In this video, we highlight drills, skills and fitness components that you can do at home or at the park to help you prepare for the restart of the footy season.
Today we focused on handballing, kicking and having a bit of fun with a game at the end.

These drills are designed to help you gain back the touch that you previously had before lockdown and help you increase for overall fitness.
