie at 18 and he is nine under now with just the first to play it’s getting bunched in the team competition again smash 23 under they lead by two over the range goats a further shot back Ripper GC and the clicks the fire balls 19 under one back of the podium Legion 13 after a very solid day are 18 under par so the charge will be on in both the individual and the team competition on Championship Sunday once again it hold the yeah looking up this shot I overheard Brook saying a little unlucky trickled onto the first cut and hope that there’s no mud on that ball decently clean a ball above his feet it’s going to favor a draw to the front left hole location oh that was horrendous that not going to be an easy up and down I love his attitude love his demeanor I don’t know if there was some mud on that one yeah yeah Peter’s fourth oh big me big mistake of the wrong time for Peters he was not happy at all going to try and get this one close it’s overdrawing gets through the tree and gives him a chance at par that could have ended up much worse espion had to lay up from the right rough now got to gauge this wedge quite perfectly can use a bit of that back stop past that pin which would be the safer plate aew wolf has just made his par at 14 he has to play uh-oh goodby yikes can’t have such a hard time forgiving yourself for a shot like that well the live golf league continues to be the most fan-friendly golf product on the planet we’re proving that once again by letting you the fans choose one of the groups that will tear it up Friday at Liv golf Houston just go to livg golf.com find the rewards in the drop-down menu and sign up it’ll take all of 30 seconds then tell us which League statistical Stars you’d like to see group together on June 7th we’ll send you an email next week with the details it’s all part of our loyalty program live X Adrian morac on the tea of his final Hall number 17 last t- shot and I think from 170 yards with this pin just to the left side of the green anything short leaves you very difficult birdie putt you want to be slightly past his pen Le a flatter P that’s right uh he’s left he’s had a few like that today no wind no direction is H the left but there’s no no wind just trying to help you a little bit decent one of these yeah just a little bit normal 865 coach Dennis McDade says when he keeps the club wide on the down swing that’s when he hits good shots it was very steep on the 15th this a 99 from 170 that looked better this looks very good thank you Peter Uline has just made birdie at the third he’s got one hole to play but that’s closed the gap for the range goats to only a shot against smash GC whose captain of course is Brooks kka here he is at 18 preparing for his third shot can he use the slopes here suan yeah I think he can I think that’s why he walked all the way up to take a look at it of where he wants that ball to just die towards the hole it’s a downhill Li he really is going to take some Precision here cuz if you get too much speed you’re not going to be able to use those slopes and if it’s short it’s going to just hit that spine oh watch this watch this just didn’t quite have enough on it that would have been really good another yard Taylor G at 16 with his second shot Taylor’s trying to get into that final grouping’s modified shotgun start tomorrow off the first T cam Smith to finish his day with a bird this would also get Ripper into solo third after a level par round yesterday this for a 65 on day two and he makes absolutely no mistake leading from the front today cam Smith for Ripper GC who of course won in spectacular style in Adelaide on home soil last week Muno was able to take a penalty relief from the red penalty area so he’s able to get it right over here and put putter on it for his fifth that almost like the result in a disappointing bogey at the final hole that always hurts but when it’s a par five that plays this easiest saw in the course it’s extremely painful giving up a shot and a half to the field right there yeah you can just tell by his gesture he’s like why didn’t you just use that back stop instead of trying to get too cute with it the two guys in this group really did not take advantage of this par 518 as you said Jerry has played the easiest hole in the golf course today that was just one bad swing for Thomas oh that’ll irritate Thomas Peters his first bogey of the day comes on the 18th his final hole and that leaves Brooks kka who has putted beautifully over the last two days this would be for the time being at least a three stroke lead Unstoppable Brooks kka has his Swagger back the PGA Champion is 12 under par he’s going to lead by three a 64 seven bird today bogey free for Brooks his last four rounds in the live golf league 66 66 66 64 that’s pretty good from what I hear wolf he’s trying to chase him down see if he can get in that last group and play with against and alongside the guy who with whom there was the public disagreement as teammates last year that’ll be