TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The WKU men’s golf team wrapped up play at the Seminole Intercollegiate on Tuesday, posting a 20-over score (308) for the third round for a total score of 910 (+46) for a 14th place finish.   
 
NOTABLES


Rafe Blankenship was the top finisher for WKU with an 11-over score (227) for the tournament, putting him in a tie for 43rd place. Blankenship carded a 74 in the final round, tying for the best score by WKU in the round.
Trevor Drew finished tied for 45th place with a 12-over score (228) after posting an 81 (+9) in the final round.
Will Easterlin shot an 80 (+8) in the third round to bring his final score to 231 (+15) for the tournament, tying for 66th place.
Joseph Agee carded a season best 74 (+2) in the third round to bring his score to 233 (+17) for the tournament, finishing in a tie for 82nd place.
Gage Doyle posted an 80 (+8) in the final round. His final score of 237 (+21) for the tournament put him in a tie for 96th place.

QUOTABLE 
“Today was definitely disappointing,” said head coach Austin King. “Rafe and Joseph were able to piece together decent rounds in tough conditions, but overall we simply didn’t execute very well today. We have a quick turnaround, so a few good days of work at home and we’ll be ready to go next week for Austin Peay.”
