I look at your averages or your sums and I’m like hey they look pretty good I’m like let’s just make sure it’s not just all right and left like he’s just not Superman with his right and the left so I I looked at both of those so I’m looking at Dave pu right now see this grap up here it says toe heel Force left and then right you see that up there okay this is basically him pushing from his left leg pushing from his right leg see that 44 pushes 44% of his body weight with his left and he pushes 21% with his right left always pushes more right if I go to that’s that’s him pushing this way okay the right side starts everything the left side it’s like the gas pedal and it breaks it accelerates it rotates does all that stuff I likeed your combined then I started looking at your individuals the left is 24 the right is 23 I’m like remember da was 40 something and 20 like the left’s almost double like these are almost equal okay if I create rotation and you said your trainer was kind of talking about this right if I if I push with my right leg if I push the ground that way what does the ground do it pushes back this way right so if I want to if I want to rotate I push the ground that way with my right leg and it drives my hip forward I push this way with my left leg and it drives my left foot backwards if the right wins I go forward if the left wins I go backwards you’re like I’ve been going forward for a long time and I’m like it’s kind of right leg and I look at your forces and I’m like right leg’s kind of winning on this where David was pushing twice hard with his left like there’s no way his ass going forward

  1. I want to learn how to rotate properly My back hurts so bad and the lower left every time I take a practice swing it feels like it gets worse and worse and I won't let it heal please help me