interesting if it indeed happens back to Adrien Moro Dom yeah and I don’t know how many polls there are in Singapore but he seems to have a lot of supporters around the 17th Green in the birdie Shack there can’t be a a large Polish Community here surely oh yeah they’re known as singapores excellent that’s exceptionally sharp for this time of the day yes it is well if he makes this there will be a mighty big cheer from The biry Shack he’s just been pushing some of his short arms N9 here he hit there’s not much time to work on your game after this round but you never know some players might head to the range guys are in contention just to work on a few Kinks he has just grazed The Edge the last two or three holes it’ll be a 66 for Adrien Brooks kepka quite brilliant today a 64 he leads by three and he’s with suan Brooks fantastic round today seven underpar two great rounds in form what is going to be key to closing it out tomorrow when you’re hunting for your very first win this season I just got to keep doing what I’m doing I feel like I’m playing better um everything’s starting to kind of piece together um yeah just gotten a couple bad habits there with you know I felt like the whole first four months it was blown in Jupiter and then it was blown everywhere we played and just a couple bad habits but uh it’s all setup wise but very happy with it and then uh it’s nice to see some putts go in it’s uh it’s been a while you seem to always Peak at the right times how do you do that H I can’t give away all my secrets oh come on no it’s uh look I put in a lot of hard work and it’s just a matter of um trying to peek four times a year and trying to peek right around those times and that’s uh I’ve done a good job of it I feel like I’ve got the the formula just trying to add to it now smash GC you guys are looking for your second win this season were you leaderboard watching at all and how much would it mean to you to get your second win yeah it’d be huge um look we’re we need individual win and a team win I think that’s that was the goal uh on the plane right over here we were talking about it I think the way the guys are playing the way the guys are um it’s starting to come into form um you know Taylor likes his golf course Jay’s starting to play a lot better and Graham’s been phenomenal this year so um and I just needed to get my button gear so uh look we’re we’re playing really solid and I like the way we’re trending um I’d rather Trend the last half of the Year well well play today see you tomorrow thank you thank you soan great to hear from Brooks kepka who’s very much in the zone could be the first man tomorrow to win four Liv Golf League titles and he’s doing a great job as a deao GM of Smash GC as well he’s built quite a formidable team and Taylor G that was for birdie at 16 so he’ll have that for par but Taylor gu what a signing he’s been so to gr mcdal to join Jason KRA and smash at the moment lead by two this is aans for birdie at the first his final hole and he’s left himself a little bit of work to do well more than that for his par so G for par at 16 his final hole oh one slips away so he has to make do with a 66 today he’s eight under he’s in contention I’m not sure his uh evening meal will taste quite as good after that it means smash’s lead is only one over Ripper GC Thomas Peters signing autographs 67 today he’s nine under par contributed for the range goats are in third placek and considering we feared we wouldn’t see a single shot play today with the rain teaming down regular flashes of lightning or thunder this has been an entertaining day Dom down to you Adrian you started your round beautifully you made some nice Birdie putts the putter dried up a little bit until the one on 15 how happy are you with where your round is at yeah I thought I played really good today very solid uh T2 green hit a lot of good pots uh you know a lot of them were looking good just didn’t go in but yeah I really enjoyed the round today I felt really comfortable out there and uh yeah I’m happy about my position going for to for tomor okay well play well tomorrow fantastic round thank you appreciate it thanks he has got some support here Adrian hasn’t he well over at 15 Matthew wolf finishing up he hopes with a birdie well it’ be it’d be an interesting day to tomorrow with wolf playing against kka it was very public some of the things kka said obviously the big trade with that raised eyebrows wolf for The League champion um Taylor gu goats versus Smash in the mix going in welcome to live golf yeah maybe another team playoff two weeks in a row AR well we waited 28 events didn’t we for the first team playoff why not two like London buses coming along at the same time let’s take a look at some of Brooks Ker’s highlights and there were many of them today this was a fabulous shot at number four the par five between the palm trees just thread of the needle he teed off at one he par his opening three holes and then came three straight birdies at four