All right so go ahead and set up there you go now tuck this in between your forearms now I want you to keep your forearms connected keep pressure on that bucket you can use a ball if you want that’s just handy right now turn back
For me okay so we went to P2 now this is good structure you took that away with your chest from here we can get in a position where we start just getting this fold keep turning back and we’re going to get into a really good position at the top of our back swing
