Putts, patio games and pours are no longer in play at a popular Dallas entertainment spot. After a six-year run, Another Round at 660 Fort Worth Ave. has closed its doors.
Another Round made the announcement on social media Monday. Though a reason behind the closure wasn’t revealed, the mini golf bar’s crew said they are “doing it with zero regrets and a whole lot of gratitude.”
“It’s been an incredible run building something different here in Oak Cliff as a local, family-owned business — and getting to be part of your first dates, birthdays, and nights out along the way meant everything,” Another Round wrote.
Another Round asked customers to share their favorite memories at the bar. That invitation didn’t go unanswered, as several longtime fans filled the comments with personal stories and sadness over the closure.
“I brought my now wife here on one of our first few dates and a few of our friends as well. I hate you guys are leaving us,” one person commented, while another shared: “Great beverages, great course…such a fun place to spend an afternoon. It will be missed.”
Some even shared about other special events, from cornhole tournaments and birthday parties to wedding welcome happy hours and shooting a film.Â
Another Round opened its doors in west Dallas in 2020, bringing unlimited mini golf with courses designed by local DFW artists, along with tabletop games and a full-service bar, even serving as a family-friendly spot open to all ages until evening hours.
While Another Round is closing, its website does confirm its sister arcade and bar concept less than two miles away, Round Two, is still open.