five and that one at six this part at 13 had some serious speed to it when it caught the hole but like he said in the interview with suan nice see those go in ver once with a rise smile that one might have been a two- shot swing and that followed six consecutive passs but then the foot went back on the pedal as he birded five of his last seven that was his t- shot of 14 32 there second shot at 16 the PA fourward lead to birdie and it’s a really healthy lead going into Championship Sunday of three shots pathway at 17 and he ended his day with a terrific up and down from an awkward spot with his seventh birdie and a seven underpar round of 64 on day two to add to his 66 yesterday 12 underpar and odds on perhaps to be the first live golfer to win four individual titles he won twice in jeda he won in Orlando at the start of last season and can he make it four the first man to four here in Singapore you wouldn’t bet against it with the cushion that he has and the form that he is showing here so that is the situation at the end of play on Super Saturday we had a 4H hour 45 minute weather delay Brooks kepka though unperturbed by that seven under par today 12 under overall Matthew wolf an excellent round for him today of 65 he’s nine under alongside Adrien Moran Abe an you just saw cam Smith there six under par today John Ram four under today a 67 for him he is six under par three Legion 13 players alongside each other there much better from Bryson five under today a 66 three underpar overall and Phil mikkelson doing well for his team the High Flyers Matt Jones three under today after the disappointment of yesterday and Ripper GC who won of course in Adelaide last week are in second place well again and I mentioned this with three holes to go the fact that we didn’t think we’d see any golf today it’s a a real bonus we saw all 18 holes that’s the beauty of a shotgun start of course everyone got to play and everyone got to finish and there was some terrific golf play today yeah there really was but it’s a testament to The Architects and the engineers that that did this place really I mean it was a an extraordinary thing I I didn’t think for a minute that we were going to get 18 holes in sure when you were taking a snooze on the on the carpet here I thought it’s going to be hours before we have to wake David up I didn’t think for a minut we work more than one or two hours today covering golf we got 18 holes in and like David said a testament to the infrastructure in the facility they have here and uh and we saw some great play because the conditions are right for that ball in hand softish green dark golf if you will control the ball in the air only and very little win Brooks keper it seems to me has rediscovered that air of almost invincibility that he believes that he is back in form and that is ominous for the rest of the yeah I I mean I think stoic would be the right word you could see you know he never got up he never got down no matter what it was that he did whether it was you know a short miss that he should have done or uh you know the putt that he made at the last you know just flat cam the whole way through and I think that augers well for uh for him tomorrow I’m not sure that they can give Brooks kka three shots over 18 holes no and regardless with his carefully chosen words when every time he’s interviewed and the way he basically handles himself and carries himself I’m sure he believes he’s Invincible but he’s sure as he wants everybody else to believe he’s Invincible with his major record and his record out here with live uh he’s earning that reputation he certainly believes that when he’s at his best he’s not going to be beaten and it feels like he’s approaching that once again remember he defends his PGA title at Val Hower in two weeks time be nice to go there with a victory under his belt and his smash GC lead the way as well but it’s a narrow lead only a shot over rip GC who performed heroics on home soil last week the range gos defending their Title Here 21 under the clicks the Fireballs are 20 under you go down the leaderboard look Stinger we saw what they did last week they came back from six shots back with three to play so the Gap is only nine and you wouldn’t put it past them to do something special again tomorrow when all four scores count so who you backing in the team competition well you know me oh it you go I mean Thomas Peters unfortunately Bogey’s the last there you know for the range coat but uh you know I think they’ve got a shot tomorrow the analytics said leading in this took this course favored smash first and foremost I’m going to stick with smash uh the whole way and before we sign off Arlo a special thanks to our editor and chief Mike perky for sticking with us through the night all the way in Charlotte working remotely what a champ time for Sleep Mike after all that coffee we had a a 4our 45 minute delay but absolutely delighted to get a full 18 in here Testament as David said to the money spent on