The RSM Classic once again marks the final event of the PGA TOUR season, and once again, there is plenty on the line. It all comes down to this for golfers on the top 100 bubble in the FedExCup Fall Standings. Last year, two golfers were able to parlay their results at Sea Island into a jump up the standings with plenty more looking for the same this week. Joel Dahmen is in at No. 117 and looks to re-create some Sea Island magic like a year ago when he shot a final-round 64 to keep his card for 2025. There is more than a trophy on the line this week, for many in the field it is the ability to play on the TOUR next year that matters most. Others in the field include local Sea Island native and United States Ryder Cup Team member Harris English, as well as Michael Brennan, Sahith Theegala, and Luke Clanton

He can put it right on the front third of this green. No problem. Not a breath of wind out here right now. It’s actually quite buggy. Next on the team from Sea Island, Georgia, please welcome Andrew Novak. And there’s your front to the green. Ventur is his second currently at 600 par. A little bit closer. A little more spin, better result. Well played. Beautiful. He started on 10 at the plantation course, had an early birdie, and then got on a crazy run. Here’s his second and 15. If you’re feeling comfortable with your driver around these two golf courses, you can be very aggressive off the tea. Leave yourself a number of wedge opportunity. This is one that you’re just really concerned about pace. Got it. But when you match the pace with the line, go sounded a groove low. Oh, almost. That’s what you’re supposed to do. Andrew Novak just dialed in this here on the 18th. His third after laying up on the par five. Made that birdie at 15. Dawson and at 16 and 17 and then did this at the 18 continues to hit these little wedges whole high giving himself virtual kickins for birdie and your fourth you’d probably want to know okay I don’t need to take a big chance correct shot oh yeah should get a little closer 31 shots now his second at the first after making the turn. Another big drive off of one leaf setting up yet another wedge shot and he’s just licking his chops over these 75 yds for Bryant. Get a little higher. Going to let it release. Yeah, that’s a good shot. At the second. The second for Daniel Burgerer. Players ate up the 13th hole yesterday. Playing a little bit downwind. Right hole location. Just a great opportunity to stuff a wedge. Quaid Cummins at 11. Great angle from the right side of this fairway to a left hole location. Andrew Novak doesn’t need to worry about the cut line. He’s worried about how big of a lead he’s trying to build. Here he is at four. A really long par five. This whole location up on top of it. Little tear on the back of the green. And another wet shot. He just keeps giving himself opportunity after opportunity on the bubble. It’s just a quiet nine on this from 160. doesn’t want too much spin. Oh, that’s just well worked out. Let’s go to the fifth hole and the second shot here, Billy, for Daniel Bergen. Pretty clever little shot right there trying to take it downstairs. Really nice job right there. Check out Fishburn now for birdie. Yeah. Yes. These greens look so good. I have a feeling this is going in right here. It looks very comfortable. Club standing straight up in the air. Oh man, when you get a feeling it goes. Great shot there by Lipsky. It’s really really stepped up college golf and college golfers to do well on the PGA Tour. Castillo now he’s all of a sudden at 12 under par. Yes, sir. Right there. Great shot. That’s from 143 yards. Little helping breeze from the left. Very good shot. Oh wow. Played played his college golf at University of Colorado to the sixth and Harris English to get back to six under. Peter Nade did make a bogey a little bit earlier here. Good shot from Max. It’s a tall order right now. He’s going to have to do something special just like you said. BK back right hole location here. That’s a good start. Beautiful shot. Drills are one thing and competition’s another. Mickey Castillo. Oh, on a string. Crowd-pleaser. Yeah. Two runner-up finishes in his PGA Tour career. He’s won twice on the DP World Tour. The fourth man from Finland to do so. And now that is a bonus birdie because that was an extremely difficult play from beyond the green. It was putting straight uphill through the fringe and then once he gets on the green straight downhill that looked like pretty good speed. I don’t Yeah. 103 total went from the left. Nice line here. Oh, nice result as well. That’ll be another There you go. That’ll get him to five under par again. There we go. Starting to pile up now. The Eagles on 15. Now we’re talking all that money being raised. Bring up some more for those two. Thor Bjornson. Okay. Looked like Birdie the whole time. It’s really hard to wrap your brain around it. This goes in and it does. He may think he just made the cut, but unfortunately barring a hurricane coming in this afternoon. Just off the green is Antoine Rosner at 16. Did he do it again? Yeah, he did. Wow. So, a pair of threes on 15 and 16. And he does get that one to go. What a putt. So you might have six weeks that you’re not playing in one thing and then you get a couple quickly or a real hodge podge. And a birdie for Isaiah Celinda at the last. Mason Hal has an eagle putt on the plantation course. US Hammer champion committed to go play college golf at University of Georgia. Oh, nicely done by the 18-year-old Mason Hal.
