There are 1,001 ways to make the path to health and wellness joyful and social. From aerial yoga and indoor rock climbing to dance classes and water aerobics, Tampa Bay offers unique mind, body and spirit experiences. Add some breathwork, a Monty Python silly walk or a cold plunge to relax and recharge. Here are some of our favorite ideas.

Take a local dance class at the Imagine Museum or Tampa Tango Argentino.
Moving & grooving
The Imagine Museum showcases glass and exciting events, including live music (jazzy Jeremy Carter is a regular), art classes, curated markets, comedy competitions and more. Are you ready to move, connect and feel the music? On Aug. 18, step into a high-energy night of salsa, bachata and kizomba with a lesson by Pankaj Gupta, followed by a social dance at the museum, or head over to Tampa Tango Argentino for a taste of Argentinian culture during dance classes with Victoria Sarquisse and Federico Jorquera.
ProjectALCHEMY hosts Saturday community dance classes weekly at 12:30 p.m. with rotating teachers, creating a focused space for dancers to train, connect and grow together. Explore different genres, from Latin dance cardio with Erica Holland to dance conditioning and technique with Haley Fitch.