the system here which meant that 2.2 Ines of rain just disappeared it was incredible Brooks kepka will take a thre stroke lead uh into Championship Sunday there’s a hungry pack behind him on nine under par as well it should be fantastic tomorrow for those around the world leaving us now it’s time to switch over to Club 54 the live golf post round show with Christian Crosby and Rachel Drummond that can be found globally on live Golf Plus or the live golf YouTube channel reminder tomorrow we’re starting 1 hour earlier 800 a.m. local time and 805 shotgun start we’ll see you then back at the sarpong at the beautiful Sentosa Golf Club Yesterday the sun was out and the heat was on today we felt the Heavy Rain of Singapore that’s a WRA day two has come to an end Brooks Kea got his Swagger back and leads the individual leaderboard and smash GC at the top of the team leaderboard we’re here to chat about that and more welcome to 54 post round show I’m your host Christian Crosby and joining me are your favorite live golf analyst suan H and Don Boule uh today we experienced some extreme weather which delayed us about 4 uh hours and a half but we finally got some amazing golf what a a long day but what a day yeah Singapore is certainly bringing all sorts of uh weather for us to experience here yeah as it always does as it always does absolutely now Brooks had such a wonderful ful day today I mean he is surely showing some great form going into the PGA Championship I got to walk with him today Flawless golf I mean we saw some really great form he’s driving the ball great not only is he driving the ball great but he converts those drives on The Fairway into birdies yeah and like you said soan just perfect timing isn’t it two weeks before he defends his title at Valhalla and uh Brooks has been working hard and you know what he’s been working hard for those tournaments mean the most to Brooks kepka that’s right he said in the post round interview with me that he wants to Peak four times a year and preferably a little bit before that to get himself informed for the major championships winning is in his DNA that’s all he wants to do he said that in our interview yesterday how about this shot through the trees on the third he did the same thing yesterday with a three iron how about this result it just goes to show how confident he is with his game to take on a shot like that and this is his third birdie in a row on the sixth well this is the club isn’t it this is the club that he’s been working on he’s been upset the fact that he’s not making any puts but clearly clearly they’re starting to drop look at that that from long range too oh yeah he played those tough holes two under par and this shot on 14th it looks so good I thought it was going to go in you know what that reminds me of the swings that he was making last year at the PJ championship at Old kill Country Club did just a softness to it and the way finishes so balanced through the ball he is back to Peak Brooks kepka you know what I love about what he said to me yesterday when I spoke to him after his round is how he is working on his fundamentals he’s not trying to over complicated he’s just working a lot on his setup trying to keep things quite simple and those things Dom are are the same things that they work on throughout the entire season nothing’s different for them do you know what suan the game’s been played for couple of hundred years you know there is no secret source to it the best players in the world throughout all the generations the Hogans the sneeze the Bobby Jones they all kind of had the same fundamentals they all set up Square they all had the same sort of grip the game hasn’t changed at all it works it works don’t mess with the fundamentals it always works and for the viewers at home I would say that is one of the things that is the most underrated fundamentals of golf alignment set up those are the things that will set you up for Success yeah another guy you got to follow today who had a big day Thomas Peter suan tell us about your day following him I tell you what he played some Flawless golf today right up till the 18th hole he made one bad golf swing on the 18th he made a bogey there other than that he played Flawless golf it’s good to see him back and form I know he talked a lot about um how last year he had some personal issues and that really kind of took his Focus away from golf and now he’s really had that time to refocus himself back on the game of golf Focus his time to improve to to really put the energy into his game and I tell you what it’s paying off absolutely you know his Old Coach Pete count I’m not sure if they’re still working to I know he works a lot with Jerome but Pete count said he thought Thomas Peters would be the number one player in the world for many many years well he’s got the swing for it he’s got the swing for it it’s absolutely beautiful I mean to the eye it is perfect and it’s so Dynamic it’s all about how hard he is on himself tomorrow