Most golfers feel that one should get free relief if your ball comes to rest in a divot on the fairway. However, the USGA decided not to include this into the upcoming 2019 Rules of Gol. CGA Executive Director and USGA Rules of Golf Committee member, Ed Mate, explains why in this week’s Ready for the Rules (Rule 8).
