Several other top stars, such as Viktor Hovland, Tommy Fleetwood, Matt Fitzpatrick and Ludvig Aberg, are skipping the tournament after finishing their own gruelling schedules. American trio Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa and Wyndham Clark will also not be part of the field.Tournament dates: The Amgen Irish Open is scheduled to take place over four days at the Trump International Golf Links in County Clare. The action officially begins on Thursday, September 10, and concludes with the final round on Sunday, September 13.Prize money: Golfers competing in this prestigious European event will vie for substantial prize money. The total prize fund for the tournament stands at a massive £4.4million, with the winner receiving around £754,000.Stellar Field: Despite Scheffler’s notable absence, the Irish Open will still host an incredible array of elite international talent.
