So now we no longer need to spend crazy money on rangefinders. There’s so many rangefinders under $100 that we can get that compete with the top products on the market. No longer do you have to spend $200, $300, $400 or pound on a rangefinder when you’ve got companies like Sigman. Why pay $300, $400 for a rangefinder when this rangefinder under $100 might do the same job? Today we’re going to test that out. We’re going to unbox it, show you this Sigman rangefinder, which you can get on Amazon. Let’s test it out. We’re going to unbox it. We’re going to see what it looks like. We’re going to see how it performs against other rangefinders, and we’re going to see does this do the same job. Can you spend less than $100 and have a fantastic rangefinder? Let’s test it out. Gone of the days where it was really just Bushnull, Shot Scope. There’s some big companies out there. There’s some really big companies, but it’s less dominant now. There’s a lot of products out there on the rangefinder from your front middle to back watches, your little things, your rangefinders. There’s so much out there that actually can be it can be quite confusing and it can actually be quite a difficult decision. So, we’re going to test this out and see if you’re under that $100. Is this a good pick? So, let’s just crack it open. So, it’s called the it’s called the Sigman CT00 Pro, and you can get this on Amazon, no matter where you are. I’ll stick a link in the description below. Let’s crack it open. So, never mind the box. Premium looking box to be fair. But inside we get user manual which actually is quite quite helpful. Then just your standard case. So if we look at the case that’s very very similar to any brand out there. It’s all you need. You don’t need to do it. You don’t need anything different. You get your bag clip on there. That’s exactly how I do it. I just put it on my bag. Inside you also get a USB charging cable which I really like. I really like the fact that it’s USBC charging. So obviously cuz it’s so annoying when you play a a round of golf and obviously it can still happen but you’ve got the old CR2 batteries. You’ve got the little batteries and then all of a sudden you get halfway round and then you’ve not got that backup battery and then it’s just done. These holder charge really well. It’s got a wrist strap so if you’ve got a bit of a shaky hand and you maybe need a bit of stability, you can use that if you like. Why not bring it to Egypt and let’s test it out. I’ve got my Bushnull Tour V3. You’ve had this for quite some time and this is the Sigman. So, first thing that stands out, look at the size difference and the weight difference. This is much much heavier. This is a lot lighter and then obviously similar, easier to change from yards to meters. Then we’ve got the LCD display with this one. So, we’re at the short game arena. Let’s go for the first flag. We’re going to test 10 different flags from small ones all the way to long ones here on the course. Let’s give it a try. So, Bishno first black flag 25 yds. Segman Black Flag 27.3. Let’s go longer. We’re going to go for this one here. Bushnull 97 yards. Segman 99. Next test, something a bit longer. And look at this. Check this out. How good is this for a ninth hole? Ninth hole. Not even an 18th. This is a stunning Sama Bay Resort in Egypt. Phenomenal weather. If you haven’t already, check it out. It is special. Definitely a great place. If you want to geek out on golf, this is the place to come. Right. Much longer one this time. Bushnull says 173. Segman 176. So, so far two three yards between it. It’s nothing. Right guys, last test. We’re going to test out some trees, bunkers, some slightly longer targets again. So, we’re going out to like 250 300 y and checking out the act. So, no more than 3 yd out at the moment. Let’s go. There’s a fairway bunker out there. We’re going to go for that one. Well, there’s many fairway bunkers, but the fairway bunker that I see on the left hand side, it’s saying 331. 331. Honestly, I think gone are the days. Gone are the days where you need to spend crazy money on a rangefinder. This, for me, under that £100 bracket, under that $100 bracket, this is going to be the baseline comparison to see if something can beat it. Think of what you could do with the money. If you go big brand, you can spend 23400 or get something like this. Either save the money or you’ve got more money to spend on lessons, equipment, something else that’s going to help out your game. So, the good thing is it’s also really easy to change from meters to yards. So, you just press and hold this button. Changes straight over to meters. Go back to yards. And to see the slope, all you need is this little angle here. To get that, all you need to do is press both these buttons. Slope goes off. Press and hold the buttons. Slow pads back on again. It is that simple. So, so easy. Really easy to use straight out the box. My honest review of this, this is absolutely superb. To finish off with Sigman USB charging, big tech. LCD display, big tech. Easy to use, big plus. Small, portable, big plus. Little case. But honestly, I would recommend this to everyone. That is it. It just takes a tiny tiny bit longer to zap it, but so accurate, so light.
