  1. The key moment is position 6 — when the club is parallel to the ground in the downswing. At that point, the hips are already almost fully rotated toward the target. The head stays back, while the rest of the body has shifted forward. This creates natural tension through the arms.

That tension transfers into the wrists — and right around position 6, the wrist angle begins to release. This release isn’t forced; it happens as a result of the energy built up through the body’s movement.

This sequence — lower body first, then the arms, then the wrists — is what’s called the kinematic chain. And that’s the key to an effortless golf swing: energy flows naturally from the ground up, through proper sequencing — not through brute force.

  2. for some reason.. that looks really easy and effortless
For some reason … 99.7% of us can't do it…. why?

  3. Great ball striker here, angles maintained in the downswing beautifully, ball first strike divot after, he definitely controls his low point in the swing.
