PopStroke Founder Greg Bartoli Lists Florida Mansion for $19 Million

Greg Bartoli, the founder and CEO of PopStroke, built the golf-entertainment brand alongside Tiger Woods. It’s no surprise, then, that his North Palm Beach estate has its own putting green, but it also has a private soccer field.

Records show Bartoli purchased the residence in 2016 for $1.6 million and in 2024 paid $5 million for the house next door, which was razed to make way for the full-size pitch. The two parcels, which combined measure about 2.3 acres, are now listed together for $18.95 million. Gary Pohrer at Serhant holds the listing. The pond-front residence spans 6,300 square feet, with another 3,500 square feet of outdoor living areas. The adjoining parcel can remain an athletic field or be developed with a guesthouse or a separate residence; the lot could also be sold independently.

Custom-built and completed in 2017, the coastal contemporary home is situated within Seminole Landing, an exclusive guard-gated community with just 65 residences across 77 acres and private beach access. Bartoli’s pad sits on a pondfront lot, with two docks for kayaking and paddleboarding. There’s also a heated saltwater pool and spa on the property.

Navy blue sliding barn doors separate the dining room from the beachy living room, which has a pecky cypress coffered ceiling. A wet bar and a glass-enclosed wine cellar are nearby. The spacious kitchen is fitted with custom Shaker-style cabinetry in white, gray, cornflower blue, and navy, arranged around an oversized island with an integrated snack bar.

The second-floor primary suite spills open to a private balcony overlooking the pool area. Three additional bedrooms each have a private bath. Currently used as a lounge equipped with its own bathroom and French doors opening onto a second balcony, a bonus room easily converts to a home office, children’s playroom, a media room, or an additional bedroom.

Bartoli, a former Wall Street exec, opened the first PopStroke location back in 2019. Woods joined as an investor and partner, with his TGR Design creating the putting courses at its various venues. The company now has more than 20 locations across the country.
