  1. Funny how most content encourages starting with the lower body. But you never hear what happens if you do that too well. I have a similar pattern in my backswing. And found myself doing Micah’s old outside takeaway exactly (always fighting across the line). Then all hips to start the downswing. These changes make sense and I can’t wait to drill this chest as the engine concept!

  2. Always watching and learning, great video, now following Fujikura as well. QI10 Fujikura Subscribed,Thank you for Great content!

  3. Hi Mich great lesson. great to know one of the factors that causes the crossing of the club at the top of back swing

  4. Hey tig. What shaft you using in your driver now? Watched the 2v2v2 and heard Grant say you using some high tech shaft. So just wondering. Do you have a vid of the fitting for the shaft? 🔥🔥🔥💣💣💣

  5. Mate! Massive thank you for bringing us teaching/coaching videos like this, my misses and how i swing is like yours, near no videos online target those and even the lessons I have had don’t target the issue of leading with your hips making it near impossible to square the face! The width movement from the takeaway with irons has transformed my striking and contact this week and implementing it to driver has seen me hitting 270m bomb baby fades with minimal effort and what’s more it’s stabilised my swing, rather then leading with the hips and spinning the left leg out! So massive thank you for the amazing content please keep bringing us absolute gold like this!

  6. I usually hate long videos, in fact im not even done with this one yet but i will finish it. Very informative and easy to understand! Hell of a teacher and hell of a student!!!

  7. Micah!!! Your swing after all these tips looks so effortless to get to your speed!!! Great video!!! Subscribed to both channels and supporting all the way from SA baby!!! Love your content Tig!!!

  8. JT a real one! Explanations made so much sense and really loved how he would explain what each miss meant you were/weren’t doing so you could let your brain understand what you needed your body to do differently. Keep him on the channel!

  9. That's amazing lesson because I had same problem as like him. After I watched your lesson and followed your swing tip. I made great result as like him

  10. Really enjoyed JT's style of teaching. Broke down the swing to it's basic components, talked about how the body has equal and opposite reactions to our movements. Great vid all around – would love to see more JT on the channel in the future!

  11. Learned a lot from this video Micah. Shout out to JT…great coach! Going to be checking your new swing in your next videos.

  12. I literally opened YouTube to look for a video of JT and saw this video not knowing he was in it. Obviously clicked on it and was like, holy shit, this is exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Micah and JT!

  13. It would be great to see more JT on your channel. I like the way he explained the subtle adjustments and what problems they fixed. Sounds like you got amazing results and your swing looks great. 😊

  14. When swing is looking better the way it should the repeatable results prove it, well done 🏌️‍♂️

  15. Its interesting to see that the left arm being too connected to your body is actually what was hurting you, but for most people they need their left arm to be more connected.

  16. Imagine a rope attached to your right and left scapula (the bit under the shoulder). For your backswing the right rope is now pulling you back around and shortly after the left rope is pulling you back around. Arms and wrists are trailing behind. Try it. It’s like magic. A European Tour Pro pointed that out as a swing intention

  17. I changed my backswing last night to try some of these changes, leveling out the shoulders and rotating the chest better and I was blown away at how much better I hit the ball. Great tips!

  18. Loved the video. Question: I saw a video where all the pros have about 40% shoulder tilt on the way back and about 50% at the bottom. Is this consistent with what you are teaching?

  19. Subscribed. Really great lesson JT. There's no better feeling Micah. It looked like the Fujikura shaft matched up nicely with the swing refinements.