you know if he just stays calm and collected and just plays within himself he will be he will have a chance yeah you know the bogey on 18th is is a cost one it’s one that you don’t want to end on going into Championship Sunday is it I mean Brooks knows how to finish a tournament it’s just uh you know you don’t want to give him too much of a lead well this score has been absolutely packed let’s take a look at that individual leaderboard suan Dom take us through this it’s stacked I mean look at this individual leaderboard here it’s looking like we might see a playoff perhaps don’t say that we had a playoff last year but Brooks Taylor G all looking for their fourth win Matthew wolf Adrian morang uh Thomas Peters Lucas heret Mark lechman all looking for their very first win yeah and uh you know I mean I watch I watched Adrian Mor wron cor day and he was so steady hit a lot of Fairways it’s he was probably a little bit disappointed with his irons his short irons towards the last half of his round because he left a lot of them right left himself of long 25 30 Footers but he’s won big tournaments quite recently too on the DP World Tour he knows how to finish the job he was Player of the Year in 2023 and there are the fans there and they’re loving it let’s talk a little bit about team smash who’s doing great finish 23 under today I mean these guys are hot right now this golf course is obviously suit them so well and I mean Brooks talk about how Taylor’s obviously playing some great golf Jas and CRA is really coming together uh midseason here gr McDow has been performing so well as well yeah I think gr mow has been rejuvenated joining the smash team I think he just he knows he has to perform he doesn’t want to let his players down and uh I tell you what some of the pin partition today were remarkably tough so many that were toughed I mean they were in the corners of the green really challenging iron play and this guy is one of the best iron players in in the game of golf yeah he certainly is wow Jason CRA when he puts well he can go low and what would you say about those range goats suan um and Dom too I want to hear from you guys range goats looked incredible today big day for them as a team going head-to-head with smash back and forth well this guy I mean he’s one of the best Putters in the game go only maybe cam Smith is better than him so whenever he gets the P whenever he drives it well Peter uline’s going to shoot a low one now Wolfie’s been getting some really good form as well he’s really coming together quite nicely range goes by the way defending Team Champions right here in Singapore they won right here so obviously this golf course suits their game really well I think I’ve seen a lot of talented players in the game of golf over the years I don’t think there’s a guy who’s more talented than Matthew wolf it’s just a matter of time it is good to see him back in the right space he’s a good guy he’s a really nice guy great guy let take a look at that team leaderboard here from today as we end our day two how about Ripper GC just won back can they go back to back I mean I think they can I mean Lucas herbet cam had a great day today leash is obviously playing well uh Jonesy just needs to find some for him this week and range goes obviously just two back well we’ve seen how volatile the last day is with all four scores counting it’s going to be a good one tomorrow Saron Golf Course sits under the shadows of the stunning Marina Bay SS Resort and this week’s Hang Time saw K Smith catch up with suan after an epic week in adaline welcome to hang time this week we’re here in Singapore on the back end of Australia and who better to have this week than the captain of last week’s team champion the Ripper GC it’s Cham Smith let’s go congratulations for your very first team win this year especially in Adelaide post round post playoff you guys went into a casino and got got quite the reception in there were you surprised um yes uh I wasn’t EXP in that one um I think everyone must have gone straight from the golf course to the casino obviously there was a lot of Ripper hats in there after that did you have a Champions dinner of any sort I heard you maybe might have gone to McDonald’s did you go to Maus uh yeah yeah yeah um no my my wife went wanted to go to McDonald’s I I got a kebab and oh you did an Australian thing to do after a night of trade game oh great shot speaking of your wife the last time we did hang time you weren’t married yet yep what’s married life been like for you uh it’s a Fame honestly she she’s so cool nothing’s really changed in our lives she was able to see Adelaide last last week which she wasn’t able to do the year before and I was kind of prepping her for that but her mind was blown so yeah it’s been awesome and there’s that beautiful sky here in Singapore for as the sun sets so many fans are still out here and uh joining us right now Jerry fultz and Don Boule D we’re going to talk a little bit more about your day