  1. If I'm training 3 or 4 times a week, then should i still take creatine every day? Or just take it on the days I train? Please advise

  2. as somone who never used creatine and is 36 years old i can say i think its a gimmick. i got this far without it, just keep a good diet and work ethic and ull be fine.

  3. Creatine Creapure is a good form of creatine, which does not cause stomach problems. Other forms could cause problems, due to the way of production.

  4. Caused me straight up insomnia and I was waking up and taking it at 530a in the morning. I'm cool, I got cut w/o it when I was younger – I can do it again

  5. Only time I ever pooped my butt from creatine was when I was sleep deprived and tried a recipe I saw in a science article. It claimed 25g single dose of creatine would reverse the cognitive side effects of sleep deprivation. It worked 100 percent, I felt way better but I almost didn't make it to the porta potty at the job I was on 😂😂

  6. 64 years old here not much more hair to lose.
    Was tired of losing muscle despite physical work that would make me vomit. My appetite was a little low. After an adult weight of 172-185 forever, I had dropped to 163. I started taking gummy creatine before doing anything active even walking the dog, up to 3 times a day. In about a week I started eating more and have a little more energy and weigh 172 now. If it's 10 pounds of water weight I was dehydrated because I am not bloated.

  7. If you already have IBS, then i can concur that it "WILL" make you 💩 at random when working out, which is not ideal! 🫣
