They need to get rid of the Rooney rule. It’s humiliating for minority coaches for them to go to interviews that they know they are only there for their race. I understand what it was trying to do but that’s not how it works unfortunately

The Rooney Rule needs to be thrown in the trash bin. It is now a joke. At one point, it was a good thing, but not now.
It's puzzling to me that Moore is hired, and yet filling these coordinator spots seems to be troublesome. I would have thought Loomis would have probed Moore's ability to recruit for those roles.
