Similar to this swing that says it’s the most natural or or wouldn’t you prefer to do this swing over here because they say it’s natural well when you look at some of those swings you have to stop and ask yourself what is natural what is a natural swing

For me natural simp simply means something that is already incorporating things that you do in your daily life in any part of the swing that gets away from what is natural to your normal body movements well the further you depart from that the more unnatural a swing

At a tea box and you’re waiting for your turn or you’re waiting for the guys up ahead of you to clear how do you stand at that box you know a lot of you stand like this a lot of you will stand with one weight over on one side but none of

You are standing like this while you’re waiting that’s a very unnatural way to stand you’re standing like this you got maybe one knee locked one knee bent or maybe you’re just standing there and you have just a little bit of flex in both your knees that’s very natural you do

Swing off of he said that it took him 12 years of hitting on average about 800 balls a day to develop the swing now if you ask me if it takes you 12 years at $800 or 800 Ball balls a day to develop a swing there’s nothing natural

About that why would it take you so long to develop something that’s natural and why would it take so much work it just it doesn’t make any sense if you’re looking for something that is natural that uses your body in a more natural efficient manner the Mike Austin swing

  1. Easier to do with the driver, but when I get the short clubs in my hand it’s a different story. Something has to give to get down to the ball. Then I find it difficult to swing freely.

  2. Natural is always best! Mike Austin's swing is a beautiful thing to watch. Some of the best ball strikers today have a swing that looks very similar! Great points Matt!

  3. Matt, I’m 53 and started playing last year. I took your course after listening to “advice” from my buddies who have played for years. I ignored them finally and listened to what my body actually wants to do, and your explanation of Austin/Dunaway. Best thing I ever did. It’s so easy!
