Grab those (mini) golf clubs, folks—a new entertainment destination is coming soon to Birmingham’s Parkside District. Set to open this winter in Urban Supply, Minnie’s Golf & Bar will feature two themed nine-hole mini-golf courses, a full-service bar and curated food options.
Minnie’s Golf & Bar coming to Parkside, Winter 2026
Located at 1210 2nd Avenue South in the Urban Supply redevelopment in Parkside, Minnie’s Golf & Bar is an upcoming all-in-one entertainment destination centered around mini golf.
Spanning more than 10,650 square feet with plans for an outdoor patio space as well, Minnie’s Golf & Bar will be Birmingham’s first dedicated mini-golf venue, featuring two uniquely-themed nine-hole mini-golf courses as well as:
A full-service bar complete with a wide range of craft cocktails, mocktails and local beverages
A dedicated lounge area for peak hours and private events
A dedicated fast-casual food truck
Family-friendly hours and private booking options for events like birthday parties and corporate team-building events.
The new entertainment destination will be led by a team of local hospitality veterans, including Chief Creative Officer Wink Winkler and Operating Partners and father/son duo Jesus Mendez Sr. and Jesus Mendez.

According to a press release, Minnie’s Golf & Bar is set to open Winter 2026. The new mini-golf spot will join Urban Supply’s ever-growing list of tenants, which includes:

Leafly Boba Bar
Dogtopia
Fairway Social
De Nada (opening Spring 2026)
Up-Down Arcade Bar
