Really sparked obviously because of all the comments and the DMs I got going over looking at good Good’s most recent video the one before yesterday the hockey one the top comment on that video I’m just going to read it to you and then we’ll talk it it has over 700 likes

At the time of recording this like 135 comments the comment is Quan seems to be the next guy out from the good good group the level of golf he is asked to do is catching up with him and you can tell from his interactions in the last

Few he’s not saying much he’s hitting odd shots if you watch his main Channel he’s a totally different guy hope Gigi clears this up quick so when I went over there and I saw that as the top comment I was like H that’s crazy like crazy

That that made it to the top it has all these likes a lot of people must be thinking this but then you scroll down in the same comment section and like legitimately the top 20 comments are all the same they’re all just about Luke like literally you scroll down and I

Mean the interactions 135 replies to that one comment but then there’s got to be at least another probably 100 comments of like basically saying the exact same thing like all talking about luk Quan seeing Quan out down this weird Vibes were off hope he’s all right like hope Quan’s all right two questions

Where’s Colin is Luke okay I’m getting that one along too where’s Colin but that’s I guess maybe another conversation so I want to talk about it because I I think there’s a lot of for sure like misconception misunderstanding and I think coming off of you know this time last year and everything that

Happened and really how we saw Micah specifically depart the group it definitely is giving Vibes and I get where your guys heads at it’s giving similar Vibes to that when Michael left he was kind of quiet he was kind of being less ah himself in videos and then

He kind of slowly started disappearing from videos and then we had the announcement that he was leaving so I can see where your alarm bells and your warning signals are going off so I want to come at this from a couple different angles uh the first of which is like

Let’s I’m going to try to play two sides today I’m going to let you guys kind of make a your own decision make your own minds up get in the comments let me know your thoughts on all this but the first kind of side is like the Creator brain

Side right and like luk Juan is a Creator he’s a Creator both for good good but also for his own person personal Channel and he’s one that a lot of people like he has a lot of traction his videos do for just basic golf like not basic like saying negative about him

But like you know golf videos that’s essentially just him playing golf him playing matches they do extremely well and he had a relatively successful YouTube channel even before good good obviously an ex Tour player a very very strong player I believe he won on the

Asia tour the GU is a lot going for him in the World of Golf and his personality on his personal channel is you’re right it’s these guys are right it is usually a bit more bubbly than it has been in recent good good videos however I and

This is just my personal experience with me Luke I met him a couple times and I only talked to him one time the first time I didn’t get like the most talkative guy Vibes I really didn’t I didn’t get like the most like he wanted

To be talking to me type of Vibes and that’s fine and I don’t think it was maybe it was some maybe he didn’t like me I I don’t know I don’t think so I think it was more just like you know some people are very good at doing their

Job when it comes to like being on camera when it’s time to do that but actually they’re not the type of person that maybe wants to be like that bubbly thing all the time like I’m kind of just like this all the time like I’m just

Kind of am like a louder talkative type person not everyone’s like that some creators like they can they can do it for the camera they can be entertaining they’re still being themselves but they’re just being like this big version but in real life they’re just a little quieter they’re not being mean they’re

Not being dicks they’re not being whatever they’re just maybe a little quieter and that’s kind of the vibe I got from him he’s just a chill dude so perhaps when you put him in the good good videos where he’s one of six one of five one of seven guys who are all there

To contribute to this onscreen presence he then doesn’t need to be as much of an onscreen presence so maybe he feels that pressure off and he just kind of goes and does his job which in good good his job really is to hit good golf shots

That’s his job like his job is to play good golf and you know that’s his kind of value prop to the group or at least one of the value props but I get what a lot of you guys are saying it at the beginning it felt like the energy was

Higher now it feels like the energy is lower that brings me into my second point which is like I mean we we don’t know what’s going on and I don’t think it’s fair to assume that it’s a problem on like the dramatic side when someone’s just maybe being a little more reserved

In a couple videos because I mean look at Matt jar for example like when Matt had all of his back problems I was getting very similar comments about Matt this was months and months and months and months ago before his surgery a year ago I guess now I was getting very

Similar comments like why is Matt why way quieter like top comments and videos were like I miss Matt’s energy I miss Matt’s like passion like why is he like this like oh no blah blah blah there wasn’t a whole lot of is he leaving comments but like there was a lot of

Very similar Vibes and he had something going on in his personal life that was also semi affecting or I guess greatly affecting his ability to enjoy the game of golf and play golf on camera and then that kind of bled off into your you know bubbliness on camera which is very very

Normal when people have things going on in the personal life so that’s the other side of it right is like I don’t think and and at Matt obviously ended up he was fine he was fine with the group he he was able to have the back surgy and

Now he’s back to being Matt and being for the most part the Matt we’ve all kind of known and so I think assuming again that something might be going on sort of like rubbing heads wise isn’t necessarily fair just based off the fact that someone’s being a little

Quieter it could be something going on his personal life all those comments were like I hope he’s okay and like obviously that’s the sentiment for sure is like you hope everything’s okay and that there isn’t anything seriously wrong going on but I do think people’s then counterargument to that in the

Contrast is that all of his recent videos on his personal Channel he has still been super bubbly and super engaging and super whatever and people are like why why is he like that on his channel and why is he not currently like that on good good so listen that’s kind

Of the that’s the story for those of you who don’t know uh summed up just a little bit as to what’s been happening and listen I get your concern I get your your comments I get your confusion in this and you know I think there’s a couple realities at play here number one

Like good good is a group they’re a group-b based Channel and part of being a group based Channel especially one that was found by you know a small group of people and now has been bringing talent in and subbing people in and out of videos like there probably is going

To be some level of turnover throughout the years right like Luke’s been with them now for over a year you know I don’t know I don’t know about this Luke situation I don’t want to sit here and make any kind of dramatic assertions based off what I think is going to

Happen with him in the future but all I’m saying is that like I don’t I think Grant Michael leaving was super dramatic and super crazy because they were seen as like like part of the original hardcore crew that was together from the beginning I know they weren’t the

Original original but you know they were really the the the crew that built that channel to really what it is and when they left that was really the first like big scale departure of guys that had been there forever and there was a lot of yeah Dramatics and shock value and

Whatever but I think as the group grows and as a group progresses especially if they continue with this model of basically bringing people in to reoccurring on their video whether it be like the athletes or whatever having the Brad doys having the Ben hayen having the ajs whatever maybe even Luke like

There is going to be some natural level of turnover some natural level of people likely coming in being in the videos for 6 months a year whatever maybe it’s not for them maybe they just want to go off and do something else they’re moving they don’t want to travel as much

Whatever it is and I think unless it’s like Garrett Bubby Steve Matt leaving the group it’s I think the level of like Dramatics are probably not going to be there I do think if Luke like announced that he was leaving and especially if he was like I’m pissed at them like yeah

Okay sure but I don’t think that’s going to be how it is I think if people who have been a part of the channel decide to move on I think they be like all right cool like that’s fine like good good for you like good luck like our
