This quick 10 minute yoga stretch is perfect to open the body, get some of those kinks out and get a quick stretch in whenever you have a bit of time. This quick yoga stretch can be done in the morning, in the evenings or during the day to take a break from whatever you have going on. This stretch is a full body stretch and will have you feeling more energized and open afterwards. No equipment is needed for this video but feel free to use your props if you have them (blocks, stap, etc.).This is your practice. Turn on your favourite tunes. Take extra breaths. Change a pose to fit you better. This is about you.
