Ok, but what the feel of impact on the hands. Behind the club, on top of club, etc etc
blocks ball too much winding!
Excellent tip
All looked the same to me
My problem is I can’t wind back that far. What can I do. I want hit farther than 220
Is the leaning into the front side just a feel or is that real.
I do this and everything is big hook.
Same concept with irons too?
There's a lot more physics going on that could be explained. Might help the student even more. But he gets it, then it's all good.
So we start the swing in so many ways I could puke honestly is it planting or shoulder turn is it lower body or upper body is there a certain movement that starts the swing for everyone I think everyone’s athletic abilities are different and the groin feeling in this sequencing with the assistant professional is comical at best is this a stretching technique from PGA players or a golf swing that everyone should try! Do I look at the inside back of the ball at address the top of the ball or the front of the ball do I work on posture at address or pelvic tilt how do I release the club early in the down swing or later after the turn is almost complete,do I swing the grip or the feeling I am swinging the clubhead if I need weight on the balls of my feet at address are the training wheels my toes or my heels! Does the body swing the arms or do the arms swing the body! Can I use a drill like Lee Trevino or Jim Furyk and groove it into a swing do I sweep the ball or trap draw the ball a little steeper whats the best technique for golf in different States hardpan Texas,or Florida with a sand underlay how’s about the bluegrass Midwest with thick ruff or the East-coast Thats sticky grass in California! All need different chipping techniques and angle of attacking the ball varies should I learn to sweep the ball and trap it! Is quadrant putting the same for all types of terrain even with different magnetic fields oceans mountains elevation changes! And especially in your technical concept is that feeling to be used with all clubs driver thru fairway woods and irons or just Driver! And one last thing are there non- negotiable’s in the golf ⛳️ swing or variants for different athletic abilities! Thank you if you respond it would be greatly appreciated!
So he's never had lag in his life
"Oh, I see" every golfer has been there a million times 😂
I love hearing about the sequence.
So many of us out there have decent flexibility, big calves, wide back, strong arms, stout legs, mid golf IQ, but don’t have the swing sequenced right. #whipit
Bad advice
The " winding " requires flexibility; both shoulder blades needs to be facing the target not just the left for a right handed golfer.
Dude swings like a girl that’s why he doesn’t have speed.
What does he mean by winding? Keep moving shoulders on downswing?
ok so is he just weight shifting early and before finishing the back swing?
The final part of the winding he’s referring is not actually winding, it is an optical illusion that looks like continued winding but it’s actually separation between the shoulders and hips. The final slack being taken out as you begin shifting the lower body back towards the target as you transition to the down swing. Just the same as a whip. It’s the change of direction and force with the lower half. It’s what actually loads the energy in the club shaft that then transfers down to the club head and into the ball through impact.
