Be a “Jedi Knight” on the golf course! This is a very effective drill for moving better on the course for swinging with ease for an effortless flowing powerful golf swing! Simple, easy to do, you can use a golf club, broom handle, training stick or doweling. Splitting your hands apart is key as it lets you open up and move for freely, stretches you out and gets the arms and body turning and moving together. Don’t forget to do your non-dominant side as well. Do 5-10 reps each side. This is also a great quick warm up to do on the range, prior to play before starting your game or a swing drill while practicing. Have fun with it!
