It’s just a matter of those little details as they’re trying to progress, break the plateaus. My problem is I literally just powerlift like mindset. So like the eccentric and [ __ ] I don’t do none of that. Like so that’s a whole different thing I’ve never done. So that [ __ ] feel good though, huh? It feel good. Hey, that that [ __ ] feel good though. More down. Yeah, it’s almost like a linish kind of fill out the machine. Fill up the range of motion. And then now we think about doing anything else until you get your full [ __ ] size to match your back to match your front. You’re going to have to put on a lot of size and fat. I think I got good whip just not that. We’re talking about back and how it has to be manipulated into growing. You have to really finesse it. You can’t just use brute force like you can with chest and just be able to just do bent over rows and think that your back is going to grow. You have to be able to control that bent over row.
