Riviera Country Club – 2026 U.S. Women’s Open (June 4-7)

Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, California, is an annual stop on the PGA Tour for the Genesis Invitational, but the ladies will get a crack at the legendary course when the 2026 U.S. Women’s Open arrives there this summer. Designed by George C. Thomas in 1927 and ranked No. 3 among Golfweek’s Best Private Courses in California, the par-71, 7,400-yard track has hosted a U.S. Open, two PGA Championships and, most recently, the 2017 U.S. Amateur.

Bel-Air Country Club – 2026 Curtis Cup (June 12-14)

Another Los Angeles-area gem designed by George C. Thomas makes the USGA’s 2026 lineup, as Bel-Air Country Club plays host to this year’s Curtis Cup, which pits the best women’s amateur golfers from the U.S. against their counterparts from Great Britain and Ireland in a match play team event. Bel-Air, which also hosted the U.S. Women’s Am in 2023, is No. 11 in Golfweek’s Best Private Courses in California.

Shinnecock Hills Golf Club – 2026 U.S. Open (June 18-21)

The USGA returns to its roots for its biggest event in 2026 as Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is set to host the U.S. Open for a sixth time. Founded in 1891, this legendary, challenging track located in Southampton, New York, is one of the oldest in the nation and was one of five original charter clubs that helped form the USGA. Ranked No. 1 among Golfweek’s Best Private Courses in New York, Shinnecock (par 70, 7,445 yards) most recently hosted the 2018 U.S. Open, which saw every player finish over par as Brooks Koepka outlasted the field to capture his second of five major titles.

Scioto Country Club – 2026 U.S. Senior Open (July 2-5)

For the third time, the world’s best senior golfers will descend upon the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio for the 2026 U.S. Senior Open at Scioto Country Club, which hosted the same event in 1986 and 2016. Ranked No. 5 among Golfweek’s Best Private Courses in Ohio, this par-70, 7,140-yard track was designed by Donald Ross and cofounded by George W. Bush’s great-grandfather in 1916.

Woodmont Country Club – 2026 U.S. Adaptive Open (July 6-8)

For the second straight year, the South Course at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, Maryland, will host the U.S. Adaptive Open — the USGA’s newest championship which began in 2022 and affords golfers with physical, sensory or intellectual impairments the opportunity to compete for a national championship.

Old Chatham Golf Club – 2026 U.S. Girls’ Junior (July 13-18)

Another Rees Jones design makes the USGA’s 2026 lineup as the Old Chatham Golf Club in Durham, North Carolina, will serve as the venue for the U.S. Girls’ Junior. The course, which measures 7,210 yards from the back tees with a par 72, opened in 2001 and previously hosted the 2019 U.S. Senior Amateur.

Saucon Valley Country Club – 2026 U.S. Junior Amateur (July 20-25)

Saucon Valley Country Club’s Old Course is a somewhat regular stop for the USGA and this year it’ll host the 2026 U.S. Junior Amateur. Located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, this Herbert Strong-designed track opened in 1920 and has hosted eight USGA championships, most recently the 2022 U.S. Senior Open. It’s ranked No. 13 among Golfweek’s Best Private Courses in Pennsylvania.

The Honors Course – 2026 U.S. Women’s Amateur (Aug. 4-9)

The 2026 U.S. Women’s Amateur will be played at Golfweek’s No. 1 Private Club in Tennessee — The Honors Course — which has hosted numerous big events and has become synonymous with some of the most memorable moments in college golf. Nestled just outside of Chattanooga, this Pete Dye-designed loop saw a young Tiger Woods dust the field in the 1996 NCAA Championships, an event which returned to The Honors Course in 2010 when underdog Augusta State defeat No. 1 Oklahoma State for the team title.

Merion Golf Club – 2026 U.S. Amateur (Aug. 10-16)

Another iconic USGA venue is back in the organization’s lineup for 2026 as the U.S. Amateur returns to Merion Golf Club for a sixth time. Ranked No. 2 among Golfweek’s Best Private Courses in Pennsylvania, Merion opened in 1912 and has since hosted 19 USGA championships, including the 2013 U.S. Open which saw Justin Rose survive a grueling week to emerge victorious with a finishing score of 1 over.

Montclair Golf Club – 2026 U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur (Aug. 29-Sept. 3)

Montclair Golf Club in New Jersey will host the 2026 U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur at the end of the summer. Founded in 1893, Montclair is one of the oldest courses in the states and is back in the USGA lineup for the first time in more than 40 years. It previously hosted the 1973 U.S. Women’s Amateur and the 1985 U.S. Amateur.

Baltimore Country Club – 2026 U.S. Senior Amateur (Aug. 29-Sept. 3)

The U.S. Senior Am will be played on the same weekend as the Women’s Mid-Am in 2026, just three hours down the coastline at Baltimore Country Club’s East Course. Host of four USGA championships in the past, this par-70 track measuring just over 7,000 yards was designed by A.W. Tillinghast in the 1920s and tied with Congressional for the No. 1 spot in the 2025 edition of Golfweek’s Best Private Courses in Maryland.

Lahinch Golf Club – 2026 Walker Cup (Sept. 5-7)

The 51st Walker Cup heads across the pond in 2026 to the world-renowned Lahinch Golf Club on the western coast of Ireland. Ranked No. 27 among Golfweek’s Top 100 International Courses, Jon Rahm won the 2019 Irish Open on this classic links-style track, which was originally laid out by Old Tom Morris in the late 19th century and redesigned by Alister McKenzie in 1927. The Walker Cup pits the best male amateur golfers from the U.S. against their counterparts from Great Britain and Ireland in a match play team event. It’s co-hosted by the USGA and R&A.

Portland Golf Club – 2026 U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur (Sept. 26-Oct. 1)

The USGA take the show to the Pacific Northwest for the 2026 U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur at Portland Golf Club, which ranks No. 9 among Golfweek’s Best Private Courses in Oregon. Measuring 6,703 yards with a par 72, this course was originally laid out by its founding members in 1914 but redesigned by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in 1964 — 18 years after Ben Hogan won the PGA Championship there. Portland GC has previously hosted three USGA championships, the most recent being the 2015 Women’s Am.

The Lido at Sand Valley Resort – 2026 U.S. Mid-Amateur (Sept. 26-Oct. 2)

Sand Valley Resort will make its debut in the USGA rotation this fall as the host venue for the 2026 U.S. Mid-Amateur. Located in the rural central sands of Wisconsin — about 100 miles north of Madison — the par-72, 7,027-yard Lido course opened in 2023 and has quickly become a household name. It’s ranked No. 4 among Golfweek’s Top 200 Residential Courses in the U.S. and has been selected to host four USGA championship events in the future, starting with this year’s Mid-Am.