uh you got to follow guys like Mark Lehman Adrian Moran who did a phenomenal job today take us through your day and Jerry talk us through it well yeah I I watched some fabulous golf as I always do I mean I’m following some of the best players in the world but actually to be honest I think the star of the show today Jerry was the golf course I mean how we got to play and there was not a puddle on the GOL of course not one player took any relief from casual water yeah Andy Johnson was tell us about the infrastructure one met sand cap on this to help it drain got the subair system the bunkers were designed not to let water run through them so that they don’t puddle up and you don’t lose sand it’s really an amazing Place let’s talk a little bit about Mark Le you know what Mark Lehman yesterday only hit 10 Greens in regulation today hit 16 greens but he made some big putts for pars at very important times but he be happier with his ball striking that’s for sure today yeah you just referred to uh Peter Uline as maybe the second best putter on Earth in the recent form you got to give a nod to this guy 4.68 Strokes gained yesterday that’s unheard of no I know in one round gol that is unheard of with a three putt on the last ho as we mentioned in our broadcast but uh yeah this was another one on five and he made like I said he made three par puts of over 12 to 15 feet to save his round and you made a great Point while we were talking during our show he’s been there he’s lost in a playoff in a major championship he’s not afraid of the moment even against the big guns that are out here no he’s absolutely not and I know his coach Dennis McDade spent the whole week with him last week they were working on his swing it’s clearly paying off for him yeah all right let’s take a look at some Moran highlights shall we yeah adri started off beautifully and drove the ball beautifully all day but he got going early this was his birdie on his first hole Yeah 18 exactly then he follows it up with another beautiful one at number one he made a bunch early he said he hit a dry spell a little later with the putter though yeah he certainly did but it was M mainly more to do with his short irons he he was leaving himself 25 30 Footers but this was a very nice pitch on the fourth hole after being in a perfect position he was disappointed with his second but he walked off with a birdie full yeah as most people did played very easy today then at seven he did get it on in two but miles from the hole and this was a heck of an effort tell what you hit that too hard you could be in the water over the back of the green not many guys got on that green in two today he’s got sneaky power Adrian doesn’t look like he goes after it hard but it goes out there a long way and after a real dry period this was a very important part on 15 and I think some people may have forgotten by now but he is the reigning DP World Tour player of the year that doesn’t come easily no no no not at all and it just shows you how much respect his peers on the European tour have for him yeah it does it does but it also tells you that he has what it takes to win out here but like everybody else John ROM included who’ve been added this year or haven’t won yet in their in their tenure on in Liv golf there is a there’s a there’s a monkey on your back there’s a there’s an ax to grind you want to get it done to justify absolutely justify to all the great players here that you belong out here on this league and surprisingly he’s got a lot of support out there Jerry I know you said that yeah with all that being said what are you expecting for tomorrow Jerry Dom you can chime in too well me I’m expecting something that’s going to be unique to live golf and and it’s really going to be dramatic in one regard we had a very public falling out last year between Captain Brooks kPa and player uh Matthew wolf and then we had a very public trade that raised a lot of odds wolf for reigning player our player of the year so to speak our individual Champion t gu now we got what looks like wolf and Kea going to be battling it out amongst others tomorrow with their two teams battling it out that’s going to be something that’s unique to us and I really brings a whole different I don’t know texture to professional golf at the highest level the team competition the interpersonal drama so to speak and how that plays out on the golf course where there’ll be no words or anything but you know that’s there inside they want to they want to prove something yeah there might be some tension out they’ll be very interesting to see how they react to each other when they are walking down the fairways tomorrow after oh tomorrow morning actually we’re out very early tomorrow 8:00 8:00 all right well we’re going to get your final thoughts for tomorrow but first we’re going to check with Rachel Drummond on the putting green Rachel what’s up how you doing CeCe I’ve got the absolute giggle oh they’ve just turned on the Lights I’ve got the