  1. I think the PGA Tour should considering using Golf Carts selectively on longer courses, not evey hole but maybe every other hole.

  2. Have a rules official on each hole, one on the tee, one in the fairway and one by the green. 3 officials times 18 holes is 54. Maybe 18 would be better. There are very intelligent minds who can figure this out and not use a shot clock. The time should be measured by the rules officials. If a player takes longer than 15 minutes to play a hole, they should have a stroke penalty. 4 hours and 30 minutes to play 18 holes. If it takes longer than that, those players should be penalized strokes. 1 stroke per hole that is over 15 minutes. 😊🎉❤
