The course is offering a Masters Week special of $129 per player that includes cart, range balls, Continental breakfast and lunch buffet.

Midland Valley Country Club, which came under new ownership in early 2024, is an Ellis Maples design that has been revitalized. The course is located in Graniteville.
“Since acquiring the club, the team has made it their mission to restore MVGC back to its glory,” the club’s website states. “While honoring the original layout and design, they’ve begun an ongoing renovation effort.”

The Chalk Mine, a 9-hole par-3 course, is also open to the public for Masters Week. The layout is home to First Tee Aiken and will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding Masters Sunday.
Greens fees to walk the course — there are no carts — are $50. Tee times can be made online.
Another new golf venture that opened in late 2025 is also taking reservations. The Back Nine Golf offers simulators and is open 24 hours each day.
The venture was started by professional golfers Kevin Kisner and Scott Brown along with a handful of other Aiken residents. Golfers can virtually play courses such as St. Andrews, Pebble Beach and Muirfield Village.

Across the Savannah River, there is a new public golf opportunity that will be available after the Masters.
The Patch, also known as the Augusta Municipal Golf Course, will open April 15. Five-time Masters winner Tiger Woods and his firm TGR Design did the work on the newly designed, nine-hole short course, The Loop at The Patch.
