This is the Callaway power platform trading aid.. 👀

Callaway are actually really underrated for their training aids and this is another example of why
.
It is really simple to use and doesn’t require anything else to use with it.. it’s also nice and compact so you can easily keep it in your bag
.
To use it you simply place it under your back foot when setting up to the ball which is going to help with a few things
.
The main one being to help prevent swaying in your back swing resulting in proper weight transfer
.
So basically if you get your weight too far onto your back foot and then struggle to get it back through before impact then this will at least start to help you to get the feel for it better and makes you turn into the backswing rather than sway into it
.
There is a drill that you can do to replicate this by placing a ball instead of this platform but I wouldn’t say it it was effective and a bit more of a hassle
.
At £10 it is an absolute bargain as well and not going to break the bank.. so I’d have to give it a solid 8/10. Only thing letting it down is that I think it could be raised a bit higher or even have the option to change the height of it as I don’t feel like it has as much impact on my size 10s as it could of done