giggles here have a little look over here we’ve got GMAC and his caddy Kenny and Kenny just said to me he said what’s the feature you putting in the dark and he said gx’s been doing that for two days not very nice but good banter so the players despite having been here for 12 hours they are still here getting ready for the final day and I think it has something to do with the fact that four scores are counting tomorrow but we’re going to get to the point today the key stats on this golf course are Parts within 6 to 12T and also 25 ft and we’re going to have a look at some of the parts that the world’s best golfers sunk today so first up we’ve got Thomas Peters from just off the green within that 25 ft range he sunk some absolute Beauties today said he’s been putting brilliantly then we have G on 12 who’s charging up the leaderboard and finally the man that’s three shots clear capka turning the heat on with his pter made a change recently and it’s good to see it coming to fruition so I’ve got a couple of drills for you now I’m going to have to do this one-handed but the right hand the trail hand is your pace hand this is a really good drill to do with one hand so we’ve got an 8ft putt here first if we can zoom in on this String Line This is what the players are using we’re going to put the putter down on the line and then we’re just going to go back and through just like that and Miss right but this is the really really good drill that I want you to try which is the 25-footer which is one of the key stats we’ve had that the players need to do well for pace so again one hand your Trail hand is your pace hand so you’re going to feel like you’re rolling the ball to the hole now I got this off one of the Caddy’s Maxs so you’re going to hit the putt right now this is the point of the drill can you see that I’ve hit that one foot from the hole now what you do from there you have to double what you have so I’m going to take it to two feet and then you have to hold that part then so the point of the drill is that if your pace is good it’s going to make it easier for you to try and make the next one so as we’ve seen with the guys this week line and Pace are crucial and we’re going to have to see some putts being made it’s a putting comp out there tomorrow who’s going to catch Brooks kka I can’t wait to see what happens great job over there Rachel Jerry uh how about her one-handed putting by the way I mean she’s so skilled she can do it with one hand tied behind her back I couldn’t agree with you more Jerry absolutely yeah sounds all right let’s talk an individual leaderboard I need a Jerry false breakdown of this leaderboard because it’s action packed today well look what we got at the top we have the guy who might be one of the most intimidating players in all of golf when he has a lead or he’s near the lead all the other players know that he’s when he’s playing his best he’s nearly invincible and that’s Brooks kepka leading by three five-time major Champion trying to Peak for another major who’s trying to Peak for another major coming up shortly in Valhalla and Matthew wolf that is a compelling story obviously anybody there can can make a charge Abraham answer as the people who combine our daily data uh phrased him a an accuracy Merchant he lives for courses like this he’s lurking right there he can get it done but Taylor gu quietly quietly sneaking up and Taylor gu and Kea have a little bit of History not only now his teammates but back to Jetta last year when gu had to hold off Brooks in terms of getting that individual title and he was able to do it and also they both played well here last year of course with gu winning I look at gu from all those guys to be the one that sneak up there because of that Ste determination and incredible Precision well you called it at the top of this week you said smash GC and look where we have arrived Jerry here’s the team leaderboard smash GC at the top finishing 23 under Jerry take us through it yeah Ripper GC running the hot hand right now though fresh on their tails range goto one here last year although they’ve had a little bit of a change in lineup and clicks clicks emerging as a as not a Powerhouse but a contender this year after being in the seller for two years that’s pretty impressive but smash the analytic say this course was built for them they’re proven it and it doesn’t hurt that you have two of your two of your best players playing the best this week near the lead 9 and 12 under we’re not going to see another team playoff are we J we are yeah actually well I I hope so I think so it would be really awesome but you never know well I actually hope you’re right fans thank you so much for watching Club 54 post round show that’s a wrap until tomorrow there goes that beautiful shot of Sosa Golf Club a long day but a great day of golf here in sing we’re going to have an amazing final round day two has come to an end thank you for watching Club 54 post round show I will see you all tomorrow peace
