The squat jump is a great low resistance power exercise that helps increase the power production from your legs. With more power production, you can increase the output produced in your golf swing and increase distanced off the tee. The key with this exercise is aiming to jump as high as possible during every single repetition. Keeps repetitions low so that you can keep your intensity as high as possible for each jump. Perform a quick initial semi squat followed by a jump (as high as possible). Aim for a rep range around 3-5 for this exercise!
