You’re never too young to make your mark in sports.
For instance, 10-year-old Vanessa Bell of Belleville has won the Under 12 Notah Begay Ontario Golf Championship held at Greensmere Golf and Country Club in Carp outside Ottawa.
Bell qualifies for the Notah Begay National Championship in Montreal in August.
On Thursday, Vanessa had a hole-in-one at Quinte Hills Golf Course. She aced the 107 yard 15th hole with a 7 iron.
