TaylorMade launch the SYSTM2 range of putters at a very appealing price point. Here’s everything you need to know about the five designs…

TaylorMade are best known for their Spider putters, which have been among the best putters since they were first introduced in 2008. In that time, TaylorMade have also had some very successful ranges alongside the Spiders, with the likes of Truss and TP. For 2026, TaylorMade are offering a new range of putters – SYSTM2 – which come in at a lower price point than the Spider and Spider ZT ranges.

The SYSTM2 range gets its name because the putters are in two parts. (Don’t worry, they’re fully assembled when you purchase one.) The two screws visible on the face of all 10 models are what holds the two parts of the putter together, and they should not be tinkered with.

The two parts can be clearly distinguished by the two-tone contrast. The entire putter head is made using premium 304 stainless steel, but the front piece is a chrome PVD, making it stand out for left-eye dominant (right-handed golfers) to help with alignment.

TaylorMade have left no stone unturned with the SYSTM2 putter range, offering a meticulously crafted line of premium milled putters at an affordable price point.

With a total of 10 models to choose from (five head shapes all with two hosel options), every golfer will find a design that provides optimum feel, roll, and overall performance.

Precision milled face: At the heart of every SYSTM2 putter is a precision milled face engineered for optimal, consistent performance. To create a superior feel, the entire face is fly-cut and then scored with a saw-cutter to create grooves at a specific depth. This process is crucial for ensuring that every putter delivers the same premium performance throughout the line-up.

Advanced construction technology: TaylorMade have incorporated a new approach in how they construct their SYSTM2 putters, and that is using Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology. This isn’t new to the industry, just new to TaylorMade.

By using MIM technology, TaylorMade engineers have been able to achieve optimal weight distribution and performance characteristics by strategically reloacting mass that would have been sitting behind the face more toward the toe and heel for enhanced stability at impact. This helps to deliver more consistent performance, even on off-center strikes.

Premium 304 stainless steel construction: TaylorMade carefully selected premium 304 stainless steel for the SYSTM2 putters because it delivers the responsive feel that so many golfers appreciate. 304 stainless steel prevoides a soft and satisfying sensation at impact, which promotes better distance control while enhancing feedback.

Striking Two-Tone Finish: SYSTM2 putters are easily recognizable thanks to the the signature two-tone finish – although it isn’t all for aesthetics. TaylorMade settled on the contrasting design because it helps with alignment and performance. Having the black PVD contrast with the chrome PVD makes it easier to square the face to the target and maintain alignment throughout your stroke.

Durable Finish Built to Last: To ensure that the satin scratch silver front of the SYSTM2 putters doesn’t tarnish over time, TaylorMade hydro-blast each putter for long-term durability.

Hosel options: Every putter in the SYSTM2 putter range is available in two hosel options so that every golfer can find a model that works for their stroke.

The L-neck hosel design, used by Scottie Scheffler, creates toe hang, and is ideal for golfers with a slight arc to their putting stroke. The short curve, used by Collin Morikawa, creates slightly more toe hang, suiting golfers with a more prominent arc to their stroke.

Constractingly, the single bend hosel creates a face-balanced design, which works best for golfers with a straight-back, straight-through stroke.
